Provision of credit facilities have a level of risk that the possibility of credit can not be billed, then it is necessary the correct credit analysis by employee cooperatives. Referred to as problem loans because the debtor has a delay in returning the credit. Bad credit should be quickly resolved to avoid greater losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of bad loans using the method 5c on the cooperative savings and loan "RIAS" P1 Mardiharjo. The method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis method used is qualitative method is a non-statistical analysis that helps in research. During 2011 up to 2015, the percentage of nonperforming loans in the "dressing and lending cooperatives" is 0.65% and 2.27%. When compared to the percentage of the maximum limit of bad loans determined by Bank Indonesia of 5%, then the performance of savings and loan cooperatives "2011-2015" is said to be good. The cause of credit in the cooperative savings and loan "riass" of which from the debtor who is likely due to his business less smooth, stuck, even bankrupt, due to the character of the debtor is less good, and or because of the lost guarantee that causes the debtor does not pay. From internal cooperatives due to human error, fictitious credit, and / or misalignment of credit analysis. From other parties due to natural disasters or can also be due to technological developments.

NARRATIVE TEXT DEVELOPMENT AMONG NON-ENGLISH UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AT LUBUKLINGGAU, INDONESIA Astri Riance

The aims of this study was to know narrative text development among non English University students at Lubuklinggau. This study focused on writing narrative text by using generic structure and grammatical feature. This research was conducted at the first semester students of accounting Bina Insan University Lubuklinggau. Based on the data analysis from the test which was given to the students, can be concluded that. The students correct answer in grammatical feature was 46,33%, in orientation was 74%, in evaluation was 53,16%, in complication was 56,83% and in resolution was 58,83%. It means that the students ability in writing narrative text reviewed from generic structure and grammatical feature is still low. The result of the students test is also can be seen from the students score skill level, there are 16 students in low level and 14 students in medium level. And the average of students score was 57.7. From the result of the test above, the researcher concluded that the students development in writing narrative text is still low, they are still confuse about the rule in writing narrative text, such as about grammatical feature and Generic Structure. therefore teachers have to find creative techniques and good methods in teaching narrative text, in order to students will be more interested and understend when teaching and learning process occurs. Memasuki era digital pada masa new normal saat ini, Bahasa Inggris merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat mendasar dan penting. Selain itu, Bahasa Inggris juga sangat berpengaruh bagi kemajuan sebuah pendidikan, terbukti dalam perkembangan sistem pendidikan saat ini Bahasa Inggris telah dimasukan sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran yang diujikan dalam Ujian Nasional. Dalam menghadapi Ujian Nasional, siswa kelas IX SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Lubuklinggau masih banyak yang mengalami kesulitan untuk menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris. Salah satu faktor penyebab dari permasalahan siswa tersebut adalah kurangnya latihan yang efektif dalam menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi menjawab soal serta belum memiliki kepandaian untuk memprediksi soal yang akan muncul pada saat Ujian Nasional. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah upaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat guna membekali siswa untuk menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris dengan mudah pada saat menghadapi Ujian Nasional sehingga siswa terlatih untuk menggunakan strategi atau cara efektif dalam mengidentifikasi untuk memilih jawaban yang tepat dengan waktu yang cepat. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil pemberian soal pre-test diketahui bahwa nilai terendah adalah 50,00 dan nilai tertinggi adalah 70, 00 dan hasil pemberian soal post-test diketahui bahwa nilai terendah adalah 70,00 dan nilai tertinggi adalah 90,00. Dengan demikian, dari hasil soal pre-test dan post-test tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris.

Memasuki zaman era digital, bahasa Inggris merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting di Indonesia. Terbukti dalam perkembangan sistem pendidikan saat ini, bahasa Inggris telah digunakan sebagai salah satu bahasa pengantar pembukaan dalam perkuliahan. Oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting bagi pengajar dan mahasiswa untuk menguasai bahasa Inggris. Penguasaan bahasa Inggris menjadi tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi oleh mahasiswa baik secara lisan maupun tertulis. Berdasarkan observasi pada perkuliahan di perguruan tinggi Universitas Bina Insan, mahasiswa belum terbiasa berkomunikasi sehari-hari pada kegiatan kampus dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Kebiasaan tersebut tentunya terkendala karena mahasiswa yang belum mampu membangun sebuah kemampuan untuk mempraktikkannya. Salah satu faktor penyebab dari permasalahan mahasiswa tersebut adalah kurangnya termotivasi latihan dan praktik yang efektif sehingga belum terbiasa untuk berkomunikasi dengan berbahasa Inggris. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa semester satu prodi perikanan telah terinspirasi dan termotivasi tentang pentingnya belajar bahasa Inggris melalui game edukasi sebagai upaya dapat memotivasi untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan agar dapat membiasakan latihan sehingga dapat terbiasa dengan mudah berkomunikasi sehari-hari pada kegiatan kampus dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Selain itu juga, dengan kegiatan ini mahasiswa dapat menjadi lebih berani. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada program pengabdian ini mahasiswa telah terpancing minat belajarnya untuk memiliki keterampilan dan pengalaman dalam berbahasa Inggris secara efektif dan pada akhirnya mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris lebih lanjut lagi.

In Indonesia, English is the first foreign language that is studied as a compulsory subject from junior high school to university. English is a very basic and important requirement in Indonesia. This is evident in the development of the current education system, English has been included as one of the subjects tested in the national exam. Based on the observations of class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana, in preparation for the national exam, many students still had difficulty answering English questions: reading skills. One of the causal factors of these student problems is the lack of practice by applying strategies to answer questions and do not have the skills to easily predict questions that will appear during the national exam. In addition, the lack of interest in learning English is also a major factor in learning English. Based on the results of the community service activities, it was shown that class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana were motivated so that they could optimize their abilities and skills in answering English questions: reading skills. Thus it can be concluded that in this service program students have gained experience in implementing strategies for quick predictions in identifying the right answers.

This study investigates the influence of Kaizen Culture and Talent Management on employee performance, with Reward as a moderating variable at CV. Sumber Beton, Lubuklinggau City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 40 employee respondents. The results reveal that Kaizen Culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of -0.519 and a p-value of 0.004. Talent Management shows a significant positive effect, with a path coefficient of 0.670 and a p-value of 0.000. However, Reward does not significantly moderate the relationship between Kaizen Culture and employee performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.363. Similarly, Reward fails to significantly moderate the effect of Talent Management on performance, with a p-value of 0.455. These findings suggest that while Kaizen Culture and Talent Management directly affect employee performance, Reward does not strengthen these relationships and may even weaken them. This study highlights the importance of focusing on internal cultural and talent development strategies rather than relying solely on reward systems to enhance employee performance.

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Rumusan masalah adalah Apakah Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 61 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dengan nilai thitung = 6,205 > nilai ttabel = 1,670 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulannya bahwa motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara.
