Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country consisting of 17,504 islands, each of which has different biodiversity potentials. Increase in trade traffic today supported by the modernization of a fast-paced and sophisticated transpotation tool enables the spread of quarantine animal diseases from abroad into Indonesia, or across Indonesia.A conveyance means used to transport animals or livestock from one area to another. This conveyance means in direct contact with the animals brought. The conveyance has the potential to transmit the disease from one animal to another and from one area to another. Animal transport means can be sea ships, cars, box cars, trucks, baskets etc.Reducing the potential of disease transmission carried by conveyance, quarantine action is required on the means of conveyance. One of the measures against conveyance is disinfection. Disinfection is a process of reducing the number of disease-causing or potentially pathogenic microorganisms by physical and chemical. Disinfection is done using a variety of disinfectants that are easy to find and easy to use. The types of disinfectants commonly used in disinfection are iodine, alcohol, ammonium quartener, formaldehyde, potassium permanganate, phenol. With this test, it is expected to get the type and effective disinfectant concentration to kill pathogenic microorganisms so that animal diseases transmission from transportation can be minimized. To determine the type and concentration of effective disinfectants to kill pathogenic microorganisms especially spores that can be transmitted through a variety of conveyances.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLaboratorium lapang terpadu (Lab.

Abstract

Biogas technology from floating drum-type cow dung made in Rejomulyo village, Jati Agung sub-district, South Lampung, can produce biogas for daily fuel. However, the residual waste or biogas dregs (sludge/bio-slurry) have not been utilized, only disposed of at a waste disposal site. This community service activity aims to increase the added value of biogas waste by utilizing sludge/bio-slurry for organic fertilizer in vegetable cultivation in yards and gardens. The activity was carried out using the extension method for making vegetable cultivation pilot units using sludge/bio-slurry. Furthermore, through Gapoktan and Agricultural Extension as companions, it can be developed in people's homes that have a biogas digester. The conclusion is that cow dung as waste from livestock business has been successfully converted into biogas and slurry. The success of this training is indicated by the high enthusiasm of the participants and the ongoing implementation of liquid fertilizer (bio-slurry).

Abstract

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of financial statements with a focus on three main types of ratios: market ratios, profitability ratios, and debt management ratios. Market ratios are used to evaluate the valuation of stocks in the capital market relative to the company's financial performance. Profitability ratios measure the company's ability to generate profit from the assets and capital it owns. Debt management ratios assess the proportion of debt in the financing structure and the company's ability to meet its debt obligations. This study is important to provide an overview of management effectiveness, the company's financial health, and to assist investors in making informed investment decisions.

Abstract

Rice is the main commodity processed into rice, as a staple food for the people of Indonesia. Pests and diseases can cause decreased production to crop failure. The method used by farmers is pest control by spraying chemical pesticides. However, chemical pesticides have serious impacts on plants, increased immunity for pests, increased chemical residues in crops that threaten human health, and environmental pollution. The objective of this study is to design an integrated high-tech trap that is effective, efficient, cost-effective, durable, safe, environmentally friendly (zero-emission), and low in operational costs, with the ultimate goal of enhancing farmers' income. This automatic pest trap embeds a microcontroller, infrared sensor, fan and solar panel. Observations were made on 4 tools, namely complete lures, yellow LED, lights and pheromones. Based on the observations, Scotinophara coarctata and Nilaparvata lugens were identified as the most commonly trapped insect pests in rice fields. The insect's fall speed was fast, namely 1 minute 4 seconds with good stability. Insect readings came in higher on the complete lure due to the combination of three lures, each of which has its own insect attraction. The effectiveness of insect capture on the complete automatic insect trap was the highest at 84.47%.
