Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of video marketing promotion and brand awareness in influencing consumer purchasing decisions of Yamaha Motor Samples used by 60 respondents who are yamaha motor consumers working in PT. Yamaha taken using purposive sampling or judgement sampling techniques. The data used is primary data in the form of the dissemination of questionnaires in 60 respondents who are as consumers in PT. Yamaha. The analysis tool uses data quality test analysis tool in the form of validity test and reliability test, Classic Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results showed that the X1 variable (Video Marketing) and the X2 variable (Brand Awaseness) all statements or polls were declared valid and reliable, and passed the classic assumption test and all variables were declared to have a partial or simultaneous effect on variabl Y (Purchasing Decision).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of rewards on work performance, to determine the effect of self-actualization needs on work performance, to determine the effect of rewards and the need for joint self-actualization on work performance. The population in the study were employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII, totaling 75 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests in research using SPSS version 17 are valid and reliable. The method used is multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are: Y = 2,758 + 0,264X1 + 0,651X2. Testing the award hypothesis for work performance with a significance level of 5%, dk = n-k then dk = 75-3 = 72, tcount 2.127> ttable 1.666 means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between reward variables and work performance. Testing the hypothesis of self- actualization needs for work performance with a significance level of 5% there is an influence between the need for self-actualization and work performance. Hypothesis testing F with a level of 5% is F count (33,415)> F table (3,111), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the rewards and needs of self-actualization together influence the work performance.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is explanatory (explanatory research), which examines three variables that explain the effect of compensation and discipline on employee performance at the PLN office in Bandar Lampung. Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive data. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to analyze statistically in order to test the research hypothesis on the data obtained by calculating it using SPSS software. The sample was taken as much as the population of employees at the PLN office, namely 58 employees.From the results of data processing, it has been found that the answer to the hypothesis is as follows: there is an effect of compensation on employee performance, with a level of influence (R-square) of 33.9%. There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance with an influence level of 30.8%. There is an effect of compensation and work discipline together on employees with a level of influence of 35.1% Keywords: Compensation, Discipline and Employee Performance.
