Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion strategies and WOM (word of mouth) on the purchasing decisions of woven products in Bima City. The type of research used is associative, research location in Bima City. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought a typical Bima woven fabric, the sample in this study amounted to 96 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data with research data sources, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the promotion strategy influences the purchase decision of woven products, WOM (word of mouth) influences the purchasing decision of woven products and WOM (word of mouth) more dominant influence the purchase decision of woven products in Bima City.

Abstract

The development paradigm in many countries is currently more oriented towards the service sector and industry, including the tourism industry. In the tourism system, the marketing strategy carried out on tourist objects is an important element in supporting the desire of tourists to visit. This study aims to determine and analyze whether expanded marketing affects the visiting decision Lawata Beach. This study uses a mix method quantitative and a qualitative. The population in this study are tourists who have visited lawata beach tourist destinations in Bima City. Sampling with purposive sampling technique, where the determination of the sample based on certain criteria that are tailored to the needs of the study. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people with the research instrument using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression, partial test with t test. To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 20.00 and SWOT analysis. The results of the study stated that expanded marketing had a positive and significant effect on the Visiting Decision Lawata Beach Bima City and from the results of the SWOT analysis, the Bima City government had to always develop attractive tourist attractions, making Lawata Beach an economic creative area and adding supporting facilities on the Lawata beach, facilities and infrastructure can add attractiveness and increase competitiveness with tourist objects in other areas.

Abstract

Satisfying consumer needs is the desire of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the company's survival, satisfying the needs of consumers can increase its advantage over the competition. Consumers who are satisfied with products and services tend to buy back products and reuse services when the same needs reappear at a later date. This study aims to determine the effect of removal of baggage facilities on customer satisfaction on Air Wings Airline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research is categorized as a causal research. The population in this study are consumers who have used air flight services using wing air, the number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents with the sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression, partial test with t test. To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results showed that the elimination of baggage facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on the Air Wings airline

Abstract

Word of mouth (WOM) become an important part in marketing studies considering that communication in Word of mouth (WOM) is able to influence the consumer. Word of mouth (WOM) is capable of spreading rapidly when the individual who is spreading it also has a wide network. This study aims to (1) to find out and analyze the positive and significant effect of Word of Mouth (WOM) on purchasing decision of region-exclusive fabric of West Nusa Tenggara Province (case study on Sasambo fabric in Bima City), (2) to give an input of thought to sasambo fabric manufacturer in Bima Town to implement the marketing strategy that does not rely on high cost but what is required is loyal consumer, so that the quality of sasambo fabric is must be upgraded and has more variety in motif. The research is conducted in Bima town for 2 months from Mei to June 2018. The population of this research is all of the people in Bima who bought and used Sasambo cloth with a number of samples are 96 people and technique of sampling is purposive sampling. The technique of Data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis by using the equation, i.e: Y = a +bx. The result variable statistic test of WOM achievement point in the amount of 17.541 with table point in the amount of 1,985 (17.541 ˃1,985), then, so Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of region-exclusive fabric of West Nusa Tenggara province (Case Study on Sasambo Fabric in Bima City).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the advertising variables, brand trust and brand image partially and simultaneously affect Oppo Mobile Consumer Interest of buying in the City of Bima. This study uses survey design on respondents by distributing questionnaires to 96 people. The population in this study is not measurable (Unknown population). The sample was 96 people with accidental sampling technique. data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, observation, literature study . Data analysis using the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test and F test using SPSS 20.00. The results show that Advertising (X1) influences Consumer Purchase Interest, Brand Trust (X2) does not affect Buy Interest, Brand Image (X3) influences Consumer Buying Interest and together Advertising (X1), Brand Trust (X2), Brand Image (X3) influences  Interest of Buying

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Promosi terhadap loyalitas Merek rokok Sampoerna AMild di Kota Bima, (2) pengaruh Inovasi Produk terhadap loyalitas merek rokok Sampoerna AMild di Kota Bima, (3) pengaruh Promosi dan Inovasi Produk terhadap loyalitas Merek rokok Sampoerna AMild di Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Kota Bima mulai tanggal 1 Maret 2017 - 31 Juli 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen rokok Sampoerna AMild di Kota Bima. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling dengan 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek rokok Sampoerna AMild di Kota Bima, (2) Inovasi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek rokok Sampoerna AMild di Kota Bima, (3) Promosi dan Inovasi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap loyalitas merek rokok Sampoerna AMild di Kota Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh logistik service quality terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk CV Cahaya Mulia di Kota Bima, menggunakan motode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen yang pernah membeli produk dari CV Cahaya Mulia Kota Bima. Jumlah sampel 100 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling dalam menentukan respondenhya. Penggumpualan data dengan menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan SPSS 20.00. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu logistik service quality berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk CV Cahaya Mulia di Kota Bima

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Supervision on Work Discipline at the Manpower Office of Bima City. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 43 samples. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test technique uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. As for testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that the Leadership variable (x1) had a significant influence on work discipline (y) as evidenced by the correlation coefficient of the leadership variable (x1) with an rcount test value of 0.490 > rtable 0.300, while the supervisory variable (x2) had an rcount of 0.490 which the value is greater than rtable 0.300. This proves that there is a significant influence between supervision (x2) on work discipline (y). based on the f test shows that the probability value < 0.05, it can be said that there is a significant influence jointly between the independent variables on the dependent variable. This means that there is a positive influence between leadership (x1) and supervision (x2) on work discipline (y). The conclusion of the study is based on calculations, there is a significant influence between leadership and supervision on work discipline. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that together leadership and supervision have a significant positive influence on work discipline in the Bima City Manpower Office

Abstract

With the increasing number of restaurants, there is also increasing competition among restaurant entrepreneurs, they jointly compete in producing, gaining competitive advantage and providing value to their customers, wherever possible in accordance with the value expected by consumers. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of Product Creativity and Product Innovation both partially and simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction at Steak House Noodles. This research was conducted in Bima City. This research is a survey research by distributing questionnaires with Likert scale measurement to 96 people who have visited Steak House Noodles. Data collection techniques using questionnaire, observation and study of literature, questionnaire distributed will be tested for validity and reliability then processed with SPSS 20. Data analysis using multiple linear regression.
