Abstract

In the Pandemic of Covid -19, Indonesia had a lot of changes that have occurred in society and other circles. Types of changes that occur for example; the process of teaching, learning activities and office in offline or in other words work from home. The economic income also has decreased as well as the household economic income of residents in each region. The existence of Internet facilities can greatly assist all groups of society in facing the transition of change in carrying out every work activity, and schools that usually done at home. By utilizing the Internet and computers as technology in the use of social media which is facilitated by the internet therefore the public can continue to carry out economic activities online. As the existence of social media, the community still be able to carry out in buying and selling activities to get profit and improve the household economy. The example of social media that also can be used are; instagram, facebook, whats up, and e-mail. Thus, from the use of social media, it still can help family economy income to be existed during the Pandemic of Covid -19.

Abstract

Abstrak: Mayoritas perguruan tinggi di Indonesia masih mensyaratkan skripsi atau tugas akhir sebagai mata kuliah wajib ditempuh bagi mahasiswa guna mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Strata 1. Tujuan pentingnya syarat ini, agar mahasiswa dapat menggambarkan toeri dari keilmuan yang mereka peroleh selama kuliah kedalam kondisi yang sesungguhnya yang kemudian mereka cantumkan dalam bentuk tulisan ilmiah hasil penelitian. Dan ini akan menggambarkan kualitas, kompetensi dan kemampuan mahasiswa tersebut. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pembuatan skripsi ini adalah mahasiswa seringkali tidak dapat mengolah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian mereka. Aplikasi olah data yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian adalah aplikasi SPSS. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengajarkan kepada mahasiswa dalam menggunakan SPSS sebagai sarana mengelolah data penelitian. Pengabdian ini dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung dalam menggunakan SPSS. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 35 mahasiswa. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan 86% mahasiswa tidak lagi mengatakan mengolah data itu sulit dan artinya para mahasiswa sudah memahami dalam menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Abstract: The majority of universities in Indonesia still require thesis or final assignments as compulsory courses for students to obtain a Bachelor's degree. The importance of this requirement, so that students can describe the theory of the science they obtained during college into the real condition that they then listed in the form of scientific writings of research results. And this will describe the quality, competence and ability of the student. The problem that often occurs in the making of this thesis is that students are often unable to process the data used in their research. The data processing application that is often used in research is spss application. This devotion was carried out with the aim of teached students in use SPSS as a means of manage research data. This devotion was done online used lecture methods and practiced in use SPSS. The audiences numbered 35 students. The results of the trained implementation 86% of students no longer say processing data was difficult and means that the students already understood in used SPSS application.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 membawa banyak sekali perubahan dalam menjalankan tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat. Masyarakat wajib memperhatikan pembatasan sosial disebut social distancing. Ini merupakan kebijakan pemerintah yang mengharuskan semua kegiatan dilakukan dirumah, mulai dari sekolah, bekerja ataupun aktifitas lain. Sisi negatif aktifitas dirumah ini adalah menurunnya pendapatan masyarakat karena adanya larangan keluar rumah, sedangkan sisi positifnya masyarakat memiliki banyak waktu menjalankan hobi yang selama ini tidak bisa dilakukan. Fenomena ini menjadi tujuan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan bagaimana cara merubah hobi menjadi peluang berwirausaha guna menambah pendapatan yang sedang menurun dimasa pandemi ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini melalui penjelasan teori, diskusi interaktif antara pemateri dan masyarakat peserta pelatihan serta praktek pemasaran produk dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terlihat bahwa masyarakat sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan, serta berhasil memberikan wawasan, motivasi, kepercayaan diri dan semangat bagi masyarakat bahwa dari hobi bisa dijadikan sebagai peluang berwirausaha yang bisa menghasilkan pendapatan. Dan terlihat beberapa masyarakat langsung memanfaatkan media sosial yang mereka miliki guna memasarkan hobi yang mereka tekuni selama pandemi. Kata kunci: hobi, pandemi, peluang, pendapatan, wirausaha ABSTRACT The covid 19 pandemic brought a lot of changed in the order of community life. All communities must pay attention to social restrictions called social distancing. This is a government policy that requires all activities to be done at home, ranging from school, work or other activities. The negative side of this activity at home was the decreased in people's income due to the prohibition of left the house, while the positive side of the community had a lot of time to runned a hobby that had not been able to be done. This phenomenon was the goal in community service activity. We had provided training on how to turn hobbies into entrepreneurial opportunities to increase income that had been declining in this pandemic. The methods used in this training was through theoretical, interactive discussions between speakers and the trainee community as well as product marketing practices by utilizing social media. The resulted of this activity are seen that the community was very enthusiastic about participated in training, and successfully provided insight, motivation, confidence and enthusiasm for the community that from hobbies can be used as an entrepreneurship opportunity that can generate income. And it is seen that some people immediately used the social media they have to market hobbies they pursue during pandemics. Keywords: hobbies, pandemics, change, income, entrepreneurship

Abstract

Fenomena kehidupan petani yang sering kali terjadi adalah usaha dan kerja keras serta biaya yang dikeluarkan petani tidak sesuai harapan saat hasil panen dipasarkan. Petani sering sekali mengalami kondisi dimana hasil panen yang dijual ini dianggap merugikan yang penyebabnya adalah anjloknya harga saat panen. Kondisi ini juga terjadi di desa Tanjung Lalang Kecamatan Payaraman Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan. Di desa ini 90% pekerjaan adalah petani nanas, namun sering kali terjadi bahwa nanas yang di panen tidak dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi petani. Bahkan nanas yang sudah layak panen terkadang dibiarkan membusuk dikebunnya, atau sering juga hasil panen nanas dibuang begitu saja saat panen tiba. Kejadian ini membuat kami melakukan penyuluhan kepada 30 orang petani nanas dengan tatap muka dan ceramah berkaitan dengan pentingnya kreativitas, inovasi dan pemasaran produk nanas sebagai salah satu solusi permasalahan petani. Hasil dari pengabdian petani menerima positif dan termotivasi menghindari kerugian hasil panen. Masyarakat mulai mengubah pola pikir yang selama ini hanya menjual nanas utuh sekarang berkeinginan membuat berbagai produk dari nanas.

Abstract

Some theories say there are many things that affect employee performance in a company including employee satisfaction, employee environment and compensation given to employees. The existence of this study was conducted to find out whether these factors actually impacted or affected the performance of the employees of the KSO Pertamina EP – Gunung Kampung Minyak case study. Ltd. The studied population of 69 employees and sampled only 59 employees, was conducted used primary data through the dissemination of questionnaires that contained indications of the factors studied. The picture of the resulted of this studied was to state that there was an influenced on job satisfaction and the worked environment on employee performanced. While the compensation factor was declared to had no effect on performanced. While for the resulted simultaneously obtained that the three factors studied in this studied had a confectioner over employee performanced.

Abstract

The research was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performances. The sample was 56 employees of the Nutrition Installation at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Type of research was associative.The primary and secondary data used to know the information about the company and respondence with shared the questionnaire about work motivation and discipline. The method of data analysis used qualitative method which was then quantified. The techinique of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that it is true that work discipline and motivation are very important aspects in influencing the performance of employees in Nutrition Installation at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang based on the F test and t test with conviction level of 90%.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find the effects of internal and external factor to the performance of online shop entrepreneur. The population was Education Product Consultant at PT. Tigaraksa.Tbk that got the Reward Trip to Singapore – Malaysia 2019. Purposive sampling was the method of of this research. The sample will be choose based on the entrepreneur who sale their product through media online. This research used primary data from questioner that calculate by using SPSS. The techniques for analysis the data used multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test) and determination test. The result of simultaneous and partial tests showed that there were impacts between internal and external factor to the performance of online shop entrepreneur in onlineshop.
