Abstract

Website is a technology-based site that allows users to get information from surfing (browsing). The website is currently being used in various types of institutions, including educational institutions such as SMK Negeri 1 Suak Tapeh. Given the importance of the website as a medium of information, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided and the existing website have a useful value for users or not. The evaluation process is carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with ten statements and ten respondents. The final result of the website assessment of SMK Negeri 1 Suak Tapeh got a score of 64.9. From the results of the assessment, it is in accordance with the provisions of the System Usability Scale that the website of SMK Negeri 1 Suak Tapeh has an adjective rating of good with a marginal high category. While the grade scale belongs to group D and the level of acceptance (acceptability) is acceptable.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Ogan Ilir merupakan salah satu satuan pendidikan yang juga harus mengelola informasi untuk memudahkan sekolah dan siswa. Penerimaan Siswa Baru (PPDB) merupakan suatu proses yang dilaksanakan di semua sekolah negeri dan swasta sebelum dimulainya tahun ajaran baru setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar terciptaya suatu sistem yang mempermudah pendaftaran peserta didik baru dan mengefisienkan waktu karena proses pendaftaran dapat dilakukan secara online. Pada sistem ini siswa yang ingin mengetahui informasi penerimaan siswa baru masuk sekolah terlebih dahulu, tidak efektif dan efisien untuk melakukannya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merancang sistem informasi mahasiswa baru berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Metode pengembangan sistem adalah metode prototype. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peneliti telah membuat sistem informasi akademik berbasis web untuk mengelola pendaftaran mahasiswa baru di Man 1 Ogan Ilir

Abstract

PT Julian Adiputra Utama is a company with expertise in IT and telecommunications (Information Technology). The application of the C4.5 algorithm to classify the level of sales of telecommunication and IT equipment that is often sold to PT Julian Adiputra Utama, is a strategic step to minimize the problems faced by the company, and also PT Julian Adiputra Utama still sells their products by preorder and cannot sell ready stock. for fear that there will be a buildup of stock that will reduce profits for the company. The research method used is descriptive, conducting case study research by reviewing activities in the field, observing and interviewing related parties. The first step in this research is to select the attributes that will be processed in data mining using the rapidminer tool. The KDD method was applied by the authors of this study as a standardization in the data mining process. The source of data in this study is PT that provides sales data information, namely PT Julian Adiputra Utama. The data will be processed with the C4.5 algorithm to find the accuracy results of the data predictions. Keywords— PT Julian Adiputra Utama, Sales, Data Mining, Algorithm C4.5
