Abstract - The court is an embodiment of public power that has been established based on legal authority with the aim of resolving a problem related to the issue of justice in carrying out its functions. The District Court is a judicial institution in the general court environment that has a position in the capital city, district or city. As a court of first instance, the District Court has a functions including examining, deciding, and resolving criminal and civil cases for the public in seeking justice in general. One of the activities there is the visit of prisoners according to routine schedules, namely every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Permission is only valid for one day in accordance with the date of issuance of the visit permit made by the service officer. During the next scheduled detention visit the defendant's family or attorney must return to the one-stop integrated service officer, the Purbalingga District Court to produce a prisoner visit permit. so there will not be any mistakes or misuse in the management of the data created. Abstrak - Pengadilan merupakan perwujudan kekuasaan publik yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan otoritas hukum dengan tujuan untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah terkait dengan masalah keadilan dalam menjalankan fungsinya. Pengadilan Negeri merupakan sebuah lembaga peradilan di lingkungan peradilan umum yang memiliki kedudukan di ibu kota, kabupaten atau kota. Sebagai pengadilan tingkat pertama, Pengadilan Negeri memiliki fungsi di antaranya memeriksa, memutus, dan menyelesaikan perkara pidana dan perdata bagi masyarakat dalam mencari keadilan pada umumnya. Salah satu kegiatan yang ada yaitu kunjungan tahanan sesuai dengan jadwal rutin yaitu setiap hari senin, rabu dan jumat. Pemberian izin hanya berlaku untuk satu hari sesuai dengan tanggal pembuatan izin kunjungan yang dibuat oleh petugas pelayanan. Pada jadwal kunjungan tahanan berikutnya maka keluarga atau kuasa hukum terdakwa harus kembali menemui petugas pelayanan terpadu satu pintu, Pengadilan Negeri Purbalingga untuk membuatkan surat izin kunjungan tahanan. sehingga tidak akan terjadi kekeliruan maupun penyalahgunaan dalam pengelolaan data yang dibuat. Penyakit sendi merupakan penyakit yang biasanya disebabkan karena permasalahan pada tubuh, seperti obesitas atau faktor usia yang semakin bertambah. Penyakit sendi adalah rasa sakit pada bagian tubuh yang menghubungkan tulang dengan tulang dan menyebabkan pergerakan dan kualitas hidup penderitanya menjadi terganggu. Jika penyakit sendi tidak ditangani dengan cepat dan benar akan mengakibatkan kurangnya produktifitas pada penderitanya. Dengan adanya dukungan teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan minimnya pengetahuan bagi masyarakat mengenai penyakit sendi, maka diperlukan aplikasi sistem pakar. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu penderita untuk segera mengetahui gejala dan jenis dari penyakit sendi tersebut. Sistem ini bekerja dengan menggunakan pengetahuan dan metode analisis yang telah didefinisikan terlebih dahulu oleh pakar yang sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Pakar yang dibuat digunakan sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan dan digunakan sebagai alat bantu bagi seseorang yang belum mengetahui informasi tentang penyakit sendi yang di alami serta cara pencegahannya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, seseorang yang mengalami penyakit pada sendi dapat mengetahui cara pencegahannya sedini mungkin. Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa, Sendi

Abstract - In the current era of globalization, the development of technology and information is so fast. This progress has a good impact on society because it can facilitate the work in terms of speed and access to information. The Social Rehabilitation Center for the "Satria" Drug Abuse Victim Baturraden does not yet have data storage media. Judging from these problems, the authors make a Final Project on a website-based client inpatient information system to build a program to overcome these problems. In this study the authors use the waterfall method, while the development of the system uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. This information system was created using the Sublime Text Editor and XAMPP 3.2.2 applications. While the author's programming language uses PHP and HTML. With this website, it can provide solutions to problems with a computerized system so that the data is more structured to run effectively and efficiently.Â Keywords: Information Systems, Inpatient, Waterfall.Â Abstrak - Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini,perkembangan teknologi dan informasi begitu cepat. Kemajuan ini berdampak baik bagi masyarakat karena dapat memudahkan pekerjaan dari sisi kecepatan maupun dalam mengakses sebuah informasi. Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Korban Penyalahgunaan NAPZA â€œSatriaâ€ Baturraden belum memiliki media penyimpanan data. Ditinjau dari permasalahan tersebut,maka penulis membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai sistem informasi rawat inap klien berbasis website guna membangun suatu program untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode waterfall, sedangkan pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem Informasi ini dibuat menggunakan aplikasi Sublime Text Editor dan XAMPP 3.2.2. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman penulis menggunakan PHP dan HTML. Dengan adanya website ini dapat memberikan solusi permasalahan dengan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi sehingga data-data lebih terstruktur agar berjalan efektif dan efisien.Â Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Rawat Inap, Waterfall.

Abstract - Smartphone production is growth rapidly. Various smartphone products with a variety of specifications and prices available on the market. The number of smartphone products often confuse consumers in choosing a smartphone that suits the needs and affordable prices. In this study the authors are interested in developing a system to assist in making decisions for prospective buyers in choosing a smartphone. By using this application, potential buyers can select the required smartphone criteria and the system will find the suitability of the smartphone type from the available data base. This support system uses fuzy logic in analyzing smartphone criteria selected by the user (prospective buyer). In the development of the system used Waterfall model. The results of this study is a decision support system that provides an alternative smartphone that can be used as a reference in choosing a smartphone to be purchased. Keywords: Decision support system, fuzy logic, smartphone, android Abstrak - Perkembangan smartphone dewasa ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang pasat. Berbagai produk smartphone dengan variasi spesifikasi dan harga tersedia di pasaran. Banyaknya produk smartphone sering kali membuat bingung konsumen dalam memilih smartphone yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harga yang terjangkau. Dalam penelitian ini penulis tertarik mengembangkan sebuah sistem untuk membantu dalam mengambil keputusan bagi calon pembeli dalam memilih smartphone. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini, calon pembeli dapat memilih kriteria smartphone yang dibutuhkan dan sistem akan mencari kesesuaian jenis smartphone tersebut dari basis data yang tersedia. AbstractThe development of internet-based technology has become a media for spreading information which is faster and more efficient than other media, such as print and electronic media. It is what drives a number of business owners to start exploring the digital world by opening websites and social media to promote their businesses. Multi Jaya Press is a company in Banyumas Regency which is engaged in the sale of motorcycle press tool and workshop installation services. In the marketing process,, Multi Jaya Press uses media in the form of a website which is located at www.superbengkel.co.id. The use of the website is still not optimal for searching several targeted keywords, thus the website is difficult to be found by the google search engine organically. Generally, a website owner will make a quick decision to solve this problem using paid Google ads. Although it can appear on the top page of google search, the use of paid Google ads will cost a lot of money. It is clearly seen when a website uses google ads, it will be labeled as an "advertisement". Therefore, a suitable strategy is needed to increase the position of keywords on the website www.superbengkel.co.id on the Google search page or the Search Engine Results Page (SERP). One of that strategy is the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The result of this research is that the website appears on the start page of Google search with the targeted keywords.Keywords: Website;Search Engine Optimization;SEO;Google;SERPAbstrakPerkembangan teknologi berbasis internet menjadi media penyebaran informasi yang lebih cepat dan efisien dibandingkan media lain seperti media cetak dan elektronik. Hal inilah yang menggerakan sejumlah pemilik bisnis untuk mulai merambah dunia digital dengan membuka website maupun media sosial untuk mempromosikan usaha mereka. Multi Jaya Press merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Kabupaten Banyumas yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan alat press sepeda motor dan jasa instalasi bengkel. Dalam pemasarannya, Multi Jaya Press menggunakan media berupa website yang beralamat di www.superbengkel.co.id. Penggunaan website ini pun masih belum optimal, terutama dalam pencarian beberapa kata kunci yang ditargetkan. Hal ini menyebabkan website sulit ditemukan oleh mesin pencari google secara organik. Umumnya, seorang pemilik website akan mengambil keputusan secara cepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan iklan berbayar dari google. Meskipun dapat tampil di halaman teratas pencarian google, akan tetapi penggunaan iklan seperti ini akan memakan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Terlebih ketika sebuah website menggunakan iklan dari google, maka akan dilabeli ‘iklan’ yang memungkinkan pengguna google lain tidak mau mengunjungi website tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang cocok untuk menaikkan posisi kata kunci pada website www.superbengkel.co.id di halaman pencarian google atau Search Engine Results Page (SERP), salah satunya dengan menggunakan Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah website muncul di halaman awal pencarian google dengan kata kunci yang ditargetkan.Kata Kunci: Website;Search Engine Optimization;SEO;Google;SERP

As the development of technology can cause various positive and negative influences, one of the negative effects is that many people are addicted to gadgets and games. Playing games is fine, but usually the stigma in society is children who play games too often, so they tend to forget and ignore their education and prioritize games where it is feared that it will affect their academic performance. At present many developers apply the educational element to the games they make, in contrast to games that have recently become popular, the educational game can be an additional lesson for students in addition to the material obtained from school. Because using educational game media is more attractive to students to learn, the author intends to create an Educational Game "Adventure of Unity-Chan" for Physics Learning Class 10 of Vocational School, which is expected to be used as an alternative learning media so that classroom teaching and learning activities do not experience saturation.

Abstract - BKK Tunas Insan Kaya has some shortcomings in supporting to serve the registrant from a great distance as well as from schools outside Banyumas. The current registration by filling out the form at the registration post and google drive, so the registrant often forget or do not know about the test schedule or announcement accepted or rejected by the company. Notifications via short messages SMS are sometimes ineffective applicants prefer to change the SIM card to get more internet quota. Making BKK Tunas Insan Kaya website can solve the distance problem, time and better information management. Following recruitment is as easy as pressing a button to bet he goal of this project. Applicant come not only from Banyumas district but also from outside Banyumas distric. This shows the function of BKK Tunas Insan Karya as an institution among active work in enforce it’s duties. The membership fee can be transferred through the bank then the registrant upload the edvince through the member’s space. Test carad and schedule selection can be downloaded in the member’s room when it becomes member and pay the selection fee. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan saat ini di lakukan melalui pengisian formulir di posko pendaftaran dan google drive. sehingga Pendaftar sering lupa atau tidak tahu mengenai jadwal tes maupun pengumuman diterima atau ditolak oleh Perusahaan. Pemberitahuan melalui pesan singkat SMS terkadang tidak efektif karena Pendaftar lebih memilih ganti kartu untuk mendapatkan kuota Internet yang banyak. Pembuatan website untuk BKK Tunas Insan Karya dapat mengatasi masalah jarak, waktu dan pengolahan informasi yang lebih baik. Mengikuti proses seleksi semudah menekan tombol menjadi tujuan Proyek ini. Pendaftar datang tidak hanya dari Kabupaten Banyumas tetapi juga dari Berbagai kota di luar Karsidenan Banyumas. Hal ini menujukan peningkatan Fungsi BKK Tunas Insan Karya sebagai lembaga antar kerja aktif dalam melakukan tugasnya. Iuran penyelenggaraan dapat di transfer melalui bank kemudian Pendaftar mengunggah bukti melalui ruang Member. Kartu ujian dan jadwal seleksi dapat diunduh diruang member apabila sudah menjadi member dan membayar iuran penyelenggaran seleksi. Abstract -The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is an institution engaged in the field of health and social humanity with one of its main tasks is to provide health services and community welfare. The existence of PMI Purbalingga is very helpful to the community in terms of health and welfare services, such as blood donation, blood donation, medical examination and disaster management. However, the process of health services is still done manually, including the process of admission of outpatients at the PMI clinic. This often makes the patient queue for a long time to register. Blood donor information and stock of available bloodbags can not be accessed easily by the public. From these problems the authors conclude that the PMI Purbalingga need a website as a means to improve public access to health service information in PMI Purbalingga. In making the website of this online health service, the authors make observations, interviews and search various references from journals and articles on the internet. This website becomes the right solution to the problems that exist because the website can reach many people and can be accessed easily whenever and wherever. Keywords—Information Systems, Online Health Services, Indonesian Red Cross Abstrak - Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) adalah lembaga yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan dan sosial kemanusiaan dengan salah satu tugas pokoknya yaitu menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keberadaan PMI Kabupaten Purbalingga sangat membantu masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan, seperti melakukan donor darah, mendapatkan donor darah, pemeriksaan kesehatan serta penanggulangan bencana. Namun proses pelayanan kesehatan masih dilakukan secara manual, termasuk proses pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di klinik PMI. Hal ini seringkali membuat pasien harus mengantri lama untuk melakukan pendaftaran. Informasi donor darah dan stok kantung darah yang tersedia pun belum bisa diakses secara mudah oleh masyarakat. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis menyimpulkan bahwa PMI Kabupaten Purbalingga memerlukan sebuah website sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi pelayanan kesehatan di PMI Kabupaten Purbalingga. Dalam pembuatan website pelayanan kesehatan online ini, penulis melakukan pengamatan, wawancara dan mencari berbagai referensi dari jurnal dan artikel di internet. Website ini menjadi solusi yang tepat atas permasalahan yang ada dikarenakan website dapat menjangkau banyak orang serta dapat diakses dengan mudah kapanpun dan dimanapun. In this era of globalization, the development of information technology is moving very fast. As for computers, which are equipment created to facilitate human work and also the internet which is used as a means to obtain information easily. Somagede Village, Banyumas Regency has several ongoing projects, but some residents do not know this information because there is no available information system. Judging from these problems, the author makes a Scientific Work on a web-based project monitoring information system to overcome these problems. The making of this system uses data collection methods by observing projects in Somagede Village, interviewing the Somagede Village Head as a resource person. Through this system, it can be used as a monitoring medium for ongoing projects by community members.

The number of various kinds of e-commerce that can provide a variety of products and needs. Sellers and buyers do not need to meet face to face, because the products offered can all be done through e-commerce. Because there are too many types of e-commerce, a comparison is made to choose e-commerce that is in great demand by service users. Therefore, a study was made using the method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)to compare several criteria from e-commerce that are in great demand. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a research method for decision making by using a hierarchy and making comparisons on each criterion and alternative considered in decision making. The application of AHP in this study is to determine an e-commerce that is in great demand as one of the recommendations. The results of this study concluded that Tokopedia (40%), in the second position was Shopee (35%), in the third position Lazada (14%), and the latter is BukaLapak (11%).
