Abstract

Abstrak - Penerimaan  siswa baru merupakan kegiatan sekolah yang terjadi setiap tahun bahkan di pertengahan  tahun mengajar. Pengolahan data penerimaan siswa baru pada sekolah Ichtus jakarta masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu orang tua murid harus datang  ke sekolah untuk mendaftarkan anaknya dan mengisi berbagai formulir dan kelengkapan data yang diperlukan dan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual yang mana memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat sistem penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web pada sekolah Ichtus jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data dimana ada pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta memanfaatkan database MySQL sebagai database server. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu calon siswa baru dan petugas penerimaan siswa baru dalam proses pendaftaran siswa baru di sekolah Ichtus jakarta.

Abstract

For some people, car is no longer a luxury item that is difficult to obtain. Cars are one of the means of effective and efficient daily transportation. The specifications of each Honda car offered at PT Mitrausaha Gentaniaga Puri are very diverse and have advantages and disadvantages in terms of price, fuel consumption, cylinder content, fuel tank capacity, passenger capacity, and Other features. This makes the prospective buyers of Honda cars difficult to determine for themselves which car suits his needs. One method of decision support system that can be used in the Honda car selection at PT Mitrausaha Gentaniaga Puri is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The concept of this method is to look for the weighted summation of the performance rating on each alternative of all attributes. An alternative with the largest value is the final result obtained to be used as a consideration for prospective buyers of Honda cars at PT Mitrausaha Gentaniaga Puri and the cars in demand are Mobilio, BRV, and CRV. Keywords : Car, Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting

Abstract

Timeliness of delivery, ease of tracking the status of shipping information and guaranteed security of goods is a measure of the success of freight forwarding companies, fast service and ease of getting information can improve business quality and customer loyalty to the company. In the business process of PT Khatulistiwa Transogi, several problems were found that hampered the activities of the company engaged in the delivery of goods, such as errors in input data, transaction data search, data management, customer management, data security and data loss that was enchanted by the current system. This is not yet optimal, the use of paper that still dominates business activities and data integration is not well. The application of information technology in the field of freight forwarding can help the efficiency and effectiveness of a company business process. This research aims to develop an information system as well as to apply customer relationship management methods with a case study in the freight forwarding company PT. Khatulistiwa Transogi. The results of application quality measurement surveys that have been implemented get good ratings from system users, namely the criteria for the ability of users to communicate with software, software operation, accuracy, minimize errors, simplify activities, and storage efficiency, although there are still 2 other criteria that are felt by the user such as the lack of training received by 5 out of 8 users and the inefficient execution time stated by 1 in 8 users.

Abstract

The teacher is the most important milestone in advancing education, is considered as someone who can inspire, motivate and the most important role is to influence the quality of education of students in school. However, in the Global Insan Vocational School the process of selecting outstanding teachers is still subjective, because it is only based on the assessment of the principal and is not based on certain criteria for the process of selecting outstanding teachers so that it causes injustice between one teacher and another and is not well targeted. The criteria for selecting outstanding teachers in Global Insan Vocational Schools is the aspect of discipline, aspects of teacher performance, aspects of integrity, and aspects of behavior. In calculating the writer using the Profile matching method, which is a research method that can be used in decision support systems, the process of evaluating competencies is carried out by comparing one value profile (the value of competency needs) with several other competency value profiles, so that the results of the difference between competency needs can be known. needed, the difference between competencies is called a gap, where the smaller gap has a higher value. The aspects used in this study are Discipline, Teacher Performance, Integrity, and Behavior. Where every aspect has criteria as their choice

Abstract

Community service activities with the theme of Increasing Creativity Using AI at the As-Syamsuriyah Foundation aim to enhance the skills of the children under the care of the As-Syamsuriyah Foundation in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology through visual arts in the form of videos that can be used for effective documentation and publication. In this digital era, AI offers great potential to boost human creativity, but its use must be carried out carefully and responsibly. By understanding and addressing ethical challenges, we can ensure that AI becomes a partner that enriches the creative world, rather than a threat that undermines it. Wise implementation of AI allows humans to continue to evolve, creating works that harmoniously blend technology and human touch. This training includes visual arts in the form of videos utilizing AI technology that can be used for documentation and publication. Participants will learn to utilize AI using software to create easily accessible animation videos suitable for the foundation's documentation needs. This activity is expected to help the foundation's children improve their creativity using AI while still paying attention to ethical aspects. The output of this community service activity will be in the form of articles in print or electronic media, increased knowledge and skills of the partners.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based COT Monitoring application that supports real-time operating room status monitoring at Universitas Indonesia Hospital. The problem addressed is the use of manual and spreadsheet-based monitoring, which caused information delays, input errors, and limited operational reporting. The study used a qualitative case study approach through observation, interview, documentation study, and literature review. The application was developed with the Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, system design, coding, and Black Box Testing. The system provides login, real-time dashboard, user management, operation status management, operating room master data, and sequential status update features. Testing shows that the main functions met the expected outputs. The system currently runs on an internal hospital network and is not integrated with external hospital information systems. The article contributes a practical web-based monitoring design for improving information flow and transparency in operating room operations.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat menuntut instansi pemerintahan untuk terus beradaptasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja melalui sistem informasi. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BKPSDM Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah proses pengelolaan Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan, kesalahan input data, dan duplikasi dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mengelola proses pengajuan, persetujuan, hingga pelaporan kegiatan perjalanan dinas secara terstruktur dan digital. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Agile Development, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi pustaka. Aplikasi dirancang dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan pendekatan black-box. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dalam pembuatan dokumen perjalanan dinas seperti SPT, SPD, visum, dan kwitansi, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data pegawai dan anggaran. Sistem ini juga mendukung proses pelaporan yang lebih akurat dan terarsip secara digital. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, pengelolaan administrasi perjalanan dinas di lingkungan BKPSDM menjadi lebih cepat, akurat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.   The rapid development of digital technology demands government institutions to continuously adapt in order to improve work efficiency through the use of information systems. One of the challenges faced by BKPSDM Kota Tangerang Selatan is the manual handling of Official Travel Orders (SPPD), which often leads to delays, data entry errors, and document duplication. This study aims to develop a web-based information system that can manage the submission, approval, and reporting processes of official travel in a structured and digital manner. The system development was carried out using the Agile Development method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and literature review. The application was built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and tested using the black-box testing approach. The results show improved efficiency in generating official travel documents such as SPT, SPD, travel permits, and receipts, as well as easier management of employee and budget data. The system also supports more accurate and well-archived reporting. With the implementation of this system, the administrative process of official travel at BKPSDM has become faster, more accurate, and better documented.
