Abstract

Rapid technological development at this time encourages people to use technology. The use of technological tools today has led to all aspects of life, including the world of health which has become a necessity for society in general. The health service sector utilizes information technology to enter medical record data. Medical record is a medical record of a patient that contains all information relating to the health of the patient, medical records are used as a basis for determining further action by the doctor on handling patient health problems in health care agencies. At Amanda Primary Clinic, medical record data is still stored on paper media. Maintenance of medical records becomes more difficult as the number of medical record data continues to increase. In this final project developed a desktop-based outpatient medical record application. Needs analysis is done by the method of developing the prototipe model software and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature study. Outpatient medical record application was developed to manage patient data and patient medical records. The application can be used by doctors and medical professionals at Amanda Primary Clinic to manage patient medical record data

Abstract

Human life, both directly and indirectly, has been influenced by developments in the field of information and communication technology, one of which is in the library field. The library is one place where information and knowledge are easily obtained. But now libraries are still more often found in physical form where access to locations is still an obstacle. There are still many libraries that only provide a collection of printed books, making it difficult in the search process, and need more space to accommodate the collection of books. The manual lending and repayment process causes services to be less effective and efficient. The author tries to create an android application-based library system with the name Dilib-Us where there are search, loan and return features that can improve the quality of library services. This system applies the data collection method and prototype method as a system development model. The purpose of this study is to facilitate service users in finding information on libraries through the Dilib-Us application. It is expected that this application can provide facilities for prospective borrowers in the process of borrowing and returning books and for librarians in processing data, such as: adding, changing and deleting data.

Abstract

AbstrakSetiap tahun SMK Era Informatika memberikan beasiswa kepada siswa/siswi yang berprestasi, namun dalam proses seleksi siswa masih menggunakan cara konvensional, sehingga penyaluran beasiswa kurang tepat sasaran dan kurang terbukanya kesempatan bagi seluruh siswa untuk mendaftar sebagai calon penerima beasiswa yang mengakibatkan sering terjadi kecemburuan sosial diantara siswa yang tidak mendapatkan kesempatan tersebut. Pentingnya pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dalam memberikan beasiswa menjadi tantangan tersendiri untuk pihak sekolah. Pemanfaatan sistem penunjang keputusan sebagai salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dengan cepat, tepat dan mampu menghasilkan berbagai alternatif yang secara interaktif dalam memilih siswa sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan penerima beasiswa ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode ini dipilih karena mampu memilih alternatif terbaik dari jumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Terdapat 6 kriteria yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi penerimaan beasiswa di SMK Era Informatika yakni: kedisiplinan, nilai rapot, kelakuan, kerajinan, tanggungan orangtua, dan kerapihan. Dapat diketahui bahwa siswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa di SMK Era Informatika adalah Tari dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,232 (23,2%) dan ika dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,229 (22,9%).Kata kunci: Sistem Penunjang Keputusan, Pemilihan Penerima Beasiswa, Analytical Hierarchy ProcessAbstractEvery year the Era Informatics Vocational School provides scholarships to students who excel, but in the selection process students still use conventional methods, so that the distribution of scholarships is not well targeted and there are less opportunities for all students to register as prospective scholarship recipients, which results in frequent social jealousy among students. students who do not get this opportunity. The importance of making the right decision in providing scholarships is a challenge for the school. Utilization of decision support systems as a solution that can be used to assist decision making quickly, precisely and able to produce various alternatives that interactively select students according to the desired criteria. The method used in making the decision of this scholarship recipient uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method was chosen because it is able to choose the best alternative from the number of alternatives available. There are 6 criteria that influence the decision-making process in the selection of scholarship recipients at the Era Informatics Vocational School, namely: discipline, report cards, behavior, crafts, parental dependability, and neatness. It can be seen that students who are entitled to receive scholarships at SMK Era Informatika are Dance with a weight value of 0.232 (23.2%) and Ika with a weight value of 0.229 (22.9%).Keywords: Decision Support System, Scholarship Recipient Selection, Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract

Dewasa ini ketergantungan manusia akan akses informasi semakin bertambah dengan ditandainya penggunaan internet yang makin tersebar. Desa sebagai bagian terkecil dari sistem pemerintahan administratif di Indonesia, dituntut dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan terus meningkatkan kemampuannya mengelola data administrasi kependudukan desa. Saat ini masih banyak desa dalam sistem pelayanannya masih melayani secara konvensional. Pelayanan administasi kependudukan seperti pencatatan data penduduk desa dan pembuatan surat permohonan akan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi, yaitu melalui pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administasi Kependudukan Desa (M-DESA) menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Metode UCD berfokus kepada pengembangan sistem berdasarkan tujuan, sifat, konteks dan lingkungan melalui pengalaman pengguna. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administasi Kependudukan Desa (M-DESA) dapat mempermudah masyarakat yang akan mengajukan pelayanan karena dapat diakses dimana saja melalui jaringan internet seperti pelayanan permohonan pendaftaran E-KTP, KK, AKTE dan surat-surat lainnya, Sehingga ada keterbukaan dan kemudahan dalam pelayanan antara pengurus desa dengan warganya.Kata kunci: Desa, administrasi, sistem informasi, metode User Centered Design

Abstract

ABSTRACTIncreasing competition in the business world, making the existence of a computerized data processing is essential in order to assist strategic planning and effective decision making. At the time of this recording customer registration, scheduling training, customer attendance and payment of training at the Training Institute Stir Mobil Indotech Citra Jaya Purwokerto is still done manually so that its performance has not been effective. This is reflected in the determination of fault schedules of participants, attendance and calculation of payment transactions. The goal of this research is the construction of information systems are expected to help improve services and be able to control the process of registration management, payment transactions and allocation process training schedule. Software development method used is the Waterfall. The information system is built using Borland Delphi 7 and MySQL as the database. Abstract

Hewan peliharaan merupakan hewan yang dipelihara dan dirawat oleh manusia. saat ini banyak orang yang menaruh minat untuk memiliki hewan peliharaan. Namun pada saat ini, beberapa klinik hewan di Purwokerto masih melakukan pengelolaan data secara manual ketika pemilik hewan datang ke klinik tersebut untuk setiap proses yang berjalan. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah Aplikasi Sistem informasi untuk membantu proses berjalan manual menjadi terkomputerisasi. Dalam aplikasi ini akan terdapat tiga user yaitu pasien, petugas dan dokter. Untuk merancang aplikasi ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language dan untuk implementasi menggunakan  android supaya dapat digunakan secara mobile dan lebih fleksibel dalam penggunaannya.

Abstract

Abstract - Posyandu pepaya is a self-help activities which aims as an institution to maintain public health, especially pregnant women and toddlers. Until now, the recording of data at Pepaya posyandu is still manually, so the data processing and information still experience many major obstacles in terms of accuracy and effectiveness. Today, technological developments are becoming increasingly rapid and leading to almost all areas of human life involving technology because technology facilitates human work in various fields. Seeing this, then the idea came up to create a design of data record system services posyandu desktop-based services with the aim of facilitating data processing services that occur in posyandu. By conducting observations and direct interviews with the posyandu officers, the authors obtained some data needed to design a information system service at posyandu desktop-based. The existence of this information system is one of the best solutions to overcome recording problems that often occur at posyandu such as data loss and others because with this system, all data is stored in the database and processing becomes faster. The design of this system is made by  Visual Basic 6.0 application.Keywords—posyandu, service, information system, desktop based information systemAbstrak - Posyandu pepaya merupakan kegiatan swadaya masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memelihara kesehatan masyarakat khususnya para ibu hamil dan balita. Sampai saat ini, pencatatan data pada posyandu pepaya masih bersifat manual sehingga pengolahan data dan informasinya masih mengalami banyak kendala terutama dari segi akurasi dan efektifitas. Dewasa ini, perkembangan teknologi menjadi semakin pesat dan menyebabkan hampir semua bidang kehidupan manusia melibatkan teknologi karena mempermudah pekerjaan manusia diberbagai bidang. Melihat hal tersebut, maka muncul gagasan untuk membuat sebuah rancangan sistem informasi pencatatan data pelayanan posyandu berbasis desktop dengan tujuan mempermudah pengolahan data pelayanan yang ada di posyandu. Dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan para petugas posyandu, penulis memperoleh beberapa data yang diperlukan untuk merancang sistem tersebut. Adanya sistem informasi ini merupakan salah satu solusi terbaik untuk mengatasi masalah pencatatan yang sering terjadi seperti kehilangan data,  karena dengan adanya sistem ini, semua data tersimpan dalam database dan pengolahannya menjadi lebih cepat.Kata kunci—posyandu, pelayanan, sistem informasi, sistem informasi berbasis desktop

Abstract

Abstract - The use of internet for the needs of online registration has begun to develop in Indonesia Archipelago. People can access information and register marriage more easily and quickly through the internet without having to visit KUA first. Through the website KUA officers can easily view the marriage registration data. Registration of marriage to KUA Banyumas Subdistrict still using manual registration method by way of bride to visit KUA Banyumas Sub-district then do face-to-face registration with KUA officer so that less effective and efficient time. The registration information system through the internet or online is a good approach to improving accessibility to the community. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative. The Office of Religious Affairs of Banyumas Sub-district is an Office under the Ministry of Religious Affairs that conducts marriage services for the community around Banyumas Sub-district and provides information for the ease of the community in order to access more effectively and efficiently for prospective marriage applicants. Keywords: Information System, Online Registration System, KUA District Banyumas Abstrak - Penggunaan internet untuk kebutuhan pendaftaran online sudah mulai berkembang di Nusantara Indonesia. Masyarakat bisa mengakses informasi dan melakukan pendaftaran pernikahan dengan lebih mudah dan cepat melalui internet tanpa harus berkunjung ke KUA terlebih dahulu. Melalui website petugas KUA bisa dengan mudah melihat data pendaftar pernikahan. Pendaftaran pernikahan pada KUA Kecamatan Banyumas masih menggunakan metode pendaftaran manual yaitu dengan cara calon pengantin mendatangi KUA Kecamatan Banyumas lalu melakukan pendaftaran secara tatap muka dengan petugas KUA sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien dalam manajemen waktu. Sistem informasi pendaftaran melalui internet atau online merupakan suatu pendekatan yang baik terhadap peningkatan kemudahan akses untuk masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Banyumas merupakan sebuah Kantor dibawah Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia yang secara langsung bertugas melakukan pelayanan pernikahan untuk masyarakat sekitar Kecamatan Banyumas dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat agar dapat mengakses dengan lebih efektif dan efisien bagi calon pendaftar pernikahan. Abstract

Abstract - The progress of internet technology for now is very helpful in almost all fields of life, including in the business sector of commerce. E-commerce is one of the technologies that support the development of today's trading world. Online sales can make it easier for small to medium-sized businesses because of the lack of capital for financing rental premises, determining strategic marketing points, to the amount of electricity financing. This website application is an online sales system using internet technology, to facilitate prospective buyers in conducting transactions through this media. The web-based e-commerce application on Eko Distro is made using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. Analysis of problems in the development of e-commerce applications uses analysis and PIECES requirements. It is expected that with the existence of an additional service door at Distro, Pak Eko will be able to facilitate the long-distance transaction process besides having to visit the distro for a long time.Keywords: internet, e-commerce, website, framework codeigniterAbstrak - Kemajuan teknologi internet untuk saat ini sangat membantu hampir diseluruh bidang kehidupan, termasuk pada bidang usaha perdagangan. E-commerce merupakan salah satu teknologi yang mendukung perkembangan dunia perdagangan saat ini. Penjualan online dapat mempermudah badan usaha kecil hingga menengah karena sedikitnya modal pembiayaan sewa tempat, penentuan titik strategis pemasaran, sampai dengan besarnya pembiayaan listrik. Aplikasi website ini adalah sebuah sistem penjualan online menggunakan teknologi internet, untuk mempermudah calon pembeli dalam melakukan transaksi melalui media ini. Aplikasi e-commerce berbasis web pada Distro Pak Eko ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter dan basis data MySQL. Analisis masalah dalam pengembangan aplikasi e-commerce ini menggunakan analisis dan kebutuhan PIECES. Diharapkan dengan adanya satu pintu layanan tambahan pada Distro Pak Eko ini akan  mampu memudahkan dalam proses transaksi jarak jauh selain harus mengunjungi distro dengan waktu yang lama.Kata kunci : internet, e-commerce, website, framework codeigniter

Abstract

Abstract - Website not only can be used as a media of information dissemination, but also as a media for academic process data. With a web-based academic information systems, processing values can be done more quickly, effectively and efficiently and facilitate access for the parties concerned. SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas currently still using manual systems in the process data. This can be risky and less duplicate data provided data security. Students also can only see the value of the time of the Ascension of the class and time to see it limited. The purpose of this research is to create a website that can be used to manage the data of teachers, students and academic data. The research method used i.e. software development using models of the waterfall, observations, interviews, and the study of the literature. The website was built using programming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript and JQuery. using MySQL as database and Apache as a web server. The existence of this website, is expected to facilitate the dissemination of information, facilitate teachers in the academic process data so as to minimise the occurrence of duplicate data and data security become more assured.Keywords: Academic Information System, SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas, Website.Abstrak - Website tidak hanya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media penyebaran informasi, tetapi juga sebagai media untuk mengolah data akademik. Dengan adanya sistem informasi akademik berbasis web, pengolahan nilai dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, efektif dan efisien serta dapat mempermudah akses bagi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan.SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam mengolah data. Hal ini dapat beresiko terjadi kerangkapan data dan kurang terjaminya keamanan data. Siswa juga hanya dapat melihat nilai saat kenaikan kelas dan waktu melihatnya pun terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat website yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data guru, data siswa dan data akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall, pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Website dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript dan JQuery. Serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database dan Apache sebagai web server. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan dapat memuudahkan proses penyebaran informasi, memudahkan guru dalam mengolah data akademik sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kerangkapan data keamanan data menjadi lebih terjamin.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas, Website.
