Abstract

Abuddin Nata is one of the figures, muslim intellectual, and writer who active in the development of Islamic study in Indonesia. This research aims to find new things about creative Islamic education through study psychological approach. This paper employed a library review research with explorative method. Then excavation and searching effort through assessment to books and article by Abuddin Nata’s, and reference books which related with that problem. In interpreting of Islamic studies which means a action oriented to guiding, directing, and building student do by conscious and planned in building a main personality suitable Islamic studies that is Qur’an and Sunnah. Presence of era of industry 4.0 in Islamic studies seen positive paradigm has been creative Islamic education. Consequently, teacher to be able makin ideal environment in optimizing potential of students. Creative Islamic education in era of industry 4.0 demand to could self-disrupting that is adjust with requirement and demand then future oriented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning model apllied by the ustad/ustadzah at the Salaf al Manar in dealing with New Normal. This type of research used is a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through field observations, interviews with questionnaires, and literature studies. The validity of data includes trus, transferability, dependability, and certainly. The findings in this study were that the learning model in PP. Salaf al Manar in the New Normal was accordance with the health protocol. Positive impacts included increasing science and technology, a spirit of learning, being more sensitive to the importance of cleanliness and health, planning and preparing for the learning process to be further improved with various innovations. Some of obtacles include the lack of medical equipment, many students have not returned to the hut, the arrival of regular students and isolation beforehand parents, and the emergence of more spending. Abstract

Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jubelan 02 Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang melalui Supervisi Akademik  menggunakan  Focus Group Discussion.  Supervisi  Akademik  diberikan  kepada  seluruh guru agar mereka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar mengajar dengan lebih baik. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilaksanakan dalam bulan September sampai November 2020. Tempat dan subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jubelan 02 Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang berjumlah 8 orang. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan siklus I sampai siklus II yang telah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti, maka simpulan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Tindakan siklus I, setelah melaksanakan supervisi akademik dengan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion terlihat beberapa guru mengalami perubahan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tahap awal. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan pada data rata-rate persentase pra observasi yakni 67%. Sedangkan rata-rata persentase siklus 1 sebesar 71%, serta 79% pada rata-rata persentase di siklus II.
