Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengetahui peranan supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrsah Aliyah Al-Hidayah kota Makassar. Supervisi  yang dilakukan departemen pendidikan nasional untuk mengejar ketertinggalan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia adalah kebijakan tentang pembenahan, penyempurnaan aspek substantif yang mendukung pendidikan, yaitu kebijakan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan tenaga kependidikan khususnya guru Madarasah. Supervisi pendidikan, adalah elemen strategis dalam pencapaian tujuan penedidikan.Baik tujuan pendidikan dalam konteks nasional, institusional, dan juga tujuan kurikuler. Dunia persekolahan saat  mengalami dilema di suatu sisi harus meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, disisi yang lain mengahadapi tuntutan stakeholder, sedangkan pada waktu yang bersamaan,  terjadi perubahan yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan tehnologi. Masyarakat menuntut agar lulusan persekolahan tidak terpojok dan teraliminasi dengan perubahan yang begitu deras tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, permasalahan utama yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana gambaran peranan supervisi Madrasah dalam  peningkatan kualitas  kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hidayah Kota Makassar. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ex- post facto atau penelitan survey yang bersifat korelasional, di mana peneliti mendapatkan data berdasarkan gejala alam atau fenomena tertentu yang sudah tejadi, peneliti tidak ikut terlibat dalam proses terjadinya gejala tersebut . Jadi, peneliti hanya  melakukan survei tentang peranan Supervisi   Madrasah dan Peningkatan kinerja guru Madrsah Aliyah Al-Hidayah Kota Makassar yang terus berlansung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan supervisi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. peranan supervisi dalam membantu guru menyiapkan rencana pelaksanaan sebanyak 89,19 % atau kategori sangat tinggi. peranan supervisi dalam membantu guru melakukan perencanaan pengajaran 74,97 % atau kategori tinggi. peranan supervisi dalam membantu guru memahami pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar 89,18 % atau kategori sangat tinggi. peranan supervisi dalam membantu guru melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar 78,37 % atau kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan program Pkmd  bagi Masyarakat ini adalah: (a) Membentuk kelompok-kelompok kerja guru (KKG), (b) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam  dengan pendekatan IPTEK terapan, (c) melatih pembuatan media pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan pendekatan IPTEK terapan, (d) melatih dan mendampingi guru bagaimana  cara  penggunaan  media  pembelajaran  dalam  pembelajaran  Pendidikan Agama Islam  di  kelas.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggadopsi pola pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan meliputi empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan programpembelajaran , pelaksanaan program pembelajaran , observasi dan evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil pelaksanaan program adalah (a) terbentuk 2 kelompok kerja guru dengan masing-masing anggota sebanyak 6 orang dengan menbentuk kelompok sampai 2 kelompok kerja  guru  yang dibentuk berdasarkan rumpun ilmu; (b) adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan pendekatan IPTEK terapan, dari kategori “cukup” menjadi “baik”; (c) dihasilkan sebanyak 2 set media (alat peraga) Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk siswa Madrasah Tsanawiah DDI Padanglampe Marrang Kabupaten Pangkep  , meliputi materi:  Udhu , Shalat, dengan kualitas ‘baik’. (d) kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas berkualitas “baik”.

Abstract

This research examines the concept of interpretation in student character education with the Qur'an munasabah approach  . The purpose of the study will  analyze the concept of character education and interpretation of the themes of character education contained in the Qur'an which can be used as a reference for planting and transmitting student character education in higher education.  Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that student character education  is a process of instilling good character values as a conscious effort through education. This process is carried out continuously as a planned stage of transmission to equip students with noble personalities. Reference sources related to student character education can be explored in the verses of the Qur'an with a munasabah  approach to absorb the meaning of verses related to character education including verses themed on honesty character, disciplinary, hard work, curiosity, achievement, friendliness, peace-loving, reading character  , and social character of college students.

Abstract

The policies made in the Admission of New Students with the Zoning system are contained in the Education and Culture Basic Law Number 44 of 2019 for schools at the elementary, junior high and high school levels. This policy applies to public schools and not to private schools. The purpose of establishing a zoning system policy in accepting new students is to equalize the quality of education, which so far has relied only on urban areas or is prominent in certain schools. Various problems arose. From the lack of public understanding of the existence of a zoning system to the fact that there are still people who do not know about the new regulations. From the organizers themselves, the problems that arose were drastic changes in the program and learning process, resulting in a decrease in the number and achievements of students as well as other problems. Therefore, this study adopted the research title on the Implementation of the Zoning System in the Implementation of New Student Admissions (PPDB) at SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga, Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research focus is determined by random technique. By using observation instruments, interviews and documentation which are then analyzed using triangulation. From the research results, the zoning system itself consists of 4 acceptance pathways, including: the zoning pathway, namely the distance where prospective students live within the school zoning radius, which is a maximum of 15 km and students who are in the school zoning must be accepted at least 50%, this achievement path marked in the form of a charter/certificate given to prospective students such as competitions, school exam scores with a maximum quota of 30%, affirmation pathways for prospective students who have low economic conditions marked by being registered as a family hope program and other government programs even though it is only there is a minimum quota of 15% and the mutation path / transfer of parents with a quota of only 5%. Therefore, to assess the feasibility of implementing the PPDB zoning program at SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga Gowa, the model used is George Edward III with 4 criteria, namely, communication, resources, disposition, implementing bureaucratic structure. So from the results of the research, SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga Gowa as the implementer has implemented PPDB with a good and maximum zoning system.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the Recitation Method in the Subject of Fiqh to Increase the Learning Motivation of Grade VII A Students at MTSN 1 Central Buton, Central Buton Regency. In this thesis the main points of discussion are: 1) How to apply the Recitation Method in Fiqh Subjects to Increase Student Motivation in Class VII A MTsN 1 Central Buton, Central Buton Regency 2) Can the application of the Recitation Method increase Student Learning Motivation in Fiqh Class Students VII A MTSN 1 Central Buton, Central Buton Regency. The purpose of this study was to increase students' learning motivation in the subject of Fiqh class VII A at MTsN 1 Buton Tengah, Central Buton Regency by using the Recitation method. Recitation is a learning method in which the teacher gives certain tasks so that students carry out learning activities, then they must be held accountable. The teacher needs to know and be aware of his students, namely learning that is well mastered by students, and one of the ways to do this is that the assignments given are not only done in class but need to be done at home or anywhere and the results must be accounted for. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Silkus 1 consists of 3 meetings while cycle 2 consists of 2 meetings where one cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was class VII A at MTsN 1 Buton Tengah with a total of 20 students consisting of 8 male students and 12 female students. The results of this study indicate that the learning motivation of students in class VII A increases after using the Recitation method in Fiqh subjects. In cycle, I, students' learning motivation was 70.77% which means that in this first cycle, the motivation of students in class VII A is not optimal and is still moderate. And in cycle II, students' learning motivation increased to 93.46%, which means that students' learning motivation reached a maximum score or high score.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan yang diteliti antara lain bagaimana penerapan metode active training untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada bidang pendidikan agama Islam di kelas X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan pada semester gasal tahun pelajaran 2020-2021 yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur dengan jumlah siswa 17 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kualitatif yang diperoleh dari observasi selama proses pembelajaran selama pembelajaran, dan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar pada setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dan kualitas pembelajaran ditandai dengan meningkatnya keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran sesuai dengan hasil observasi selama tindakan kelas dari pra siklus I sampai siklus II, dan rata-rata nilai akhir pra siklus sebesar 29%, terjadi peningkatan siklus I, 82% dan pada siklus II mencapai 100%. dan rata-rata kelas pra siklus adalah 67, terjadi peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi 87 dan siklus II menjadi 94. Kesimpulannya metode pelatihan aktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPA 1 di SMAN 1 Luwu Timur. The main problems studied include how to apply the active training method to improve student learning outcomes in the field of Islamic religious education in class X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in the odd semester of the 2020-2021 academic year which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in class X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur with 17 students. Data was collected qualitatively obtained from observations during the learning process during learning, and quantitative data obtained from learning outcomes tests in each cycle. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. And the quality of learning is characterized by increased student activity in learning in accordance with the results of observations during class actions from pre-cycle I to cycle II, and the average pre-cycle final score is 29%, an increase in cycle I, 82% and in cycle II it reaches 100 %. and the average pre-cycle class was 67, there was an increase in the first cycle to 87 and the second cycle to 94. In conclusion, the active training method can improve the learning outcomes of students in class X IPA 1 at SMAN 1 Luwu Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education and the role of Muslim teachers in SMP-IT Darul Istiqamah Maros. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The location of this research was carried out at SMP IT Darul Istiqamah. sources of research data using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it was found that the implementation of character education at SMP-IT Darul Istiqamah Maros went well, including the formation of students' religious character, character building for students themselves, and character building for others. The role of Muslim teachers is very important in character education in Indonesia. SMP-IT Darul Istiqamah Maros. This important role makes Muslim teachers play a role as a source of learning, a role in guiding, being an example, and acting as an advisor

Abstract

This discussion addresses the role of teachers in the use of tablet computers in the context of eLearning, the advantages, and challenges of using eLearning, student learning outcomes, the influence of locus of control, the theory of planned behavior, and its managerial and theoretical implications. The use of tablet computers in learning provides new opportunities for teachers to engage students interactively and deeply. The advantages of using eLearning include better accessibility to learning resources and expansion of learning beyond the classroom. However, challenges such as unequal accessibility of technology require the role of teachers in ensuring equitable access for all students. The teacher's role in the use of tablet computers is a major determinant in student learning outcomes. Teachers must be able to observe and evaluate students' learning progress and use learning outcome data to improve learning. The influence of locus of control and the theory of planned behavior also plays a role in the use of tablet computers. Teachers can help students develop an internal locus of control and apply the principles of the theory of planned behavior to increase students' motivation and independence in learning. Managerial implications include the importance of training and development for teachers, development of educational policies that support the use of technology, and collaboration between educational institutions and stakeholders. Theoretical implications include the development of technology-based learning theory, motivation theory in the context of technology, and the application of planned behavior theory in the use of technology. The discussion provides a better understanding of the importance of the role of teachers, the use of tablet computers, innovative learning strategies, policy development, improving educational accessibility, and developing educational theories in the context of technology. Its managerial and theoretical implications provide guidance for educational managers and researchers to improve the quality of education and utilize technology effectively in the learning process.

Abstract

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model pembelajaran kontruktivistik dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan cara berpikir siswa secara kreatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian yang dikembangakan adalah (Research and Development) untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini dirancang melalui dua tahap kegiatan. Tahap pertama diperolehnya profil tentang pengembangan cara berfikir kreatif dengan konsep (analisis konseptual, analisis kebutuhan dan analisis lapangan). Dalamkegiatan ini dipokuskan pada pengembangan dan validasi model oleh tiga orang ahli (Validasi Isi Ahli, Validasi Empirik (praktisi) validasi model hipotetik menjadi model oprasional dilakukan oleh lembaga evaluaasi Dosen UNM dan Dosen UMI makassar dengan menggunakan teknik Delphi. Tahap kedua ujicoba model hipotetik, untuk kelompok kecil dan implentasi dikelas yang kecil juga. Metode pengmpulan data digunakan group discasion (PGD), kusioner, wawancara, oberservasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah secara deskriptif kualitatif. Dilakukan secara pada asesment tingkat kebutuhan, validasi isi dan validasi empirik dan oprasional model. Hasil menunjukkan: (a) Pembelajaran kontruktivistik sangat dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan kreatifitas anak didik. (b)  pembelajaran kontruktivistik yang dikembangkan terdiri atas, rasional, tujuan, ruanglingkup, sasaran,asumsi, dasar dan prinsip kerja, prosedur pelasanaanya, evaluasi program (tes kreativitas dan pengembangan kriteria penilaian), pengembangan panduan guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian memberi inplikasi terhadap pengembangan ilmu pendidikan siswa untuk berpikir lebih tinggi , pemecahan masalah dikelas unggul, dan peningkatan kterativitas siswa lebih baik di sekolah.
