Abstract

Forest and land fires have become a problem for the Republic of Indonesia in the last few decades. Statistically based on MODIS data for 19 years from 2001 to 2019, Central Kalimantan is the province with the most number of fires totaling 255,334 fire spot or 18% of fire occurance from 34 provinces in Indonesia. This study will look at spatial patterns and spatial correlations of forest and land fires in Pulang Pisau District from 2001 to 2019. Spatial patterns of hotspots were analyzed using a statistical Getis-Ord (Gi *) analysis, the relationship between hotspots was analyzed using Spatial Autocorrelation Moran's I (Index). The results of the hotspot analysis show the high significance of the hotspots that occurred in the subdistricts of Sebangau Kuala, Kahayan Kuala, Kahayan Hilir and Jabiren. The result of spatial autocorrelation of hotspots from 2001-2019 (except in 2010) is that hotspots pattern are clustered. Based on the findings it can be concluded statistically that 99% of the likelihood of a group fire event occurred intentionally. This hotspot incident that arose intentionally can be a clue for the Local Government to be able to better engage the community to prevent and overcome the hotspot by providing coaching and trainingKeywords: Pola Spasial, Hotspot, Spatial Autocorrelation, Pulang Pisau Kebakaran hutan dan lahan telah menjadi masalah bagi Republik Indonesia dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Secara statistik berdasarkan data MODIS selama 19 tahun mulai dari tahun 2001 sampai 2019, Kalimantan Tengah merupakan provinsi yang paling banyak memiliki titik api sejumlah 255.334 titik atau sebesar 18% kejadian kebakaran hutan dan lahan dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini akan melihat pola spasial dan korelasi spasial kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Pulang Pisau pada tahun 2001 sampai 2019. Pola spasial hotspot dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis Getis-Ord (Gi*) statistic, hubungan antar titik api dianalisa dengan menggunakan Spatial Autocorrelation Moran’s I (Index). Hasil analisis hotspot menunjukan signifikasi tinggi hotspot yang terjadi pada kecamatan Sebangau Kuala, Kahayan Kuala, Kahayan Hilir dan Jabiren. Hasil spatial autocorrelation kejadian titik api dari tahun 2001-2019 (kecuali tahun 2010) adalah titik api memiliki pola yang merupakan berkelompok (clustered). Berdasarkan temuan bisa disimpulkan secara statistik bahwa 99% kemungkinan kejadian titik api yang berkelompok tersebut terjadi secara disengaja. Kejadian titik api yang muncul secara disengaja ini dapat menjadi petunjuk bagi Pemerintah Daerah untuk dapat lebih mengajak masyarakat dalam mencegah dan menanggulangi titik api dengan memberikan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much area of rice fields which is reduced due to being converted into built-up land in Sleman Regency, especially in sub-districts which adjacent to Yogyakarta City, such as Depok Sub-district, Mlati Sub-district and Ngaglik Sub-district, from 2000 to 2015. Classification method used in this research is visual interpretation method which utilized on-screen digitization. The output of this research is a Map of Rice Field Conversion into Built-up Land at Depok, Mlati and Ngaglik Sub-district in Sleman Regency from 2000 to 2015. The results of this research prove that GIS can be used to determine the extent of changes in a rice field at Ngaglik, Depok and Mlati sub-districts. The area of rice field that was converted into built-up land in the research area is 864.45 ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much area of agricultural land was converted because of the high property business activities in Semarang City, the data used for this study were taken from 1999 to 2018. The classification method used in this study was the remote sensing method using the unsupervised classification technique. Output of this study is the extensive data of agricultural land cover change obtained from 1999 to 2018. The results of this study can prove that the Geographic Information System can be used to find out how much agricultural land cover change in Semarang City from 1999 to 2018. The area of agricultural land that has been converted is from 1999 to 2009 around 3072 ha and from 2009 to 2018 around 1071.4 ha.

Abstract

The island of Kalimantan is one of the islands that has a vast forest. Kalimantan Island is also the most important island for Indonesia, even the world. Parenggean is one of the sub-districts located in Kotawaringin Timur Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Parenggean sub-district with an area of 493.15 km² is one of the sub-districts in East Kotawaringin Regency which has a very large oil palm plantation. This study will present data on the amount of forest land cover that has been converted. To get extensive forest conversion, this research uses the Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems approach. The result of research this proves there have been over the function forests became oil palm plantation in Parenggean District. The area of ​​forest that was converted into oil palm plantation in the research area is 5,143.15 hectares in 1990-2000 and 17,560.45 hectares in 2000-2010.

Abstract

The expansion of plantations of cocoa is the main component in the plantation revitalization program which is applied by the Government of Indonesia in order to optimize the potential of cocoa. This policy has not been implemented well in East Dusun District, East Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan province that just open cocoa plantations covering an area of 3 ha in the year 2016. The spatial analysis of land suitability by utilizing Geographic Information System capability that allows the expansion of plantations of cacao in this district. Spatial analysis to get the suitability of land for cocoa plantations uses overlay based on climate conditions and regulations of the Governor of Central Kalimantan. The proportion of land suitability class that is highly suitable, suitable, marginally suitable, and not suitable with each area size of 56,434.63 ha, 2,302.81 ha, not found, and 19,510.42 ha. Abstract

Public Street Lighting (PSL) is a part of road complementary buildings installed on the left, right and/or in the middle of the road to illuminate the surrounding environment. PSLs in residential areas usually do not have a small amount, so it will be difficult if the supervision is done manually. Therefore, we need a system that can monitor and maintain PSL effectively and efficiently. This study aims to prove that the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS (ODA) can be utilized in monitoring PSL based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This PSL monitoring system can be used by the government and private parties to conduct PSL maintenance activities more efficiently and effectively, by providing information about PSL in realtime through widgets contained in ODA, and with the help of a mobile application, Collector for ArcGIS (CFA) as a sensor replacement that functions to carry out data collection in the field. The results of this study indicate that ODA can be used to monitor PSL by showing information about the status, location, type, and number of PSLs damaged.

Abstract

The land is a crucial element in human life as space and resource. The development of a region will not be neglected by the use of land. Data from BPS Salatiga 2013 to 2019 shows an average increase in population reaching 1.45%. Land-use changes in a region will affect the geographical conditions of the region itself. Therefore, the latest information is needed in order to anticipate continuous changes. The research was conducted in Salatiga and the time of the study starts in August 2019 until January 2020. The purpose of this research is to see and analyze the extent of each transformation of the land use and land cover changes by utilizing Landsat 8 Satellite Imagery in 2013-2019. Data processing in this study uses spatial analysis overlay technique that combined with unsupervised classification and confusion matrix method through SAGA GIS software. The results of data processing will afford new maps and land use change tables then explained descriptively. Based on the analysis that has been done, In 2013, the land use in Salatiga was dominated by green land of 3.031,29 ha which was then followed by land use for built-up land reaching 2.033,91 ha. And in 2019, land use was still dominated by green land of 2.499,03 ha which was then followed by the use of built-up land of 2.483,64 ha. The final result of the area of Salatiga in 2013 - 2019 which experiencing land change from a green land to be built up land is 755,91 hectares.

Abstract

Salatiga, a city that borders directly and is surrounded by Semarang Regency. It has an area of ​​56.78 km2, with four sub-districts including, Sidorejo Regency, Argomulyo Regency, Tingkir Regency, and Sidomukti Regency, which covers 23 villages. The city of Salatiga has a fairly high population density with a proportion of more than 3300 inhabitants / km2. In this study took place in the Central Tingkir and Tingkir Lor areas by taking several points that are considered as housing as a case study. This study aims to estimate the price of land and building tax on an object of land and building tax. The process of this research uses aerial photo processing, where aerial photographs will be processed using professional software Agisoft photoscan to become an orthophoto, digital surface models and digital terrain models to obtain building area and land area data, then digital surface models and digital terrain models are processed . with ArcGIS 10.6 software using a raster calculator to get the height of the object to be used as the height of the building. The data obtained will be used to perform land and building tax calculations. The results of this study estimate the estimated land and building tax prices of at least IDR 37,313.00 and a maximum value of IDR 3,809,763.00.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian, Pelatihan dan Pendidikan (BKDIKLATDA) Kota Salatiga merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak dibidang kepegawaian. Kinerja suatu aplikasi perlu untuk menjadi perhatian karena kinerja dari sebuah aplikasi menjadi faktor penting yang memberikan informasi terhadap kinerja penggunaan dari aplikasi. Maka dari itu peneliti melakukan pengukuran dari kinerja aplikasi sistem informasi cuti elektronik (SiCute) untuk melihat seberapa besar tingkat kesuksesan kinerja dari suatu aplikasi terhadap tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penerapanya yang merupakan salah satu sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh Badan Kepegawaian, Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Kota Salatiga. dimana pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard yang didalamnya terdapat empat perspektif diantaranya perspektif kontribusi organisasi, perspektif orientasi pengguna, perspektif keunggulan operasional dan perspektif orientasi masa depan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil pada perspektif orientasi pengguna mendapat nilai tertinggi sebesar 24,18%, perspektif keunggulan operasional 24,07, perspektif kontribusi organisasi sebesar 23,77, dan nilai yang terakhir yaitu perspektif orientasi masa depan sebesar 20,29%. Dilihat dari hasil pencapaian tiap perspektif ini sudah berada pada kondisi sangat baik dengan total hasil pengukuran sebesar 92,94%.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 6 Salatiga merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di Kota Salaatiga yang saat ini sudah menggunakan e-learning sejak tahun 2017 untuk membantu dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolahan. Aplikasi Moodle, merupakan e-learning yang digunakan oleh SMP Negeri 6 Salatiga. Aplikasi ini memiliki fungsi untuk memperbaharui, menyimpan, mendistribusikan serta membagi materi belajar mengajar untuk para guru dan murid. Namun aplikasi Moodle ini sering mengalami berbagai masalah seperti server yang sering down, web service mati secara tiba-tiba, koneksi jaringan sering terputus. Masalah – masalah seperti ini dapat mengganggu kegiatan belajar siswa, maka dari itu penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen risiko menggunakan framework ISO 31000, untuk mengetahui segala bentuk risiko terhadap aplikasi Moodle, sehingga risiko dapat di minimalisir, serta dapat diatasi oleh pihak sekolah. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi untuk mengatasi serta meminimalisir risiko yang ada.
