Abstract

TheBook Expedition is a book that contains patient data, used for proof of handoverfiles medical record offrom the medical record unit to the polyclinic, to support the needs of outpatient services. At Sariningsih Hospital the recording of expedition books still uses manual recording assisted by Microsoft Excel, thus making delays provision of medical record files and delays in returning medical record files. For this reason, an Outpatient Expedition system is made, so that the process of returning medical record files is more regular and outpatient services at the hospital are more effective. For this reason, themethod waterfall and UML (Unfield Modeling Language) are used.The result of this research is an outpatient expedition system. Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis proses of borrowing medical records to support the effectiveness of outpatient services at Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung.The method used of qualitative research with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and equipped with a literate review which has closely relevant to the subject matter. The suggestion gave to solve the problem: (1) borrow time is not up to standard, (2) many procedures in the process of borrowing medical records, so that borrowing time is not effective, (3) medical records that have been misplaced or not found in their place. As for the suggestion were given to the hospital including: (1) must determine the time limit for borrowing, (2) hospital need to resive the flow and procedures for borrowing medical records, (3) conduct a review for the need for medical record workforce.

Abstract

Address Index is a tabulation of data containing the addresses/regions of patients who have been treated at the Puskesmas. The Cibeunying Health Center in indexing patient addresses has been computerized, namely by connecting to SIMPUS and quite effective in recapitulation, it has been computerized by recapitulating patient data whose addresses are not clear or not indexed. Then it is computerized. accurate. Information technology, which is a combination of computer technology and telecommunications, changes the industrial paradigm to a post-industrial paradigm which means it also changes the behavior of the business or business environment, which means that information technology gains closeness between business people and their customers, because this shortens the distance and time. Design model using SDLC Planning (Planning), Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Implementation (Implementation), Maintenance (Maintenance). Address Index Information System Address at Puskesmas Cibeunying, to input a computerized address index report that is directly connected by the health office can be called SIMPUS. The medical record installation officer no longer needs to type in Microsoft excel and then move it again, if there is an error in the address, just go to the registration section directly to see more details.
