Abstract

Pegandon Village, Karangdadap District, Pekalongan, one of the areas affected by the Pemalang-Batang toll road. The project has many negative impacts on the communities around the village, including children. This village is also known as a village with vast rice fields and rivers in the area. Children are the environmental assets of the future that play a very important role in preserving natural resources. So, their understanding of the Qur'anic teachings about environment is the key to maintaining human relations with nature. With a good understanding, it fosters the sensitivity to be a creature for nature in future generations. This empowerment is intended to provide understanding and sensitivity of children, especially for students of Quranic Education Park (TPQ) and Madrasah Diniyah Bustanul Iman, Pegandon Karangdadap Village, Pekalongan. Empowerment is built with the assistance method with a contextual, cooperative and problem-based approach. Empowerment is presented through the introduction of verses that teach about the environment, including natural wealth, the prohibition of damaging the environment and the obligation to preserve it. The series of activities that have been carried out have positive implications for children of TPQ and Madrasah Diniyah Bustanul Iman because they have been able to understand and practice environmental verses as teachings to preserve the environment from damage and efforts to conserve it.

Abstract

Langkah-langkah metodologis harus ditempuh setiap juris, mujtahid atau pengkaji hukum ketika mereka hendak menetap kan hukum. Langkah pertama adalah memahami secara mendalam terhadap teks-teks Alquran dan Hadis Nabi, mengetahui konteks munculnya teks-teks tersebut (sabab al-nuzûl dan sabab al-wurûd), serta memahami konteks kehidupan masyarakat sebagai subyek hukum tersebut sehingga hukum benar-benar mampu bernilai aplikatif dan memaslahatkan. Hermeneutika dikenal sebagai metode yang menawarkan ciri-ciri tersebut, terutama penekanannya pada bagaimana pemahaman atau hasil ijtihad hukum mampu mewujudkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

One of Bugis Makassar culture or ritual routinely performed each year in agricultural activities (harvest) by all farmers is Mappadendang. This ritual is performed as a form of joy and gratitude to the Creator, for agricultural crops. Mappadendang also intended to preserve the cultural heritage of their ancestors. Mappadendang in Pinrang has the high philosophy and as a means of ancestor in strengthening the unity and integrity. The importance of cooperation in traditional ritual Mappadendang, including carrying values of the Islamic economic system, are serious work in finding halal sustenance, forming society with solid social order, fairness of income distribution which can remove the monopoly system, and the freedom of individual in social welfare.

Abstract

Riset ini mengkaji tentang corak ortodoksi dalam kitab Firdaus al-Naim karya Thaifur Ali Wafa dan pertautannya dengan tradisi masyarakat Madura khususnya ayat-ayat tentang pernikahan. Riset kualitatif ini menggunakan metode content analysis. Dengan teori ortodoksi Henderson, kajian ini menegaskan bahwa tafsir Thaifur menunjukkan kecenderungan ortodoksi yang sangat kuat karena komitmennya pada kitab-kitab mu’tabarah dan pendapat para ulama salaf al-s}a>lih sebagai sumber rujukan, Latar belakang pendidikan dan jaringan keulamaan mazhab Sunni memengaruhi pemikiran tersebut. Namun demikian, ortodoksi pemikiran Thaifur ditunjukkan dengan sikap moderat dan toleran dalam menyikapi pendapat lain. Di sisi lain, ortodoksi penafsiran Thaifur meneguhkan tradisi Madura khususnya dalam masalah poligami, usia pernikahan dan peran suami istri dalam keluarga, menguatkan pemahaman dan budaya patriarki.
