Abstract

Modules are forms of teaching materials that are made in detail with standard language and understood by students, according to age and student learning abilities, so that the level of independent learning can be increased and followed by teacher guidance Responding to the lack of teaching materials, currently it is necessary to use learning models to improve students' learning abilities and can add insight or knowledge that is not boring for students. The right teaching materials in overcoming students' boredom include learning resources in the form of teaching materials. Problem Solving is a teaching and learning activity that scientifically students can think critically, and find solutions in solving a problem. The main purpose of this learning research is to investigate and solve a problem as well as master the learning objectives and be independent in teaching and learning activities in solving problems in learning activities. The type of research used in this research is development research with a Problem Solving approach. This research was conducted for two months starting from February 22, 2021 to April 22, 2021. Based on the results of the research, the results of the presentation of the module developed got a score of 93.47% from material experts and 83.92% from media experts. Based on the results of presentations from media experts and material experts, the developed module is feasible to use.

Abstract

Every organization is required to develop an activity-based financial system that is effective and efficient. Therefore, the financial performance of the organization must be based on the form of a budget that reflects these objectives. A budget that is able to reflect effectiveness and efficiency is the activity based costing (ABC method) budget method. Through this activity-based costing-based budgeting method, organizations can see and monitor the use of budgets and costs in accordance with the activities needed to carry out organizational performance. Activity-based budget construction training can provide assistance and benefits in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of performance. Thus, all budget requirements and cost items can be tracked and their use can be accounted for. Activitybased budgeting also greatly facilitates rational and reliable decision-making so that in the end it can reflect an organizational management based on good corporate governance

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran dengan model mind mapping terhadap “prestasi” belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan model mind mapping terhadap “prestasi” belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 SOMPAK, Kecamatan Sompak, Kabupaten Landak, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat pada Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 karena berdasarkan pengukuran uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan hasil yang diperoleh kedua kelas diperoleh hasil: thitung= 3,73 sedangkan ttabel dengan df 60 pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 2,000. Atas dasar data tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa thitung= 3,73 > ttabel= 2,000 yang berarti hipotesis awal (ada pengaruh pembelajaran dengan model mind mapping terhadap “prestasi” belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 SOMPAK, Kecamatan Sompak, Kabupaten Landak, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat pada Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021) pada penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

Micro-enterprises play an important role in developing the country's economy, especially the economy of the surrounding community to meet their daily needs, especially in the present and in the future. This study uses a qualitative approach to refer more deeply to the social situation under study. The results of this study are the Partnership Empowerment Model developed by KSPPS Madani East Java at this time, which is a pick-up system where the empowerment system implemented by cooperatives allows them to visit members' locations and provide routine assistance in saving, financing and increasing capital, as well as introducing products or new cooperative technologies.
