Abstract

UU no. 17 years The 2007 National Long Term Development Plan 2005-2025 mandates harmonious industrial relations with appropriate protection, and the process of creating an industry that meets all parties, is a desirable feature of the labor market. In connection with this, the purpose of this study is to study and analyze the position of the state administration as a mediator in creating harmonious relations, to study and analyze strengthening laws that support through mediation to create harmonious relations, and to study, analyze, and find concepts endorsed in a harmonious industry. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical with normative juridical approach, qualitative normative analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the position of the State administration as a mediator in finding harmonious relations is as an adviser and executor of industrial relations agreements outside the court, in order to connect the disputing parties with deliberations to reach consensus, be able to produce what is being done and can be seen looking efficient that can be sought For norm systems, policy systems and value systems that are in accordance with Pancasila as state ideology. The Government's suggestion is expected to intensify the fostering of industrial relations to the special community of workers and employers, with more institutions improving complaints and conducting regular monitoring, so that industrial relations disputes can be resolved early

Abstract

Tax is a levy from the public to the state (government) based on laws that areenforceable and payable by those who are obliged to pay it with no immediate performance(counter performance / remuneration), the results of which are used to finance stateexpenditure in government administration and development. The problem in this research ishow the implementation of the Bandar Lampung City Regional Regulation Number 01 of2011 concerning Regional Taxes. The method used by the normative juridical approach andanalysis is done qualitatively. Abstract

As a levy imposed by the state on the people, tax collection must be based on law. In carrying out its actions, state administration requires flexibility in determining policies related to tax collection. The problem in this research is how the government policies are related to tax collection. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical with a normative juridical approach, and a qualitative normative analysis method. The results show that the policies issued by the government in relation to the determination of taxes that must be issued by taxpayers which are determined in the form of tax collection are none other than those for general government financing purposes in order to carry out government functions, both routine and development. Abstract

To analyze data and drawconclusions from the results of the study, a qualitative normative analysis method is used.The results showed that the position of State Administration as a mediator in creating aharmonious relationship is as a coach and executor of resolving industrial relations disputesoutside the court, in order to direct the disputing parties to deliberate so that they canproduce a wise agreement and can be carried out as efficiently as possible to the system ofnorms, systems of behavior, and value systems that are in accordance with Pancasila as theideology of the state. Abstract

This inquire about points to create a web-based stock framework that centers on reasonableness, user-friendliness, and usefulness custom-made to desires of Miniaturized scale, Little, and Medium Ventures (MSMEs). Through in-depth analysis of MSMEs' specific inventory management requirements, the system not only provides a comprehensive solution for stock management but also integrates the Apriori algorithm for associative analysis of inventory data. The system's development adopts an Agile approach, allowing flexible adaptation to changing needs throughout the development process. Key features include efficient stock management, intuitive Point of Sales (POS) transaction recording, and customizable inventory reporting. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance MSMEs' efficiency in inventory management, provide insightful data to support more informed decision-making, and positively contribute to strengthening competitiveness and growth in the dynamic and competitive business environment.

Abstract

A graphic designer is someone who is responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software. The concept is designed based on ideas that inspire and can captivate consumers in art and virtual forms in the form of pictures, words and other art forms. All companies will need a graphic designer in carrying out promotions, sales, recruitment or whatever will be closely related to graphic designers so that when recruiting and selecting graphic designers if it is done non-computerized it can cause losses for the company. To solve these problems, we need a system that is a decision support system. The use of decision support systems requires a method. In this study the method used is the WASPAS method with ROC weighting. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of creative web creation training in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in facing the digital era. Using a quantitative experimental research design with pre-test and post-test, this research involved 20 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling. Training materials cover web design basics, an introduction to CMS, SEO, and content strategy. Evaluation is carried out by measuring knowledge, skills and business performance before and after training using a questionnaire. The research results show a significant increase in online visibility, website traffic, and increased sales, confirming that creative web training is a valuable investment for MSMEs in increasing competitiveness in the digital market. This study provides insight for policy makers and practitioners about the importance of training programs specifically designed to meet the digitalization needs of MSMEs.

Abstract

In an effort to increase the potential of eco tourism through the use of digital technology, this community service program is implemented with the main aim of training eco tourism actors in creating and managing blogs, as well as using social media for tourism promotion. This training is designed to address the lack of digital skills among eco tourism practitioners and improve their skills in creating attractive and effective digital content for online promotions. The method used in this training includes a series of theoretical and practical workshops that focus on the basics of blogging, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing strategies. The results of this training show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in creating blogs and utilizing social media, which is reflected in the increase in the quality of their content and online activities. This study recommends further development of the training curriculum with the integration of advanced techniques and more varied case studies, as well as increased ongoing support for trainees in applying new knowledge and skills in the real context of the ecotourism business.

Abstract

In the face of fierce competition to enter college, students often seek support from tutoring institutions to strengthen their learning abilities. However, LBB has limitations in providing learning programs. To understand students' preferences in choosing subjects, data mining methods can be used, which is the process of gathering information from large databases with statistical, mathematical, and artificial intelligence techniques. This research uses data from 40 students as samples that will be analyzed using the Apriori Association method. The search for support values is limited to three sets of elements because no combination meets the minimum support value requirement, so the procedure is stopped. The search for confidence values is carried out using a combination of two sets of potential items (L2). There are three association rules that can be useful for understanding students' preferences in choosing subjects. The first rule is "If you choose Math, you will choose English" with a confidence of 0.6, the second rule is "If you choose English, you will choose Math" with a confidence of 0.6, and the third rule is "If you choose Biology, you will choose Mathematics" with a confidence of 0.70. The results of the analysis in this study can be applied by Tutoring Institution "A" in the future to develop programs that are suitable for deepening the understanding of certain subjects.

Abstract

This community service with the title "Training on the Use of Computer-Based Multimedia" aims to improve people's digital literacy and multimedia skills in the fast-paced digital era. This program is designed to teach participants how to integrate various forms of digital media such as text, images, video, and audio in their work and daily lives. This training involves a series of modules that include an introduction to multimedia, technical training, practical applications, and evaluation. Through a combination of face-to-face and online learning methods, this program has succeeded in reaching participants from various backgrounds, including teachers, MSMEs and the general public. Evaluation results showed significant improvements in participants' skills and confidence in managing multimedia content. More than 85% of participants reported substantial improvements in their ability to implement multimedia technology in their professional and personal practices. This service not only provides technical skills but also encourages innovation and technological adaptation in various aspects of life. Suggestions for future research include expanding the scope of training with the latest technology, improving infrastructure, and creating a wider collaboration network with the technology industry. This program provides a model that can be adapted and applied in various other societal contexts to increase the accessibility and effectiveness of digital education.
