Abstract

The VoIP communication system at OMNI Hospital Alam Sutera uses the Elastix 2.5 server with the Centos 5.11 operating system. Elastix 2.5 by the developer has been declared End of Life. The server security system is a serious concern considering that VoIP servers can be accessed from the internet. Iptables and fail2ban applications are applications that are used to limit and counteract those who try to attack the VoIP server. One application that can be used as an open source VoIP server is the Issabel Application version 4.0. The migration process from Elastix 2.5 application to Issabel 4.0 by backing up all configurations in the Elastix 2.5 application through a web browser including the configuration of endpoints, fax, e-mail, asterisk. After the backup file is downloaded then upload the backup file to the Issabel 4.0 application then run the migration process. Adding a backup path as a failover connection is needed because the VoIP communication protocol between the OMNI Hospitals Group still uses one path so that when there is a problem in the connection path, the communication protocol will stop. The tunnel EoIP is a protocol used as a backup path between the OMNI Hospitals Group site.

Abstract

The process of collecting input data, processing it, storing it, analyzing it, and disseminating it is an information system. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can support the data processing of cooperative members, member lists, and savings and loan processes so that accurate cooperative data and reports can be generated with data input processes and processed through a computerized database in the form of a web-based savings and loan cooperative processing information system. Faculty of Engineering at Pancasila University case studies on the Jasa Kawan Sejahtera cooperative, so that management activities are optimized. System development tools based on the UML (Unified Modeling Language) architecture are used to build this system, along with the PHP programming language, HTML, and MySQL as the database. Based on the findings of the information system that has been implemented, the top management of savings and loan cooperatives may simply and thoroughly monitor and oversee all management actions.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan e-commerce telah menciptakan peluang signifikan bagi sektor ritel online untuk lebih memahami perilaku konsumen. Namun, banyak bisnis masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengidentifikasi hubungan antar produk yang sering dibeli bersamaan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pola asosiasi produk dalam transaksi penjualan menggunakan algoritma Apriori. Dataset yang digunakan adalah dataset Fashion Retail Sales yang diperoleh dari Kaggle, terdiri dari 3.400 transaksi, dengan 166 transaksi yang digunakan setelah pra-pemrosesan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah penambangan data dengan teknik analisis keranjang belanja menggunakan RapidMiner. Parameter yang digunakan adalah dukungan minimum 0,07% dan kepercayaan minimum 0,5%. Hasil menunjukkan asosiasi signifikan antara Tanktop dan Celana Pendek, serta antara Celana Pendek dan Dompet. Pola-pola ini dapat berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan strategi rekomendasi produk, penggabungan produk, dan penempatan produk yang lebih efektif. Temuan ini penting karena dapat membantu bisnis dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan meningkatkan pengalaman belanja konsumen di platform ritel online.
