Abstract

Pendahuluan: Post Partum Blues merupakan kesedihan yang dialami ibu setelah melahirkan biasanya muncul sementara waktu yakni sekitar dua hari hingga dua minggu setelah melahirkan. Terapi tertawa merupakan terapi non farmakologi untuk mencapai kegembiraan di dalam hati yang dikeluarkan melalui mulut dalam bentuk suara tawa.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi tertawa terhadap tingkat depresi pada ibu post partum blues.Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre test and post test nonequivalent control group. Populasi adalah ibu post partum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sibela Surakarta yaitu 40 Ibu post partum. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Hasil Hasil uji wilcoxon terdapat penurunan tingkat depresi antara nilai pre test dan post test kelompok perlakuan dengan nilai p value 0,003 dan hasil uji mann whitney bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat depresi pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai p value 0,002. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh terapi tertawa terhadap tingkat depresi pada ibu post partum blues di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sibela. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terapi tertawa dapat menjadi salah satu intervensi untuk ibu post partum blues.

Abstract

Post Partum Blues is a regular expression of sorrow or gloom which temporary appears for two days to two weeks following a childbirth. In such a condition, a post partum mother experiences feeling of sadness, fear, sleep disruption, concentration disorder and tension or anxiety. This research aims to determine effect of art drawing therapy on depression level of post partum blues mother.This research used the quasi experimental research method with pre test and post test nonequivalent control group design. It was conducted in the working area of community health center of Sibela Surakarta. The population in this study were post partum blues mothers in the working area of ​​Puskesmas Sibela. Non probability sampling with purposive sampling was used to determine its samples. They consisted of 36 post partum blues mother, and they were divided into two groups: 18 in the treatment group and 18 in the control group. The instrument for measuring maternal depression in the post partum blues was the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) questionnaire.The data of the research were analyzed by using the wilcoxon’s test and the mann whitney’s test. The result of the wilcoxon’s test shows that decrease level of depression between the pre test and post test in the treatment group by the p value 0,000 and that of the mann whitney’s test shows that there was a difference of depression level between the treatment group and the control group by the p value 0,036. The administration of art drawing therapy had an effect on the level of depression of the post partum blues mother in the working area of community health center of Sibela Surakarta. Art Drawing Therapy can be used as one of the interventions for post partum blues mother treatment.

Abstract

Stress is the body's response to psychosocial stressors. Changes that occur in the elderly such as deterioration in physical condition, chronic illness, weakness or fragility, and loss of ability to carry out daily activities can cause changes in the psychological state. It can also be a stressor that is often felt by the elderly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the elderly has a high risk of transmitting the virus. The implementation of the New Normal concept is a trigger for stress in the elderly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of stress levels in the elderly in the New Normal era at the Aisyiyah Nursing Home, Surakarta. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study uses a survey research method (research method) as a research design. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling technique with the number of research respondents as many as 30 people. The measuring tool for the success of describing stress levels in the elderly in the New Normal Era in this study used the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis to describe each variable. The results of this study indicate that most of the stress in the elderly is in normal conditions (56.7%) with an average age of 60-74 (50.0%). Meanwhile, in terms of gender, women were (100%). Abstract

Morning sickness or nausea and vomiting in the morning usually occurs in first trimester pregnant women at 6-12 weeks of gestation. Continuous morning sickness can have a negative impact on pregnant women, namely hyperemesis gravidarum. This has a bad impact on pregnant women. One of the treatments that can be done is through ginger oil aromatherapy which has a strong aromatic stimulus and can control nausea and vomiting by increasing intestinal peristalsis. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of ginger oil aromatherapy against morning sickness in first trimester pregnant women. The research design used was a quasi-experimental approach with pre-test and post-test without control group design. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate a p value of 0.000 (p value <0.05), which means that there is an effect of ginger oil aromatherapy on morning sickness in first trimester pregnant women. The conclusion of this study is ginger oil aromatherapy is effective in reducing the degree of morning sickness in first trimester pregnant women.
