Abstract

Business emulation facing by the company progressively tightens, require lo improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial performance. Existence of decentralization and characteristic of accounting information management the best can improve the managerial performance. This research check the influence decentralize and characteristic of accounting information management to managerial performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Organization have to take advantage of every opportunity in order to develop better relationships with customers, specially in competitive environments. The favorable impact of perceived service quality is generally explained by satisfaction and word of mouth behavior. This study will be focused on the effect of perceived service quality to customer satisfaction and intension to reference. Price variable would have the same role as perceived service quality variable. Universities offered those essensial things.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the Service Quality performances in private universities in Surabaya, Indonesia. The population of this research is the administrative employees of 6 Private Universities in Surabaya which have over 5000 students. The sample chosen for this research are 133 employees. The research findings revealed that the Service Quality performances for student, which are delivered by the administration staffs of private universities, are good. In addition the research showed that there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the Service Quality performances. Next, there are five indicators that created the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable; they are altruism, civic virtue, courtesy, sportsmanship and conscientiousness. Meanwhile there are four indicators that created the Service Quality variable; they are responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and reliability.Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Service Quality Performances, OCB Indicators, Service Qualty Indicators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Model Konseptual Work Family Conflict dalam kaitannya dengan absen dan Turnover. Diharapkan dapat membantu Pimpinan perusahaan dalam mengelola konflik antar kepentingan perusahaan dan keluarga, agar tidak berdampak terhadap meningkatnya absensi dan turnover . Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita yang bekerja di 20 bank swasta di Surabaya sebagai responden sebanyak 150 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan  adalah Structural Equation Modeling [SEM] dengan program AMOS 4,0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa faktor work-family conflict berpengaruh terhadap faktor absen tidak dapat diterima. Faktor work-family conflict berpengaruh terhadap faktor turnover tidak dapat diterima, serta faktor absen berpengaruh terhadap faktor turnover dapat diterima.

Abstract

The leader is the center of the activity. There are many leadership styles, one of which is self-leadership. This leadership style will be applied in supporting Indonesia's national defence policy regarding its participation in mission activities to maintain world peace under the umbrella of the United Nations. Indonesia, which is one of the countries that contribute to the world peacekeeping force, will follow the dynamics and developments of the world, the ups and downs of policies at the United Nations make the State of Indonesia also have to follow the rhythm, the decrease in the number of peacekeepers or the completion of a mission will affect Indonesia's progress, so it takes a good leadership style and can be in line with world developments in the field of maintaining world peace, the difference in the need for troops according to the standards at the United Nations with the professional ability in preparing Indonesian troops is a separate discussion, for that we need a leader who can make decisions carefully and appropriate so that the ultimate goal of Indonesia's participation in world problems will be resolved if there is a leader who has a self-leadership leadership style, using the leadership theory.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of employee morality, commitment, and motivation towards organizational citizenship behavior and its influence towards the quality of service. The population of this research is divided into two parts, namely all administrative employees of private universities in Surabaya which have students over 5000 and students who are being serviced of had been serviced directly by the administrative employees. The sample chose for this research are 133 employees and 133 university students by using the proportional non-random sampling. Structural equation modeling is used as the analysis technique with a five-percent significance level. The research findings revealed that the quality of services for student, which are delivered by the administration staffs of private universities in Surabaya, is good. The organization citizenship behavior of employees, moral, commitment, and motivation of administrative staffs in private universities in Surabaya are good enough. According to the result of SEM testing revealed that the moral, commitment, and motivation of employees have significant influence towards organizational citizenship behavior which later also influence the service quality. This research also found out that moral, commitment, and motivation are the antecedent variables of employee's organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, to be able to give good service, employees should develop the organizational citizenship behavior.
