Abstract

Era keterbukaan informasi serta kecepatan akses dan konektivitas memungkinkan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi dengan mudah tanpa batas jarak dan waktu. Kemudahan akses informasi bisa berdampak positif dan juga negatif. Tak terkecuali di bidang kesehatan dan pelayanannya. Tantangan terbesar salah satunya adalah terjadinya misinformasi karena masyarakat mendapatkan informasi terkait kesehatan dari sumber yang belum jelas kebenarannya. Tantangan lainnya yaitu semakin berkembangnya jenis-jenis penyakit dan diagnosa-diagnosa baru yang kemungkinan belum pernah ditemukan sebelumnya, keharusan bahwa antara penyintas dan paramedis harus berada di tempat dan waktu yang sama, serta kesulitan dalam mendapatkan akses layanan kesehatan yang memadai. Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut, salah satu solusi yang dapat dikembangkan yaitu dengan membangun web telemedicine berbasis cloud. Web telemedicine memiliki berbagai fitur antara lain: konsultasi langsung secara daring dengan dokter, mendapatkan resep untuk penyakit-penyakit ringan sehingga memudahkan pasien dalam mendapatkan obat di apotik terdekat, serta rekomendasi penanganan lanjutan ke rumah sakit untuk pasien yang membutuhkan tindakan penunjang. Web telemedicine ini mengutamakan kemudahan akses bagi pasien dan dapat digunakan dengan telepon pintar sehingga diharapkan web telemedicine dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang terpercaya dan mudah dijangkau.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKemajuan teknologi adalah sebuah keniscayaan, konektivitas menjadi sebuah kebutuhan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari gaya hidup masyarakat. Aktivitas yang sebelumnya hanya bisa dilakukan dengan cara-cara konvensional, sekarang bisa dilakukan secara daring tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Salah satu dampak yang terpengaruh secara langsung oleh digitalisasi adalah transaksi dan perdagangan. Pemasaran konvensional pun kini telah bergeser ke pemasaran digital atau digital marketing. Digital marketing merupakan kegiatan bisnis baik penjualan maupun pemasaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai media. Pelatihan digital marketing terhadap anggota Nasyiatul ‘Aisyiyah cabang Rabak Purbalingga dilakukan dengan metode webinar, yaitu memberikan informasi secara daring mengenai strategi digital marketing, dengan tujuan agar ilmu pemasaran secara digital dapat diimplementasikan secara maksimal oleh anggota Nasyiatul ‘Aisyiyah. Di masa pandemi dimana kegiatan transaksi melalui internet semakin marak dilakukan, maka momentum ini dirasa tepat untuk belajar mengembangkan keahlian berbisnis dan mengamalkan ilmu digital marketing demi meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan memberdayakan perempuan di tengah masyarakat. Media digital marketing yang diajarkan pada webinar ini yaitu: Whatsapp, Facebook, dan Instagram, dimana ketiga media sosial tersebut merupakan salah satu yang paling banyak digunakan sekarang, sehingga jangkauan pangsa pasarnya cukup menjanjikan. Hasil pengabdian yaitu ibu-ibu mempraktikkan cara membuat story di Whatsapp agar menarik, serta diberi tips-tips dalam mengelola akun media sosial baik instagram maupun facebook agar menarik dan dapat dimaksimalkan untuk media promosi digital sehingga ikut berkontribusi dalam menghadapi era pasar global dan mampu turut serta dalam mengembangkan industri kreatif. Kata kunci: digital marketing; nasyiatul ‘aisyiyah; webinar; pengabdian masyarakat ABSTRACTTechnological advancement is inevitable, connectivity becomes a necessity that can not be separated from the lifestyle of society. Activities that previously could only be done in conventional ways, can now be done online without any restrictions on space and time. One of the impacts directly affected by digitization is transactions and trade. Conventional marketing has now shifted to digital marketing. Digital marketing is a business activity of both sales and marketing that utilizes digital technology as a medium.Digital marketing training for members of Nasyiatul 'Aisyiyah Rabak Purbalingga branch is conducted by webinar method, which is to provide information online about digital marketing strategy, with the aim that digital marketing knowledge can be implemented to the maximum by Nasyiatul ‘Aisyiyah members. In a pandemic where internet transaction activities are increasingly being carried out, this momentum is felt appropriate to learn to develop business skills and practice digital marketing to increase family income and empower women in the community. Digital media marketing taught in this webinar is: Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram, where these three social media are one of the most used now, so the reach of market share is quite promising. The result of devotion is that the members practice how to create stories on Whatsapp to be interesting, as well as given tips in managing social media accounts both instagram and facebook to be interesting and can be maximized for digital promotional media so as to contribute in facing the global market era and able to participate in developing creative industries. Keywords: digital marketing; nasyiatul ‘aisyiyah; webinar; comunity service.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMedia sosial telah merubah gaya hidup masyarakat di era digital yang perkembangannya kini semakin pesat. Media sosial dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di berbagai bidang kehidupan, tak terkecuali di bidang pendidikan. Penggunaan media sosial selain untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar, juga sebagai media promosi institusi tersebut kepada masyarakat luas. Popularitas media sosial mempengaruhi rating dan bagaimana seseorang menciptakan branding untuk diri mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang efektif agar media sosial yang digunakan dapat memberikan manfaat yang optimal. Aspek lain yang tak kalah penting adalah menjaga keamanan informasi data diri seseorang di akun media sosial. Oleh sebab itu, pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri akan pentingnya menjaga keamanan informasi data diri perlu terus digalakkan, terutama di kalangan guru yang menjadi penggiat media sosial baik untuk kepentingan pribadi maupun institusi. Menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, maka diadakan workshop tentang keamanan data diri dan konten media sosial. Tujuan diadakannya workshop ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga keamanan data pribadi sekaligus mempelajari strategi tentang peningkatan popularitas konten di media sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan workshop ini adalah dengan penyampaian materi dalam bentuk ceramah, hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu sebanyak 90% guru di SMP Negeri 3 Purbalingga menilai bahwa workshop ini sangat bermanfaat untuk menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kesadaran dalam menjaga data pribadi di akun media sosial. Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat; workshop; media sosial; keamanan; data pribadi. ABSTRACTSocial media has changed the lifestyle of people in the digital era. Social media is used in various fields, including education. The use of social media is not only to support the teaching process and learning activities, but also to promote the institution to the wider community. The popularity of social media influences rating and how a person creates branding for themselves. Therefore, an effective strategy is needed so that the social media can provide optimal benefits. Another aspect that is also important is the security of personal data on social media accounts. Thus, knowledge to increase self-awareness of the importance of maintaining the security of personal data information needs to be continuously promoted, especially among teachers who are social media activists for both personal and institutional interests. Responding to the need, workshop about privacy security and social media content was held.   This workshop is conducted with the main goal is to raise the awareness of privacy security and strategic ways to improve popularity in social media. The method used in this workshop is a lecture performed in front of the audience, and the result shows as many as 90% of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Purbalingga considered this workshop is useful to increase knowledge and awareness in maintaining personal data on social media accounts. Keywords: community service; workshop; social media; security; personal data.

Abstract

The region language and region literature in Indonesia is priceless and must be preserved. Each region has a variety of languages from different groups and become a cultural characteristic of certain region. However, the era of globalization and the development of information technology threatens the existence and preservation of regional languages which is prone to be replaced. The lowering number of speakers and the invasion of foreign languages are the main indicators of the deterioration of the existence of regional languages and literature. One of the efforts to restore the passion of regional language and regional literature is to develop a regional language keyboard that is easy to use by users of all age. The main purpose of the development of regional language keyboards is to introduce regional languages, especially to the younger generation who are beginning to be exposed to globalization so that they tend to forget the language and literature of the region. The keyboard is built with a natural language processing and smartphone-based approach. The Technology Preparedness Level (TKT) is at level 6, which means a demonstration of a model or prototype of a system or subsystem in a relevant environment.

Abstract

The business process of an organization can’t be done properly without appropriate information management, in which information is an important asset that needs to be protected with the utmost care and concern. Information security is a way to protect information from large scale threats, thus to ensure the sustainability of the organization's operational, to reduce business risks and to increase business opportunity and return of investment. This research is conducted to measure the accountability of ISO 27001 in assisting the organization to document the information security policy. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is a standard of information security that is widely used, openly accepted and implemented, and suitable for providing rules related to implementation and evaluation of the information security system. The assessment from ISO controls and objectives will be converted into a triangular fuzzy number to help in the analysis purpose. The fuzzy number is used to simplify the measurement. The result shows that the organization is not yet complying with the standard procedures of the Information Security Management System so it is needed to document the security policy based on the ISO 27001 framework standard.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemasaran digital telah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan, baik bagi pelaku usaha menengah dan skala besar, maupun bagi usaha mikro dan kecil. Kebutuhan akan pemasaran melalui media digital tak luput dari efek perkembangan teknologi dan konektivitas serta bergesernya pola transaksi di masyarakat yang kini telah mengalami digitalisasi yang masif. Hal ini mengakibatkan pelaku usaha, tak memandang skala bisnisnya, harus mengikuti pendekatan pemasaran digital untuk mengembangkan bisnis serta memperluas jangkauan distribusi produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Beragamnya jenis platform digital yang dapat digunakan, di satu sisi cukup memudahkan pelaku dan penggiat usaha untuk memilih media yang tepat untuk memasarkan produk dan jasanya. Namun, di sisi lain hal ini juga dapat menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi UMKM sendiri, karena tidak semua dapat langsung memahami dan menggunakan platform pemasaran digital dengan baik dan maksimal. Pelatihan pemasaran digital dilakukan terhadap Komunitas Digital Marketer Purwokerto yang memiliki anggota dari beragam kalangan, antara lain pelajar, baik level sekolah menengah atas sederajat, level mahasiswa, dan juga dari kalangan umum. Komunitas ini yang rutin melakukan sharing pengalaman dan mendatangkan pembicara berkaitan dengan strategi pemasaran produk secara umu. Komunitas Digital Marketer Purwokerto memiliki beberapa tantangan dalam pemasaran produk UMKM yang dihasilkan dan dipasarkan, salah satunya adalah pada strategi pemasaran digital. Hal ini karena terbatasnya sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keahlian dalam bidang teknologi. Metode pelatihan yang akan dilaksanakan yaitu dengan metode seminar, dengan tujuan mengenalkan dasar-dasar pemasaran digital, serta mengetahui beragam platform pemasaran digital dan cara penggunaanya. Diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini, Komunitas Digital Marketer Purwokerto dapat menggunakan platform tersebut untuk meningkatkan pemasaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dan meningkatkan keahlian dalam pemasaran digital. Kata kunci: digital marketing; digital marketer; webinar; pengabdian masyarakat ABSTRACTDigital marketing has become a necessity, both for medium and large-scale businesses, as well as for micro and small businesses. The various types of digital platforms that can be used, on the one hand, are enough to make it easier for business actors and activists to choose the right media to market their products and services. However, on the other hand, this can also be a challenge for MSMEs themselves, because not all can immediately understand and use digital marketing platforms properly and optimally. Digital marketing training was carried out for the Purwokerto Digital Marketer Community which has members from various circles, including students, both at the SMK/SMA level and equivalent, the student level, and also from the general public. This community regularly shares experiences and brings in speakers related to product marketing strategies in general. The Purwokerto Digital Marketer Community has several challenges in marketing MSME products that are produced and marketed, one of which is the digital marketing strategy. This is due to the limited human resources who have expertise in the field of technology. The training method that will be carried out is the seminar method, with the aim of understanding the basics of digital marketing and introducing various digital marketing platforms and how to use them. It is hoped that after this training, the Purwokerto Digital Marketer Community can use the platform to improve marketing so that it can improve people's lives and increase expertise in digital marketing. Keywords: Digital marketing; digital marketer; webinar; comunity service.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMenjaga keamanan data pribadi merupakan kebutuhan penting, terutama ketika berkomunikasi melalui media sosial di dunia maya. Kesadaran untuk menumbuhkan pentingnya menjaga keamanan data pribadi selain untuk melindungi privasi, juga karena semakin maraknya tingkat kejahatan berbasis online yang terjadi di Indonesia. Terutama selama pandemi yang mana aktivitas daring meningkat tajam, yang mengakibatkan tingkat kejahatan siber pun meningkat. Sosialisasi demi meningkatkan kesadaran akan keamanan data pribadi terutama dalam menggunakan media sosial diadakan di SMK Maarif NU 1 Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas, yang dihadiri oleh para guru pembina PMR. Tujuan sosialisasi ini yaitu agar pada guru semakin memahami dan mawas diri untuk tidak memberikan celah sedikitpun terhadap pelanggaran privasi dan data pribadi. Hasil dari sosialisasi yaitu para guru mengimplementasikan cara-cara dalam menjaga keamanan data pribadi antara lain dengan: rajin mengubah password media sosial minimal sebulan sekali, selalu memastikan sudah logout dari aplikasi terutama WhatsApp web, tidak menerima telepon dari nomor yang tidak dikenal, serta tidak menggunakan wifi  terutama yang gratis di sembarang tempat. Tindak lanjut dari sosialisasi ini yaitu akan diadakan sosialisasi lanjutan kepada siswa-siswa di SMK Maarif NU 1 Cilongok. Kata kunci: security awareness; keamanan; data pribadi; pengabdian masyarakat ABSTRACTMaintaining the security of personal data is an important requirement, especially when communicating via social media in cyberspace. Awareness of  the importance of maintaining the security of personal data in addition to protecting privacy, is also due to the increasing level of online-based crimes that are occurring in Indonesia. Especially during a pandemic where online activity increased sharply, which resulted in an increase in cybercrime rates. Socialization to increase awareness of personal data security, especially in using social media, was held at SMK Maarif NU 1 Cilongok, Banyumas Regency, which was attended by PMR supervisor teachers. The purpose of this socialization is for teachers to understand more and be self-aware so as not to give the slightest gap to violations of privacy and personal data. The result of the socialization is that teachers implement ways to maintain personal data security, including: diligently changing social media passwords at least once a month, always making sure to log out of applications, especially WhatsApp web, not receiving calls from unknown numbers, and not using wi-fi especially free in any place. As a follow-up to this socialization, there will be a follow-up socialization for students at SMK Maarif NU 1 Cilongok. Keywords: security awareness; security; personal data; community service

Abstract

Machine learning (ML) is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) that deals with the development of systems capable of learning from data to make predictions or decisions without being explicitly programmed. In this study, we conducted an analysis of students' interest in the Internship and Certified Independent Study Program (MSIB) in the context of the Independent Campus Learning policy. The method used is a survey by distributing questionnaires to students of Amikom Purwokerto University in the MSIB batch 5 in year 2023. The results of this study can provide understanding and predictions about students' interest in the MSIB program based on relevant variables, such as study program, semester, cumulative grade point average (GPA), semester credit system (SKS), and previous work experience. The research results indicate that GPA and Study Program greatly influence students' interest in MSIB. The Naïve Bayes algorithm yielded an accuracy of 0.6875 on the training data and 0.25 on the testing data, with a confusion matrix of (0, 1, 0; 0, 1, 2; 0, 0, 0). Meanwhile, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm yielded an accuracy of 0.4375 on the training data and 0.75 on the testing data, with a confusion matrix of (0, 1; 0, 3). The machine learning model developed in this study is expected to help predict students interest based on new data provided, thus supporting decision-making in optimizing the MSIB program.
