Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze, design and create a Prisma Stamp ordering information system based on case studies at PT. Pos Indonesia KCU Bandung. Data collection techniques are using observation and interview methods. The software design method used is waterfall. The results of observations made, there are several factors that hamper the sales system of stamps and prisms because they still use manual means using notes and then the sales report is entered into the sales report file that is considered less effective and efficient, therefore, there are often errors at the time of recording transactions. Therefore, in this study created a postage stamp and prism sales system using Unified modeling language and implemented it using codeigniter framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The web-based information system is expected to facilitate transactions and expand the prism stamp sales network over the internet and allow administrators to manage product data and view sales reports easily, quickly, and accurately.Keywords: Information System, UML, Web

Abstract

Research aimed to design of visit outpatient to support reporting LB4 information system by using Object Oriented Method.The research method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation, and literature study. The method of development system is the waterfall method. Problems found by the writer’s during the research that is officer have difficulty in the form of recording reports that much be done not optimal and officers to fill out the report at the time of patient registration so that the occurrence of patient accumulation and late submission of reports. The suggestions given is the need for a system of visits outpatient to support reporting LB4 and MySQL as the database and is expected to solve existing problems.\ Keywords: Design, Information System, Outpatient, LB4 Reporting.

Abstract

Address Index is a tabulation of data containing the addresses/regions of patients who have been treated at the Puskesmas. The Cibeunying Health Center in indexing patient addresses has been computerized, namely by connecting to SIMPUS and quite effective in recapitulation, it has been computerized by recapitulating patient data whose addresses are not clear or not indexed. Then it is computerized. accurate. Information technology, which is a combination of computer technology and telecommunications, changes the industrial paradigm to a post-industrial paradigm which means it also changes the behavior of the business or business environment, which means that information technology gains closeness between business people and their customers, because this shortens the distance and time. Design model using SDLC Planning (Planning), Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Implementation (Implementation), Maintenance (Maintenance). Address Index Information System Address at Puskesmas Cibeunying, to input a computerized address index report that is directly connected by the health office can be called SIMPUS. The medical record installation officer no longer needs to type in Microsoft excel and then move it again, if there is an error in the address, just go to the registration section directly to see more details.
