Abstract

This literacy and numeracy training and mentoring service activity is to prepare the nation's next generation to face challenges in the global era, where to produce selective education requires quality human resources, including the development of literacy and numeracy in learning at SDN Sri Mukti 01, North Tambun, use digital-based technology at SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara and knowledge for teachers and parents and guardians regarding the use of digital-based technology in learning. Training and development methods are carried out offline or face-to-face by students through lecturer assistance which includes introducing the scope of literacy and numeracy learning, as well as supporting teachers in developing literacy and numeracy by utilizing digital-based technology in learning and teaching activities. It is hoped that with this training, SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara students and teachers can develop digital-based learning and teaching activities for numeracy literacy

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi dampak pembangunan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Galang Batang terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Bintan. KEK sebagai salah satu strategi pembangunan wilayah diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui peningkatan investasi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif Difference-in-Differences (DiD) dengan Kabupaten Bintan sebagai treatment group dan enam kabupaten/kota lain di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sebagai control group. Data yang dianalisis data panel tahun 2014–2023 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dengan ln(PDRB) sebagai variabel outcome dan persentase penduduk miskin sebagai variabel kontrol. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan rata-rata ln(PDRB) sebesar 4,3% hingga 4,9% setelah KEK mulai beroperasi, peningkatan tersebut tidak signifikan secara statistik (p-value > 0,95). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembangunan KEK Galang Batang belum memberikan dampak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Bintan. Beberapa faktor penyebab minimnya dampak yaitu dominasi kepentingan asing, kurangnya keterlibatan tenaga kerja lokal, serta lemahnya keterkaitan ekonomi dengan wilayah sekitar.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja guru merupakan komponen penting dalam menjaga mutu pendidikan, namun pelaksanaannya secara manual masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterlambatan umpan balik, potensi kesalahan pencatatan, dan keterbatasan transparansi hasil evaluasi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan aplikasi Sentry Pearl sebagai sistem penilaian kinerja guru berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kegunaan aplikasi menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dari populasi 135 orang sehingga diperoleh 100 responden yang terdiri atas guru mata pelajaran, guru bimbingan konseling, dan staf sekolah. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner SUS dengan sepuluh pernyataan skala Likert 1–5 yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan koefisien Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,768 yang menandakan konsistensi internal instrumen berada pada kategori baik. Nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 68 termasuk kategori C yang menunjukkan aplikasi dapat diterima oleh pengguna, meskipun masih memerlukan perbaikan pada aspek navigasi dan konsistensi antarmuka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris dalam evaluasi kegunaan sistem penilaian kinerja guru berbasis digital di sekolah menengah kejuruan serta menjadi dasar perbaikan desain sistem agar lebih berorientasi pada kemudahan penggunaan.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of the government in any country. Government programs used to tackle poverty are Raskin (Rice for poor families) organized by BULOG. The Raskin program (distribution program for poor families) is a program from the Government. The program is an effort to reduce the burden of disbursement from poor households as a form of support in improving food security by providing social protection of cheap rice with a maximum of 15kg / poor household / month with each price Rp.1.600,00 per kg (net ) at the distribution point. In this case the distribution mechanism of poor rice distribution in the village of Kosar there are still many processes that have problems such as data collection recipients of rice raskin are still classified as less effective as in the recording of recipients RASKIN, still conventional. This causes the vulnerable data to be lost or corrupted. As well as data processing using Microsoft Excel, if the device used damaged data lost and no data backup, data processing must be repeated again. the information system of Raskin rice distribution effectively and efficiently and make it easier for the staff so that they can achieve the competitive advantage. Abstract

The implementation of guidance in two directions is carried out by discussing, conducting questions and answers, providing input and other activities. However, sometimes the guidance process carried out face-to-face experiences many obstacles so the coaching process does not run optimally and it is not as expected. The most common obstacle is when the supervisor is unable to attend the final assignment guidance. Communication barriers between students and supervisors also affect the success of the final assignment. Hence, it is necessary to develop a way to have the obstacles can overcome better. The method used to solve these problems using the system development life cycle method. The solution is currently using sms or online facilities such as email, social media, or the cloud from a third party. With this system, if face-to-face guidance activities are not possible, the process of preparing student final assignments can be carried out in order to be on time for the graduation of students in the institutions.

Abstract

The role of technology greatly helps human life in completing its activities faster. PT. Jiwalu Studio Karawang has begun to use technology, for example, such as online-based attendance with a mobile application. Besides that, there are also activities that have not utilized technology, namely meeting or meeting activities. To use a meeting room, employees must first ask the room administrator about the availability of a meeting room. The meeting room agenda that day will be recorded by the administrator through the meeting agenda book. From the process of borrowing the meeting room, it was deemed too time and energy consuming because everything was done through the administrator. Therefore, development a meeting room management mobile application is created which is expected to be a solution for all employees. In developing this meeting room management application using Prototype method. This method is in accordance with the problems that occur, developers and users will be able to communicate with each other during the system design process

Abstract

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) requires supporting facilities to be able to make a major contribution to the user or company. One of the widely used ERP is SAP. The cloud based version of SAP is S4hana. This paper explains how S4hana provides a solution by mass printing on the S4hana side and the print results will be displayed on the server side. The method used is by using the System development life cycle (SDLC) on the development side of the virtual server and using the SAP active method when implementing or migrating the system to a new system. The final result is the interaction process between S4hana and the virtual machine and then the user will get mass printouts stored in the public folder

Abstract

Tujuan dari program Pengantar Etika dan Keamanan Digital adalah untuk memberikan peserta pemahaman mendasar tentang praktik keamanan digital utama di era informasi serta prinsip-prinsip etika dalam penggunaan teknologi. Selain memperkenalkan prinsip-prinsip keamanan seperti perlindungan identitas, manajemen kata sandi, dan mitigasi ancaman siber, program ini berupaya memberikan pemahaman mendasar kepada peserta tentang masalah etika seperti privasi, integritas data, dan tanggung jawab sosial di dunia digital. Peserta diharapkan mampu mengenali bahaya, menerapkan langkah-langkah pencegahan, dan menumbuhkan sikap etis saat berurusan di ranah digital melalui pendekatan interaktif dan studi kasus. Bagi individu dan organisasi yang ingin menciptakan budaya digital yang aman, bertanggung jawab, dan berkelanjutan, program ini menawarkan titik awal yang penting. Materi pelatihan ini mencakup konsep dasar etika digital, literasi media sosial, privasi dan jejak digital, serta strategi untuk menjaga keamanan informasi. Diharapkan peserta akan memperoleh tidak hanya pengetahuan teoritis tetapi juga keterampilan praktis yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, baik dalam pendidikan, pekerjaan, maupun masyarakat.
