The purpose of this reseach is to analyze whether the application of corporate governance principles have an influence on the performance of Cooperatives. This study was conducted on 132 Cooperatives which reported the financial reports of 2015 until 2016 to Department of Industry, Commerce, and Cooperatives of Pemalang District (DESPERINDAGKOP). The approach used was a purposive sampling. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple regressions. The result of this reseach showed that transparency, accountability, independence and fairness partially have a significant positive effect on capital growth, while responsibility does not have it. The obstacles found in this study were the financial reports which were used in only two years. Therefore, it presents far less accurate figure in relation with the performance measurement of cooperatives.

Governance in Islamic banking is not limited to achieving profit or maximizing wealth but is related to stakeholder theory which is considered to align bank performance objectives with the environment and public interest. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of corporate governance as proxied by the number of boards of directors, number of sharia supervisory boards, characteristics of the board of directors and number of board meetings on financial performance as proxied by Return On Equity (ROE). The results showed that the number of boards of directors and the characteristics of the boards of directors had a positive influence on Return On Equity in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.

The high and low FDR and NPF is a risk to profitability. If he FDR is lower then the bank's effectiveness in channeling credit is lower, while the higher NPF will result in a decreased ROA and the company's profit income will decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of FDR and NPF on ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS program. V.22 with descriptive analysis method, classical assumption test and hypothesis test to see and assess performance based on ROA, FDR, and NPF. The results of this study indicate that FDR and NPF partially have no significant effect on ROA. FDR and NPF have an effect of 57.2% on ROA, while 42.8%are influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of measuring financial performance using financial ratios of Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks as measured by Return On Assets (ROA). The population and sample of this research are all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia as many as 14 Islamic Commercial Banks selected by the Purposive Sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis method with panel data. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously there is an influence between Capital Adequacy Ratio, Liquidity (Financing to Deposit Ratio), asset quality (Non Performing Financing) and Operational Cost Efficiency of Operating Income (BOPO) on the disclosure of Profitability in Commercial Banks Sharia in Indonesia..

Zakat fitrah merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap muslim yang harus dikeluarkan pada bulan ramadhan atau sebelum sholat idhul fitri. Zakat fitrah didistribusikan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pada desa Pakuan Sakti zakat fitrah bulan rahamdhan 2022 dilakukan tanggal 1 Mei 2022 atau hari ke-29 ramadhan. Kemudian penelitian ini akan melihat urgensi zakat fitrah terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat miskin di Desa Pakuan Sakti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendistribusian zakat fitrah di desa Pakuan Sakti terhadap teori yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jenis data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, kemudian sumber data sekunder berupa dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa pendistribusian zakat fitrah di Desa Pakuan Sakti dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat golongan miskin. Hal tersebut, menjelaskan bahwsanya teori yang ada sesuai dengan keadaan masyarakat miskin di Desa Pakuan Sakti.

Sectors that have an important role in the economy and meeting food needs, of course, must be followed by sustainable agricultural patterns to create agriculture that is resilient, advanced and efficient and has the competitiveness of farmers so that agribusiness-based empowerment efforts need to be carried out for the purpose of increasing the ability of farmers to empower vacant land.,the ability to provide organic fertilizers and plant seeds independently. The implementation of community service activities at the hely seedling nursery and farm punggur, Lampung is being carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of empowerment activities provide knowledge and understanding to partners on how to use vacant land into productive land so that it can be used as an alternative to increase economic welfare independently. This empowerment activity also improves farmers' skills in processing animal waste into organic fertilizer which can be processed and used as organic fertilizer.

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by business actors in artificial tourism in Metro City in an effort to increase tourist attraction. The research was conducted through interviews with 15 business actors out of a total of 30 business actors who sell at artificial tourism on Jalan Proklamasi No. 27 Mulyosari. The research results show that business actors implement a pricing strategy based on market prices and provide seating facilities to increase visitor comfort. Several business actors also use social media as a promotional tool. This strategy has proven to be quite effective in maintaining the stability of sales numbers from when it first started operating until 2023. Accordingly, it can be concluded that the combination of competitive pricing, increasing customer comfort, and the use of social media is the right marketing strategy for business actors to implement in artificial tourism in the city. Metro.

This research examines the analysis of the accounting treatment of head office and branch office relationships at Papabendonuts Coffee & Eatery. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the accounting relationship treatment between the head office and branch offices of Papabendonuts Coffee & Eatery. Through interviews with the shopkeeper of the Papabendonuts Coffee & Eatery branch office located in Mulyojati, West Metro, it was found that the accounting system used in this business uses a centralized system with the implementation of financial statements, bookkeeping at branch and head offices, production authority, merchandise collection, allocation of employee rights costs, recording assets or recording profit and loss. From these implementations, it was found that Papabendonuts Coffee & Eatery has 75% conformity in the implementation of accounting relationships between the head office and branch offices related to the centralization system. The results of this study indicate that Papabendonuts Coffee & Eatery is almost in accordance with the existing centralization system in the accounting relationship between the head office and branch offices.

The owner of the company must be able to act fairly towards the employees who are owned by the company, because every employee has the right to get appreciation, performance appreciation, and get fair treatment from the owner of the company as a return for his services and dedication to the company. If viewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics, good ethics and those recommended by the Islamic religion in business must be free from elements of usury, cheating, uncertainty, fraud or manipulation, and acts of injustice. This study uses a descriptive approach, in which the researcher describes systematically and facts about the wage system applied to Bintang Variations Store. in data sources in this study are divided into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. From the salary system implemented by Bintang Variations Store, it is a wage system using the Fiqh Muamalah Science approach, namely Ijarah because it relates to salaries and human labor. In conclusion, the wage system implemented at the Bintang Variation Store in providing salaries to its employees is in accordance with Islamic Shariat.
