Abstract

The study aimed at assessing factors affecting farmers to adopt technology of lowland rice farmingsystem using cooperative farming model. The study was conducted in Jember district during the wet season of2000/2001. Total samples were 105 farmers and data collection was done through a farm record keeping method.Data were analyzed using logit function. The results showed that factors affecting farmers’ adoption of culturalpractices were plant spacing within a legowo parallel system, choice of improved variety of Way Apu Buru,quantity of seed, and balanced fertilizer in the specific location. Factors affecting adoption of legowo parallelsystem and choice of the Way Apu Buru variety were costs of inputs, total labor, farming experiences, andprofitability. The factor of land area affected only plant spacing of legowo parallel system. Adoption of seedapplication was affected by total labor, land area, and educational background of the farmers. Balanced fertilizerapplication in the specific location was affected by costs of inputs and profitability. To encourage farmers toadopt new technology of rice farming system in the cooperative farming model, it requires the governmentprograms to improve farmers’ skills and knowledges through extension and capital credit.Key words : technology adoption, rice field, cooperative farming. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi petaniterhadap teknologi sistem usahatani padi di lahan sawah dalam model cooperative farming. Penelitiandilaksanakan di Kabupaten Jember pada musim hujan 2000/2001. Total petani contoh sebanyak 105 orang, danmetode pencatatan usahatani farm record keeping method digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Analisa datamenggunakan model fungsi logit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keragaman faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhitingkat adopsi petani terhadap beberapa teknologi budidaya, antara lain : jarak tanam sistem jajar legowo;pemilihan varietas unggul padi Way Apu Buru; jumlah benih yang digunakan; dan penggunaan pupukberimbang spesifik lokasi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi jarak tanam sistem jajar legowo dan pemilihanvarietas Way Apo Buru adalah biaya sarana produksi, jumlah tenaga kerja, pengalaman usahatani dan tingkatkeuntungan. Faktor luas lahan, hanya mempengaruhi adopsi jarak tanam sistem jajar legowo. Adopsipenggunaan benih dipengaruhi oleh jumlah tenaga kerja, luas lahan dan tingkat pendidikan petani. Sedangkanpenggunaan pupuk berimbang spesifik lokasi dipengaruhi oleh biaya sarana produksi dan tingkat keuntungan.Dalam upaya peningkatan adopsi petani terhadap teknologi usahatani padi dalam model kooperatif usahatanimasih diperlukan dukungan program peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani melalui penyuluhan danbantuan permodalan.Kata kunci : adopsi teknologi, padi sawah, usaha kooperatif

Abstract

Trello merupakan sebuah aplikasi kolaborasi yang memungkinkan seseorang atau sekelompok orang mengatur berbagai macam tugas atau proyek dalam satu tempat. Trello menyediakan sebuah fasilitas dimana setiap orang yang terlibat dalam tugas atau proyek tersebut bisa memonitor tugas apa saja yang sedang dikerjakan, siapa yang mengerjakan dan sudah sejauh mana tugas tersebut telah dikerjakan. Trello bisa di ibaratkan sebuah papan tulis yang berisikan dengan banyak sticky notes dimana pada setiap sticky notes tertulis tugas individu dan tugas kelompok secara keseluruhan ditambah pada setiap sticky notes dapat melampirkan foto, lampiran dari berbagai sumber dan terdapat kolom komentar. Perbedaan antara trello dan papan tulis biasa yaitu trello lebih fleksibel karena seakan-akan kita membawa papan tulis dimanapun kita berada, karena trello dapat diakses dari PC, Laptop ataupun handphone dengan mudah. Banyak orang yang belum mengenal dan memanfaatkan Trello untuk membantu manajemen proyek dalam pekerjaan mereka, seperti halnya karyawan pada PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia (JPI). Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan Trello untuk meningkatkan efektifitas manajemen proyek pada karyawan PT JPI. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar karyawan PT JPI dapat mengenal dan memanfaatan aplikasi trello untuk membantu aktivitas dalam manajemen proyek, dengan keunggulan trello yang fleksibel serta fungsinya seperti papan tulis yang berisikan sticky notes sehingga membantu memonitor atau deadline suatu tugas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektifitas karyawan dalam mengelola pekerjaan.

Abstract

This paper reports the study of Donald Trump’s Speech on Iran’s Nuclear Deal which focuses on the types of modality. In analyzing, the data are taken from Donald Trump’s Speech on Iran’s Nuclear Deal. This study employed the framework of modality proposed by Halliday and Matthiessen (2004). The results showed 30 clauses containing modality which may be classified into modalization and modulation. Modalization consists of probability and usuality, while modulation has obligation and inclination. The findings give an insight how a politician, such as Donald Trump applies modality in his speech.

Abstract

Vanny Novianny (11212976), the Decision Support System for Employee Performance Evaluation Using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method at PT. Liebra Permana Jakarta The employee performance appraisal process is a complex process and requires careful consideration. Employee performance appraisal at PT. Liebra Permana Jakarta is carried out by looking at several criteria such as the value of Attendance, Performance, Discipline, and Initiative. However, the system at PT. Liebra Permana Jakarta is still manual, therefore the authors are trying to create a Decision Support System program in evaluating employee performance using the website-based PHP and MySQL programming languages. This system has a better advantage when compared to manual calculations. The method used in assessing employee performance is by using the Simple Additive Weighted (SAW). The results of this study apart from the DSS application website are calculations using the Simple Additive Weighted method, with reference to the criteria for Absence, Performance, Discipline and Initiative, normalization and ranking, the best employee with the highest score is Felicia.

Abstract

In addition to having quite a large authority, the Board of Directors alsohas a large role and responsibility in carrying out the company's visionand mission to personal responsibility, especially in carrying out itsresponsibilities as a director of a BUMN Bank whose capital partly comesfrom state finances that are separated into company assets. In this paper,we will discuss the quality of the roles and responsibilities of directors ofstate-owned banks when the bank suffers losses, the extent of directors'responsibility when the bank suffers a loss. In this discussion the authorsuse a normative juridical approach based on the Law on Banking, SOEs,and companies combined with a judge's decision which is used as a knifefor analyzing the quality of roles and responsibilities of BUMN bankdirectors towards bank losses.

Abstract

Based on the applicable provisions, interfaith marriages for each party involve a person's creed. This means that there are binding rules for every believer regarding the terms and procedures for the implementation of marriage by the laws of their respective religions. But on the other hand there is a legal obligation for the State to record the legal events of marriages carried out by citizens. This research is a juridical study in terms of marriage law and population administration law, on a case that was decided by a judge on an interfaith marriage that received court legitimacy on behalf of the State. In this study, using a normative juridical legal research method with a statute approach, namely by analyzing the issues or problems in this study, with the test stone of the applicable laws and regulations. So that the results of this study become an alternative reference for the legal events of interfaith marriages. Keywords: , ,

Abstract

The intersection of law and psychiatry is explored, emphasizing the necessity of expert opinions in substantiating claims of psychological harm and its legal ramifications. With the advancement of legal and medical sciences, there's an increasing reliance on psychiatric evaluations to provide a comprehensive understanding of a defendant's mental state, the effects of psychological violence, and the potential for resulting mental disorders. Moreover, the paper outlines the procedural aspects of incorporating psychiatric insights into legal evidence, from the initial stages of investigation to the final adjudication in court. It underscores the importance of Visum et Repertum (VeR) reports in establishing the facts of a case, especially in the context of psychological injuries, where physical evidence may be minimal or absent. Through a detailed discussion of the legal framework surrounding expert testimony and the presentation of psychiatric findings, the study advocates for a more informed and nuanced approach to handling cases involving mental health issues. The synthesis of legal principles and psychiatric expertise not only aids in achieving justice but also ensures a more empathetic and informed legal process. By acknowledging the profound impact of psychological violence and the critical insights provided by psychiatry, the paper calls for enhanced collaboration between the legal system and mental health professionals.

Abstract

Proses penjualannya yang masih secara manual, sehingga masalah yang dialami perusahaan adalah membuat perusahaan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam melakukan proses penjualan sehingga memperbesar kemungkinan kesalahan dalam pengolahan data-data transaksinya serta diperlukannya waktu yang lama untuk membuat laporan dan sedikitnya Customer karena harus datang langsung ke lokasi, hal ini akan terasa sulit bagi Customer yang posisinya jauh dari lokasi. Proses ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan proses User Interface dan User Experience. User Interface dan User Experience adalah dua hal penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam menDesign produk. Selain itu, perancangan tersebut juga menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang merupakan metode dengan memfokuskan pada pengalaman dan kebutuhan pengguna untuk memecahkan sebuah masalah menjadi solusi yang dikembangkan menjadi ide inovasi. Dengan adanya perancangan ini dapat memaksimalkan proses penjualan dan data penjualan, Membuat sistem penjualan yang mudah digunakan dan mudah dipahami,Mengetahui laba dan rugi pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Currently, the Imam Muslim School located on Jalan Raya Kranggan Gg Elang IX, Rt 002/Rw 003 Jatiraden, Jatisampurna, Bekasi, is still using manual bookkeeping and payment systems. With payment using a manual system this can make it difficult for students who want to make tuition payments, therefore the author is trying to create an Educational Contribution Payment Information System (SPP) program using a website-based virtual account using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This system can simplify the process of operational activities in schools in managing tuition payments, reporting and also make it easier for students to make payments. Because payments can be made online through bank channels or modern payment channels such as Indomaret and Alfamart
