Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan teori-teori kepribadian dan perbedaan individu. Adapun latar belakang tulisan ini, adalah bahwa manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang mengandung niat bahwa manusia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari individu lain yang berinteraksi satu sama lain, terutama yang berkaitan dengan interaksi yang disengaja. Perbedaan individu mengenai variasi yang terjadi, baik variasi dalam aspek fisik maupun psikologis. Perbedaan-perbedaan ini mempengaruhi perilaku mereka di rumah dan di lingkungan lain. Dalam teori kepribadian, setiap orang secara otomatis mengungkapkan karakteristik yang berbeda dari kepribadian lain. Setiap orang memiliki karakteristik khusus dan unik. Kehidupan seseorang meliputi berbagai aspek, khususnya aspek emosional, aspek psikologis sosial dan sosial budaya, serta kemampuan intelektual yang sepenuhnya terintegrasi ke dalam faktor lingkungan kehidupan.

Abstract

Diskursus pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi era 4.0 mengemuka hingga akhir tahun 2019 seakan hilang ditelan Covid-19. Realitas tersebut mendorong penulisan ini mengulas situasi pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi 4.0 dalam era pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan analisis secara reflektif sosiologis dapat disimpulkan bahwa; Pertama; pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi era 4.0 merupakan gagasan transformasi sistem pendidikan tinggi menuju digitalisasi melalui resistematisasi kurikulum akademik yang kompetibel dengan lapangan kerja industri yang mendorong desain kebijakan pengembangan disiplin ilmu dan program studi menuju Cyber University yang dapat menawarkan model pembelajaran daring distance learning dengan dukungan sumber daya dosen yang profesional, responsif dan mampu melakukan terobosan riset. Dan, kedua; pandemi Covid-19 telah menjadi koreksi penting yang menunjukkan kelemahan utama gagasan besar sistem digitalisasi kampus atau Cyber University dan sistem pembelajaran daring distance learning karena sarana sistem jaringan telekomunikasi Indonesia belum merata. Meskipun demikian, terdapat dinamika positif selama pandemi yakni terciptanya ruang akademik virtual bagi dosen dan mahasiswa melalui webinar dalam skala terbatas serta terjadi peningkatan literasi digital yang masif di daerah dengan akses jaringan yang memadai.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengulas tentang revolusi mental melalui pendidikan Islam berbasis metode tazkiyatun nafsh. Pembahasannya meliputi; 1) Konsep Revolusi Mental; 2) Konsep Pendidikan Islam mencakup deskripsi tentang Tujuan Pendidikan Islam dan Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam; dan 3) Metode Tazkiyatun Nafs mencakup Landasan Tazkiyatun Nafs dan bagaimana Pelaksanaan Tazkiyatun Nafs.Hasil analisis penulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa Revolusi mental merupakan peribahan nilai perilaku individu yang mengarah pada kepribadian mental yang positif. Prosesnya senantiasa harus berlangsung secara kontinyu untuk mendorong perkembangan batin dan watak manusia Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi salah satu diskursus baru dalam upaya mengubah struktur mentalitas manusia Indonesia untuk lebih menjadi baik yang meliputi; aspek cara berpikir meliputi pola pikir, aspek cara meyakini meliputi spritual-hati dan aspek cara bersikap yang meliputi polarasa-karsa. Upaya untuk mencapai revolusi mental dapat diimplementasikan melalui pendidikan Islam yang dapat menjadi formula esensial menddik akhlak peserta didik beriman dan bertaqa, teguh pada ajaran Islam serta membina pribadi peserta didik mencapai karakter yang terpuji sebagaimana yang dituntunkan dalam ajaran Islam berbasis tazkiyatun nafs yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Tazkiyatun nafs dapat menjadi pendekatan metodik untuk membimbing peserta didik membersihkan jiwa melalui rangkaian kegiatan yang postif dan lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Swt.

Abstract

This study examines the interactive multimedia-based learning of students in higher education. The method used in this research study is library research. The procedure of this research using the stages of library research include; (1) selecting study topics, (2) exploring information, (3) formulating the focus of writing, (4) collecting data sources, (5) preparing data presentations, and (6) compiling reports in the form of research journal descriptions. This research data collection technique relies on documentation sources by exploring sources related to the focus of the problem being studied. The data analysis technique uses content analysis to obtain the substance from appropriate and verifiable references based on the source through the stages of sorting and comparing various definitions and opinions from existing literature sources to achieve the suitability of relevant sources. The results of the analysis of this study can be concluded that; First, learning is an important process that greatly determines behavior change and improvement. In the context of higher education learning, lecturers are required to be more adaptive to various learning tools or media. Learning in higher education will be more interesting by using learning media. Second, learning media plays a very effective role. One type of this media is interactive multimedia whose contents combine various forms of media such as text, audio, and video to make it easier for students to use it in learning. Lecturers must be more innovative in using this interactive multimedia and must be skilled at technological developments.

Abstract

This paper examines the independence of learning which is the focus of advancing national education today. In the author's analysis, at least the big title “free learning” contains the complexity of the meaning of liberating the learning process which has been constrained by the system itself. There are three important things in the explanation of the Minister of National Education regarding freedom of learning, namely freedom of innovation, independent learning, and creative learning. The author assumes these three things as the fundamental principles of the free learning policy. The three fundamental principles cannot be separated from the theoretical basis. Based on the results of the theoretical analysis carried out, it can be stated that the freedom of innovation will encourage teachers and students to be free without restraint to carry out various experiments to try new things to produce renewable ideas. Independent learning provides opportunities for students to choose to study to explore certain academic skills by formulating the motives of goals to be achieved according to their academic abilities.

Abstract

This research examines the concept of interpretation in student character education with the Qur'an munasabah approach  . The purpose of the study will  analyze the concept of character education and interpretation of the themes of character education contained in the Qur'an which can be used as a reference for planting and transmitting student character education in higher education.  Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that student character education  is a process of instilling good character values as a conscious effort through education. This process is carried out continuously as a planned stage of transmission to equip students with noble personalities. Reference sources related to student character education can be explored in the verses of the Qur'an with a munasabah  approach to absorb the meaning of verses related to character education including verses themed on honesty character, disciplinary, hard work, curiosity, achievement, friendliness, peace-loving, reading character  , and social character of college students.
