Abstract

ABSTRACT Breastfeeding is a mother's natural nature after giving birth, but there are many obstacles that make it difficult for mothers to breastfeed their babies, both from the baby and the mother's own physiology. Lack of knowledge of mothers causes mothers to not be able to recognize the physical changes that become obstacles in breastfeeding. This study aims to develop an expert system that is able to diagnose breastfeeding difficulties by applying the certainty factor method. The stages of developing an expert system include needs analysis, data collection, knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, design and implementation. The accuracy test with the confusion matrix is used to determine the level of accuracy of the developed expert system. As a result, the expert system has been able to accurately and validly diagnose the symptoms of breastfeeding difficulties.Keyword: Expert system, Certainty Factor, Breastfeeding  ABSTRAK Menyusui merupakan kodrat alamiah ibu setelah melahirkan, tetapi ada banyak kendala penyulit ibu menyusui bayi, baik dari bayi maupun fisiologis ibu sendiri. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu menyebabkan ibu tidak bisa mengenali perubahan fisik yang menjadi kendala dalam menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosa penyulit menyusui dengan menerapkan metode certainty factor. Tahapan pengembangan sistem pakar meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengumpulan data, akuisis pengetahuan, representasi pengetahuan, perancangan dan implementasi. Uji akurasi dengan matrik konfusi digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat keakuratan sistem pakar yang dikembangkan. Hasilnya sistem pakar sudah mampu mendiagnosa gejala penyulit menyusui dengan akurat dan valid.Kata Kunci : Sistem pakar, Certainty Factor, Ibu Menyusui

Abstract

Electronic medical records record electronic medical records which contain personal data, demographic data, social data, clinical / medical data. Processing of medical record documents at doctor's practice health facilities is still done manually, starting from patient registration, writing examination history, and storing medical record documents. One of the efforts to overcome these obstacles is by building an Electronic Medical Record website. The website development method uses the development life cycle system. Medical records are processed from input patient data, diagnostic data, action data, drug data, officer data, registration data, examination data. Then the data is processed to produce reports, including patient data, and examination data. The electronic medical record website used can simplify the processing of medical record data.

Abstract

Motivation/Background: Brayat Minulya Hospital already uses a medical record information system, but no evaluation has been done. Constraints were found including the reports generated by the system were invalid and real time, there was duplication of patient data. This study aims to evaluate the system using the PIECES method. Method: This research was conducted in March-June 2018. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The research variables are performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, service. Data collection techniques are interviews and observation. Processing of data collecting, editing, coding, classification and tabulating. Research instruments include interview guidelines, observation guidelines and questionnaires. Results: The Performance aspect is considered quite good by the registration section, service staff, but not good enough in the reporting section. The information aspect produced by the system is not good in all units because it does not meet the needs of hospital statistical data. The economy aspect of the system is considered poor because the resulting data still has to be crosschecked. The control aspect of the system is considered very good because it meets the data security aspect. The efficiency aspect of the system is good enough to increase time efficiency, but in the reporting section it is not good. The service aspect of the system for accuracy and speed is still quite good, the system is easy to learn. Conclusions: The medical record information system is good in terms of performance and data security but is lacking in terms of the accuracy of the information and reports generated.

Abstract

Mortality data is one of the output information generated from the medical record unit. Mortality data includes information on inpatient mortality data which includes inpatient mortality data reports, inpatient mortality index reports, certificates of cause of death. PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital has problems in managing mortality data, including recording inpatient mortality data which is still manual so that it is difficult to produce mortality data reports. This study aims to produce inpatient mortality data management software. The research method includes descriptive research with a system development life cycle approach. The software was developed using a website with a mysql database. This study is able to produce information on inpatient mortality data which includes inpatient mortality data reports, inpatient mortality index reports, certificates of cause of death. The result is that medical record officers are helped by the existence of mortality data management software

Abstract

Regional Mental Hospital Dr Arif Zainudin Surakarta has an outpatient medical record information system that was implemented in 2019, the system is operated by the registrar, polyclinic, and pharmacy staff. There are still obstacles in managing outpatient medical record data, but the management has never conducted an assessment/evaluation of the system. This study aims to assess the outpatient information system to see the extent to which the user's assessment of the performance of the system. This research is a descriptive study, the object of this research is the Transmedic outpatient medical record information system, the research subjects include registration officers, polyclinic officers, and pharmacy officers. Research instruments in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The results of this study are in the aspect of performance that is of good value with an interpretation of the assessment of 69.97%; the information aspect is of good value with 68.91% interpretation of the assessment; the economic aspect is of good value with an interpretation of the assessment of 71.21%; the control aspect has good value with the interpretation of the assessment 71.86%; the efficiency aspect is of good value with an interpretation of the assessment of 67.25%; service aspect with the interpretation of the assessment of 67.03%. The outpatient electronic medical record system is categorized as good and acceptable to respondents

Abstract

The use of the website has become a necessity in health services and makes it easier to work in health care facilities. Doctors' independent practice as a health service facility can use the website to assist the outpatient registration process. Outpatient registration services at independent doctor's practices still use a manual system, patients must come to registration, take a queue card printed by the officer, wait according to the queue number obtained so that the process causes patient waiting time at the service to be long. The purpose of this study is to produce an outpatient online registration system in independent doctor’s practices that is able to assist outpatients to register online for outpatients. Development of an Outpatient Online Registration System at this Independent Doctor's Practice using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, this development model is used because this model is considered a time-honored model, so the process is relatively faster. This study applies the Rapid Application Development method to produce an outpatient online registration system at independent Practitioners that is able to manage patient data, doctor data, polyclinic queue data, polyclinic data, queue data and outpatient registration data. The Rapid Application Development method has been able to streamline the processing time for making the system to produce an Outpatient Online Registration System.

Abstract

Posyandu Larasati desa Dlingo belum menerapkan upaya pencegahan stunting dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pemenuhan gizi balita dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan tempat tinggal balita. Hal tersebut disertai dengan manajemen pengelolaan data rekam medis balita yang kurang baik sehingga keberlanjutan status gizi balita tidak bisa terpantau. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bermitra dengan Posyandu Larasati dengan sasaran kader posyandu larasati. Pengetahuan yang didapatkan sasaran adalah edukasi pemenuhan gizi balita kepada kader posyandu; peningkatan keterampilan cara membuat MPASI yang sehat; edukasi tentang menjaga kebersihan lingkungan tempat tinggal balita melalui perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) kepada kader posyandu; penggunaan rekam medis elektronik balita kepada kader posyandu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan edukasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader mengenai pemenuhan gizi balita dan menjaga kebersihan tempat tinggal balita; peningkatan keterampilan dalam pembuatan MPASI sehat dan peningkatan keterampilan pengoperasian rekam medis elektronik balita di Posyandu Larasati. Tindak lanjut kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan penerapan rekam medis elektronik balita dan pengembangan sistem secara bertahap sesuai dengan perubahan kebutuhan informasi posyandu.

Abstract

The development of information technology makes aspects of life using computers. At Hidayah Hospital, Boyolali, the analysis of the completeness of medical record documents is still manual. This implementation raises the problem of the absence of a report on the results of the completeness analysis. In this case, the researcher conducted observations, interviews and literature studies on the assembling and reporting officer. From the process of inputting patient data, doctor data, ward data, form data and diagnostic data, processed with a website that analyzes the completeness of medical record documents then stored and produces output in the form of completeness analysis reports, incomplete performance reports and IMR and DMR reports. By using the waterfall method. The design uses the PHP programming language with Dreamweaver applications and MySQL databases.

Abstract

Websites in health services are expected to be able to manage information and data processing to be faster and according to minimum service standards. This study aims to develop an outpatient registration website by applying the Scrum system development method. The research method used is descriptive research including data collection and software requirements analysis, website modeling and website development using the Scrum model. The website is developed using PHP and Mysql. This research was able to produce an outpatient registration website, the scrum method was able to make website work more effective, efficient and structured.

Abstract

Posyandu Ngadi Asih is one of the Posyandu for Toddlers in the Kadipiro Village area, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City and is included in the Targeted Area of ​​Gambirsari Health Center, Surakarta. Posyandu Ngadi Asih has a cadre of 15 people and has implemented 5 posyandu service desks but is not yet optimal. The problems found at the Ngadi Asih Posyandu were that recap records of growth and development examination data were often lost, notes were tucked away and not neat, some data was not written down, some data was missed and incomplete. The root of the problem is that the recording of growth and development inspection results is still manual (paper based) by filling out the register book. Apart from that, it cannot be concluded whether the condition of the child's growth and development is normal or requires intervention, and an examination of the child's development has not been carried out due to the limited capabilities of the cadres. The solution offered by this program is the implementation of the Toddler Growth and Development Information System (Situmbang) and training in the use of the SDIDTK (Early Growth and Development Intervention Detection Stimulation) instrument. The implementation method with 6 (six) main activity stages, namely preparation, apperception, training, mentoring, evaluation and termination. The results of the program for implementing the Toddler Growth and Development Information System (Situmbang) at the Ngadi Asih Surakarta Posyandu have gone well. There is an increase in the skills of cadres after the activity is carried out, although not in its entirety. Some cadres still need assistance from skilled cadres. The Toddler Growth and Development Information System (Situmbang) is ready to be implemented at the Ngadi Asih Posyandu.
