Abstract

Bima merupakan singkatan dari Basis Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Sehingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap performace website tersebut. Memudahkan untuk mengetahui informasi website yang bertujuan untuk dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan suatu pengukuran kegunaan website untuk mengirim usulan, melaporkan progres kegiatan, dan hasil kegiatan penelitian berbasis online. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan nilai kepuasan pengguna dan mendapatkan hasil dari kuesioner yang mempengaruhi kinerja website bima kemendikbud mengukur performance website bima kemendikbud dilakukan dengan menganalisis performance website, interaksi dan pengguna website terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Analisis performance website ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data dengan hasil kepuasan pengguna. Kemudian analisis website Metode System Usability Scale dengan menyiapkan kuisioner berdasarkan dimensi dari System Usability Scale untuk menunjang penelitian. Penelitian melakukan obervasi, studi literatur dan survei sebagai pengumpulan data yang paling berpengaruh dalam pembentukan kepuasan performance website bagi pengguna bima kemendikbud adalah informasi yang diberikan.

Abstract

Tahanan kriminal di wilayah Polres Musi Banyuasin merupakan tahanan yang memiliki catatan kriminalisasi dibidang narkoba, terorisme/separatisme, lalu lintas, kriminal khusus dan kriminal umum. Banyaknya kasus dan data tentang kriminalisasi yang ada di Polres Musi Banyuasin pada tahun 2019-2020 yaitu 652 kasus yang mana data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan Word begitu juga laporannya yang hanya dipisahkan berdasarkan kasus saja. Karena banyaknya data yang bisa menyebabkan redudansi data ataupun laporan yang bisa terlambat untuk diberikan ke Kapolres MuBa sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem Business Intelegence berbasis dashboard dengan menggunakan tools Tableau Publik. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dimana menganalisis data dari yang dikumpulkan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan kepada pegawai Sat Tahti Polres MuBa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membantu pegawai Bagian Sat Tahti dalam pengelolaan data tahanan kriminal dengan cepat dan mudah menggunakan Tableau ini dan juga bisa menyajikan laporan grafik yang mudah dibaca dan dipahami oleh Kapolres MuBa. Dimana pada penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa dimensi yaitu dimensi kasus, dimensi berdasarkan pekerjaan, dimensi berdasar umur, dimensi berdasar waktu dan dimensi wilayah. Yang mana pada dimensi kasus paling banyak yaitu narkoba, dengam dimensi pekerjaan paling banyak tahun 2019 wiraswasta dan tahun 2020 petani, dimensi umur yaitu  tahun 2019 umur 39 tahun sedangkan tahun 2020 23 tahun. Untuk dimensi waktu dilihat jumlah tahanan yang masuk paling pada tahun 2019 yaitu terjadi pada bulan Maret dan Juli masing-masing sebanyak 43 tahanan, dan jumlah tahanan yang masuk tertinggi pada tahun 2020 terjadi pada bulan Maret sebanyak 48 tahanan dan bulan Januari sebanyak 39 tahanan. Kemudian untuk wilayah paling banyak yaitu daerah Sekayu. Hasili laporanidapat dikonversiidalam bentukipdf, image,isertaidalamibentukitable,isehinggaimemudahkan dalam penyimpanan data lebih lanjut. AbstractCriminal prisoners in the Musi Banyuasin Police District are prisoners who have criminal records in the fields of drugs, terrorism/separatism, traffic, special crimes and general crimes. The number of cases and data about criminalization in the Musi Banyuasin Police in 2019-2020, namely 652 cases where the data was processed using Word as well as reports which were only separated by case. Due to the large amount of data that can cause data redundancy or reports that can be late to be submitted to the MuBa Police Chief, a dashboard-based Business Intelligence system is needed using the Public Tableau tools. The research method in this study is a descriptive method which analyzes the data collected based on observations and interviews that have been conducted with the employees of the Sat Tahti Polres MuBa. The purpose of this research is to help Sat Tahti employees in managing data on criminal prisoners quickly and easily using this Tableau and also being able to present graphic reports that are easy to read and understand by the Head of the MuBa Police. Where in this study resulted in several dimensions, namely the case dimension, the dimension based on the job, the age based dimension, the time based dimension and the regional dimension. Which in the dimension of the most cases are drugs, with the most work dimensions in 2019 being entrepreneurs and in 2020 farmers, the age dimension being in 2019 the age of 39 years while in 2020 it was 23 years. For the time dimension, the number of prisoners who entered the most in 2019 occurred in March and July with 43 prisoners respectively, and the highest number of prisoners entered in 2020 occurred in March as many as 48 prisoners and in January as many as 39 prisoners. Then for the most areas, namely the Sekayu area. The results of the report can be converted in pdf, image, and initable form, making it easier for further data storage.

Abstract

The Palembang City Health Service has implemented the Wireless network as one of the services to connect to the internet, to expand the signal coverage in the City Government Service network, has been implemented wirelessly with a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) system that allows wireless interconnection in access points in the IEEE 802.11 network. This allows wireless networks to be developed using multiple APs (Access points) without having to require a network cable backbone to connect between networks. Users connected to the Hotspot at Palembang City Health Office are increasing year by year. This is seen from the number of access usage needs each year. The analysis that will be carried out on Palembang's health service wireless LAN network uses several parameters, namely Bandwidth, Throughput, Delay, and Packet Loss, where these parameters are used to see the quality of network services (QOS), so that the results of this research will be expected to provide solutions for the service the health of the city of Palembang in evaluating the quality of the network, especially wireless LAN so that it can overcome any problems that occur. Research methods using Action Research or action research is one form of research design, in action research researchers describe, interpret and explain a social situation at the same time by making changes or interventions with the aim of improvement or participation. The results of the QOS parameters are delay according to the TIPHON version, that a very good delay occurs at the Health Service from point 2, that is location 2 to location 3, with a delay of under 150 milli second (ms).

Abstract

Static routing is a Router that has a static routing table that is configured manually by network administrators. Static routing is the simplest routing setting that can be done on a computer network. IP Addresss version 6 is the latest version in Internet protocol based computer networking protocol, which was created to provide solutions to the main problems in IPv4, namely the limitation of addressing capacity. IPv4 is only able to reach as many as 4 octets with each octet maximum of 255 pieces of computer in it, so it can be said that for all computers currently able to handle numbers of 4 billion. In IPv6 there are 16 Octet with one octet capable of loading maximum 255 pieces of computers and other connected devices that can be accommodated is about 3.4 trillion. Therefore the authors will conduct a comparison study analysis of the use of IPv4 and IPv6 to see the performance of both in the implementation of static routing, parameters in the test Throughput, Delay and Packet loss.

Abstract

In the advancement of information technology, namely the Internet, and web hosting as well as internet warnet or better known term cafe is increasingly widespread and growing every year. Many warnet that exist in the city of Palembang just a few warnet that use Linux operating system and operating system Mikrotik, this is due to the cafe just rely on the facilities provided without considering connections and needs of each client. The research will be carried out analysis implementation server operating system that has been used several internet cafés in the city of Palembang to see speed internet access. With the research is expected to see how much influence the linux operating system and a proxy server for internet access speeds at every cafe that uses server operating system and taken consideration for each Internet cafe to use Linux operating system and a proxy server in managing the Internet network.

Abstract

The computer lab is one of the media facilities for learning and research at the University of Bina Darma Palembang, where the performance of the computer labs greatly affect the quality possessed by a laboratory computer, to maintain the performance of a computer lab needed a strategy to continue to enhance the development of the computer lab. Utilization of cloud computing for data storage, application software together as well as the use of infrastructure and hardware on a computer network. The design of cloud computing for computer laboratorium Universitas Bina Darma Palembang aimed at a preliminary design for a computer lab development as a center of learning and research for faculty and students. The design uses a cloud computing service model of Software as a Service (SaaS) and using the model of private cloud computing.

Abstract

Malware salah satu virus yang memiliki banyak cara dalam menginfeksi sebuah data dan dapat memberikan kerusakan yang berbahaya, seperti yang terjadi pada salah satu rumah sakit ternama, dimana malware menyerang seluruh data yang ada sehingga data tidak dapat diakses kembali oleh pihak yang terkait. Malware bukan hanya menyerang data, tetapi dapat merusak sistem operasi yang sedang digunakan karena rentan untuk disusupi, salah satunya adalah sistem operasi windows. Malware sangat sulit di intifikasi dengan file data yang asli jika tidak menggunakan bantuan tools analisis, dengan hal tersebut penelitian akan melakukan analisis dan pengujian terhadap tingkah laku malware, sehingga dapat diketahui pola dan jenis malware dengan 2 metode analisis yaitu metode surface analisis (Pestudio, Strings, Exeinfo dan Virus) dan runtime analisis ( Regshot, CaptureBAT, Noriben Malware Analysis). Analisa yang dilakukan menciptakan lingkungan kerja sebagai tempat uji coba, sehingga tidak menggangu sistem utama yang telah berjalan. Dengan uji coba yang dilakukan, jadi didapatkan bahwa File dengan nama "games.exe” dapat dikatakan malware karena memiliki strings dan dapat menggandakan diri ke folder system32 yang dibuktikan dengan MD5.

Abstract

Network Attached Storage (NAS) is a data storage device that operates through a computer network and provides an efficient and cost-effective storage solution due to its open-source foundation. This research compares the performance of TrueNAS and XigmaNAS as NAS operating systems in terms of data transfer speed and resource utilization over a period of 7 days. The tested parameters include file copy, file classification, file duplicate detection, CPU usage, and memory usage. The research results indicate that the average file transfer speed from server to client in TrueNAS is 7.4 Mbps, while in XigmaNAS it is 7.36 Mbps. The average file classification rate in TrueNAS is 863 files/s, whereas in XigmaNAS it is 813 files/s. The average speed of duplicate file detection in TrueNAS is 1.23 files/s, while in XigmaNAS it is 1.13 files/s. The average CPU usage in TrueNAS is 30.08%, compared to 29.38% in XigmaNAS. The average available memory for TrueNAS is 6.13 GiB, and for XigmaNAS it is 5.41 GiB. Despite the small variations and differences observed in the test results, overall, TrueNAS outperforms XigmaNAS in the analyzed aspects.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance (IT Governance) is an important concept in managing information technology infrastructure in organizations, including the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL). This research aims to measure the maturity level of information technology governance at DUKCAPIL using the COBIT 2019 framework with a focus on the APO12 (Risk Management), APO13 (Security Management), and BAI10 (Configuration Management) domains at the capability level. This research method involves a case study at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL), where data is collected through interviews with information technology staff, analysis of policy and procedure documents, as well as direct observation of the existing information technology environment. The data is then analyzed by referring to the COBIT 2019 framework, especially the APO12, APO13 and BAI10 domains by considering the level of capability measured using the COBIT scale, the objects to be evaluated are APO12 – Managed Risk, APO13 – Managed Security and BAI1 0– managed Configuration evaluates with capability level. Capability level objectives can be increased by carrying out activities that have not been carried out by DISDUKCAPIL until they reach the full value for each level.

Abstract

Nyemiliciouss adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan sejak tahun 2022. Selama ini Nyemiliciouss melakukan proses bisnis produk hanya melalui Instagram dan juga dari mulut ke mulut. Dengan penjualan seperti ini dirasakan belum optimal untuk bisa menawarkan produk yang dijual ataupun memasarkan produk secara luas. Nyemiliciouss juga belum memiliki website sehingga sebelum pembuatan website diperlukan desain UI/UX website untuk mengetahui apakah website yang akan dibuat telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Desain UI/UX dibuat dengan menggunakan Figma. Desain UI/UX ini dibuat menggunakan metode Lean UX dengan 4 tahapan yaitu, declare assumptions, create an mvp, run an experiment dan feedback and research. Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dimana ada 6 indikator yang mengahsilkan indikator daya tarik nilai rata-rata 1,90 kategori “Excellent”, indikator kejelasan nilai rata-rata 1,88 kategori “Good”, indikator efisiensi nilai 1,85 kategori “Good”, indikator ketepatan nilai 1,92 kategori “Excellent”, stimulasi nilai rata-rata 1,70 kategori “Good” dan keterbaruan dengan nilai 1,80 “Excellent”. Nyemiliciouss is a business that has been operating in the food sector since 2022. So far, Nyemiliciouss has carried out the product business process only through Instagram and also through word of mouth. With sales like this, it is felt that it is not optimal to be able to offer products for sale or market products widely. Nyemiliciouss doesn’t have a website, so before creating a website, a website UI/UX design created using Figma. This UI/UX design was created using the Lean UX method with 4 stages, namely, declare assumptions, create an mvp, run an experiment and feedback and research. Next, an evaluation was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) where there were 6 indicators which produced an attractiveness indicator with an average value of 1.90 in the “Excellent” category, a clarity indicator with an average value of 1.88 in the “Good” category, an efficiency indicator with a value 1.85 in the “Good” category, accuracy indicator value 1.92 in the “Excellent” category, stimulation average value of 1.70 in the “Good” category and recency with a value of 1.80 “Excellent”.
