Abstract

Looking for film information is something that is often done before watching, but not infrequently many people waste time and money because the films they watch are not what they want, due to the lack of information on the films they want to watch. From this problem, the author proposes an application by implementing Rest Api Using Retrofit for an Android-Based Film Information System so that it can search for film synopsis, by utilizing an open-source API. The result of this research is an application that will provide information on the synopsis of the film you are looking for to watch. Dari permasalahan ini Peneliti Mengusulkan aplikasi dengan menerapkan Rest Api Menggunakan Retrofit Untuk Sistem Informasi Film Berbasis Android sehingga dapat melakukan pencarian Sinopsis film, dengan memanfaatkan API yang bersifat Open Source. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang akan memberikan informasi Sinopsis film yang dicari untuk ditonton. Kata kunci: Sinopsis Film, Rest API, Android, Informasi Film , Retrofit

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a payment information system at one of the vocational schools in Bekasi. The problem is why the need for system development, because the payment process so far is still done conventionally which affects the service process takes longer. To build and develop the system using the waterfall method which is one of the system development methods known as the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The stages of the waterfall method are communicating with the project owner in this case the school, planning needs by collecting data and analyzing, making a model of the software for data flow and control, functional processes, operating behavior and the information contained therein, coding in this case the researcher uses PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) with a MySQL database and tests the system. There are 3 (three) actors in this application, namely Admin, Administrative Staff Officer and Students/guardians. Activities of this system include Payment of Tuition Fees, Manage Student Data, Manage Class Data, Manage Officer Data, Payment Transactions by Admin, Open Payment History, Reports.

Abstract

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks are one of the serious threats in cybersecurity that can disrupt the availability of network services. Traditional approaches to DDoS mitigation often have limitations in detecting complex attack patterns and responding dynamically. This research aims to develop a framework that integrates Honeypot with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) to improve the ability to adaptively mitigate DDoS attacks. The SDN approach was chosen due to its unique ability to provide centralized network control and high flexibility in real-time traffic management. The research method involves developing a prototype of Honeypot-SDN integration, testing through simulation using Mininet, as well as analyzing network traffic data using machine learning algorithms. Data obtained from simulated DDoS attacks with various scenarios, including variations in attack intensity and type, were analyzed to test the effectiveness of the system.

Abstract

Waste management in schools is an important effort to develop environmental awareness among students from an early age. However, many students still lack awareness and habits in identifying and recording the types and quantities of waste generated in their daily activities. Therefore, an educational medium based on digital technology is needed to support students in understanding and managing waste more effectively. This community service activity aimed to implement a mobile-based application for recording waste using the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principle in the school environment. The methods used in this program included socialization, environmental education, and demonstrations on how to use the application for students and teachers at Sekolah Islam Al-Azhar BSD@Cileungsi, Bogor Regency. The mobile application introduced in this activity provides several main features, including user registration and login, input of waste types such as organic, inorganic, and hazardous waste (B3), and daily waste data recapitulation. The results of the activity indicate that the implementation of the mobile application increased students’ understanding and awareness of waste management while encouraging active participation in applying the 3R principles within the school environment. In addition, the application helps organize waste recording more systematically and allows easier monitoring by the school management. Therefore, the implementation of a mobile-based waste recording application can serve as an innovative solution to support environmental education and improve waste management practices in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of symmetric cryptographic algorithms, namely Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Rivest Cipher 6 (RC6), in securing multimedia files. The research employs a quantitative experimental approach using various file formats, including JPG, PNG, MP3, and MP4, with different file sizes. Performance evaluation is conducted based on three main parameters: encryption time, decryption time, and throughput. The implementation is carried out in a controlled local environment using Python to ensure consistency and accuracy of measurements. The results show that AES consistently outperforms RC6 in terms of faster encryption and decryption processes as well as higher and more stable throughput across all tested formats and file sizes. In contrast, RC6 exhibits higher computational overhead due to its complex arithmetic operations, resulting in slower processing time and less stable performance. Furthermore, the findings indicate that file size and format significantly influence algorithm performance, where larger and more complex multimedia data require higher processing time. This study contributes a comprehensive multi-format evaluation framework that provides practical insights for selecting efficient cryptographic algorithms in real-world multimedia security applications.

Abstract

Abstract Nowadays, information is a basic need for everyone, but the information obtained is not guaranteed right. One solution to data security techniques is cryptography. With cryptography, messages or documents are safe and cannot be read by unauthorized parties. This article discusses about the implementation of the Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) Algorithm software in the login functiion. This function has two menus, namely login and registration. The purpose of this paper is to encrypt password data that goes into the database, so that data is protected from abuse by irresponsible parties. The encryption process occurs when a user saves data during registration. The workings of the encryption process are as follows, first take the recipient's public key, e, and modulus n, then declare plaintext m to be blocks m1, m2, m3, ... so that each block represents the value in interval [0, n- 1], then each block m, encrypted into ci blocks with formulas (ci = mic mod n). Each ciphertext c block is decrypted back into a mi block with a formula (mi = cid mod n). Keywords: Enkripsi, Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA), Plainteks, Cipherteks Abstrak Saat ini informasi menjadi kebutuhan pokok setiap orang, namun informasi yang didapatkan belum tentu terjamin. Salah satu solusi teknik pengamanan data adalah menggunakan kriptografi. Dengan kriptografi, pesan atau dokumen aman dan tidak dapat dibaca oleh pihak yang tidak berhak Artikel ini akan membahas implementasi perangkat lunak Algoritma Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) dalam fungsi login. Fungsi ini memiliki dua menu yaitu login dan registrasi. Proses enkripsi terjadi pada saat user menyimpan data ketika registrasi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk mengenkripsi data password yang masuk ke dalam database, sehingga data terhindar dari penyalahgunaan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Cara kerja proses enkripsi sebagai berikut, pertama mengambil kunci publik penerima pesan, e, dan modulus n, lalu nyatakan plainteks m menjadi blok-blok m1, m2, m3,…, sedemikian sehingga setiap blok merepresentasikan nilai di dalam selang [0, n-1], kemudian setiap blok m, dienkripsi menjadi blok ci dengan rumus (ci=mic mod n). Setiap blok cipherteks c, didekripsi kembali menjadi blok mi dengan rumus (mi=cid mod n). Kata kunci: Enkripsi, Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA), Plainteks, Cipherteks
