Abstract

The Palembang City Health Service has implemented the Wireless network as one of the services to connect to the internet, to expand the signal coverage in the City Government Service network, has been implemented wirelessly with a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) system that allows wireless interconnection in access points in the IEEE 802.11 network. This allows wireless networks to be developed using multiple APs (Access points) without having to require a network cable backbone to connect between networks. Users connected to the Hotspot at Palembang City Health Office are increasing year by year. This is seen from the number of access usage needs each year. The analysis that will be carried out on Palembang's health service wireless LAN network uses several parameters, namely Bandwidth, Throughput, Delay, and Packet Loss, where these parameters are used to see the quality of network services (QOS), so that the results of this research will be expected to provide solutions for the service the health of the city of Palembang in evaluating the quality of the network, especially wireless LAN so that it can overcome any problems that occur. Research methods using Action Research or action research is one form of research design, in action research researchers describe, interpret and explain a social situation at the same time by making changes or interventions with the aim of improvement or participation. The results of the QOS parameters are delay according to the TIPHON version, that a very good delay occurs at the Health Service from point 2, that is location 2 to location 3, with a delay of under 150 milli second (ms).

Abstract

Static routing is a Router that has a static routing table that is configured manually by network administrators. Static routing is the simplest routing setting that can be done on a computer network. IP Addresss version 6 is the latest version in Internet protocol based computer networking protocol, which was created to provide solutions to the main problems in IPv4, namely the limitation of addressing capacity. IPv4 is only able to reach as many as 4 octets with each octet maximum of 255 pieces of computer in it, so it can be said that for all computers currently able to handle numbers of 4 billion. In IPv6 there are 16 Octet with one octet capable of loading maximum 255 pieces of computers and other connected devices that can be accommodated is about 3.4 trillion. Therefore the authors will conduct a comparison study analysis of the use of IPv4 and IPv6 to see the performance of both in the implementation of static routing, parameters in the test Throughput, Delay and Packet loss.

Abstract

In the advancement of information technology, namely the Internet, and web hosting as well as internet warnet or better known term cafe is increasingly widespread and growing every year. Many warnet that exist in the city of Palembang just a few warnet that use Linux operating system and operating system Mikrotik, this is due to the cafe just rely on the facilities provided without considering connections and needs of each client. The research will be carried out analysis implementation server operating system that has been used several internet cafés in the city of Palembang to see speed internet access. With the research is expected to see how much influence the linux operating system and a proxy server for internet access speeds at every cafe that uses server operating system and taken consideration for each Internet cafe to use Linux operating system and a proxy server in managing the Internet network.

Abstract

The computer lab is one of the media facilities for learning and research at the University of Bina Darma Palembang, where the performance of the computer labs greatly affect the quality possessed by a laboratory computer, to maintain the performance of a computer lab needed a strategy to continue to enhance the development of the computer lab. Utilization of cloud computing for data storage, application software together as well as the use of infrastructure and hardware on a computer network. The design of cloud computing for computer laboratorium Universitas Bina Darma Palembang aimed at a preliminary design for a computer lab development as a center of learning and research for faculty and students. The design uses a cloud computing service model of Software as a Service (SaaS) and using the model of private cloud computing.

Abstract

Malware salah satu virus yang memiliki banyak cara dalam menginfeksi sebuah data dan dapat memberikan kerusakan yang berbahaya, seperti yang terjadi pada salah satu rumah sakit ternama, dimana malware menyerang seluruh data yang ada sehingga data tidak dapat diakses kembali oleh pihak yang terkait. Malware bukan hanya menyerang data, tetapi dapat merusak sistem operasi yang sedang digunakan karena rentan untuk disusupi, salah satunya adalah sistem operasi windows. Malware sangat sulit di intifikasi dengan file data yang asli jika tidak menggunakan bantuan tools analisis, dengan hal tersebut penelitian akan melakukan analisis dan pengujian terhadap tingkah laku malware, sehingga dapat diketahui pola dan jenis malware dengan 2 metode analisis yaitu metode surface analisis (Pestudio, Strings, Exeinfo dan Virus) dan runtime analisis ( Regshot, CaptureBAT, Noriben Malware Analysis). Analisa yang dilakukan menciptakan lingkungan kerja sebagai tempat uji coba, sehingga tidak menggangu sistem utama yang telah berjalan. Dengan uji coba yang dilakukan, jadi didapatkan bahwa File dengan nama "games.exe” dapat dikatakan malware karena memiliki strings dan dapat menggandakan diri ke folder system32 yang dibuktikan dengan MD5.

Abstract

Network Attached Storage (NAS) is a data storage device that operates through a computer network and provides an efficient and cost-effective storage solution due to its open-source foundation. This research compares the performance of TrueNAS and XigmaNAS as NAS operating systems in terms of data transfer speed and resource utilization over a period of 7 days. The tested parameters include file copy, file classification, file duplicate detection, CPU usage, and memory usage. The research results indicate that the average file transfer speed from server to client in TrueNAS is 7.4 Mbps, while in XigmaNAS it is 7.36 Mbps. The average file classification rate in TrueNAS is 863 files/s, whereas in XigmaNAS it is 813 files/s. The average speed of duplicate file detection in TrueNAS is 1.23 files/s, while in XigmaNAS it is 1.13 files/s. The average CPU usage in TrueNAS is 30.08%, compared to 29.38% in XigmaNAS. The average available memory for TrueNAS is 6.13 GiB, and for XigmaNAS it is 5.41 GiB. Despite the small variations and differences observed in the test results, overall, TrueNAS outperforms XigmaNAS in the analyzed aspects.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance (IT Governance) is an important concept in managing information technology infrastructure in organizations, including the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL). This research aims to measure the maturity level of information technology governance at DUKCAPIL using the COBIT 2019 framework with a focus on the APO12 (Risk Management), APO13 (Security Management), and BAI10 (Configuration Management) domains at the capability level. This research method involves a case study at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL), where data is collected through interviews with information technology staff, analysis of policy and procedure documents, as well as direct observation of the existing information technology environment. The data is then analyzed by referring to the COBIT 2019 framework, especially the APO12, APO13 and BAI10 domains by considering the level of capability measured using the COBIT scale, the objects to be evaluated are APO12 – Managed Risk, APO13 – Managed Security and BAI1 0– managed Configuration evaluates with capability level. Capability level objectives can be increased by carrying out activities that have not been carried out by DISDUKCAPIL until they reach the full value for each level.

Abstract

Currently the OKU Selatan Education Office is still carrying out conventional data collection so that data processing is still ineffective and still uses a manual system in terms of school administration management, resulting in the issuance of paper, limited available data, and a lack of PAUD data integrity. The main objective of this study is to build an information system that focuses on fulfilling early childhood education at the South OKU Education Office. Through the application of the Extreme Programming method, this study aims to improve service quality and administrative efficiency. It is hoped that this information system will simplify the data collection process, allow access to information from various parties, and as a whole can improve the quality of education in PAUD. The results of this study make a significant contribution in overcoming obstacles in data management and PAUD licensing. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang fokus pada perizinan PAUD di Dinas Pendidikan OKU Selatan. Melalui penerapan metode Extreme Programming, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan efisiensi administrasi. Diharapkan bahwa sistem informasi ini akan mempermudah proses pendataan, memungkinkan akses informasi dari berbagai pihak, dan secara keseluruhan, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di PAUD. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam pengelolaan data dan perizinan PAUD. Sistem informasi ini mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam efisiensi administrasi dan peningkatan pelayanan pendidikan di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the eduMu application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The eduMu application is an online learning platform designed to increase interaction between teachers and students through innovative features. The population in this study were all users of the eduMu application at SMK Muhammadiyah I Palembang, totaling 681. The sampling technique used simple random sampling obtained a sample of 244 eduMu users, students and 50 teachers. The results of this study are all indicators of the TAM variable having a relationship to user satisfaction seen from F count on student data 122.659 > F table 2.409 and on teacher data F count 17.100 > 2.557 so it can be concluded that all variables have a positive effect on user satisfaction. The value of the satisfaction level of users of the eduMu application, teachers and students using the TAM method for application users seen from R Square, is equal to 60.3% for eduMu teachers and 67.2% for eduMu students. Which means that eduMu users at SMK Muhammadiyah I Palembang are satisfied with the eduMu application user satisfaction of students and teachers using the TAM method. Keywords: eduMu; Satisfaction; Technology Acceptance Model AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi eduMu menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Aplikasi eduMu merupakan platform pembelajaran online yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan interaksi antara pengajar dan pelajar melalui fitur-fitur inovatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna aplikasi eduMu di SMK Muhammadiyah I Palembang sebanyak 681. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana didapatkan sampel sebanyak 244 pengguna eduMu Siswa dan 50 Guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua indikator dari variabel TAM mempunyai hubungan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dilihat dari F hitung pada data siswa 122,659 > F tabel 2,409 dan pada data guru F hitung 17,100 > 2,557 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Nilai tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi eduMu guru dan siswa menggunakan metode TAM pada pengguna aplikasi dilihat dari R Square yaitu sebesar pada eduMu guru 60,3% dan eduMu siswa 67,2%. Yang artinya pengguna eduMu di SMK Muhammadiyah I Palembang sudah puas terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi eduMu siswa dan guru menggunakan metode TAM.

Abstract

Heuristic evaluation adalah metode dan teknik pengujian aplikasi yang ada dalam usability. Pengujian heuristic sendiri dalam proses pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan melibatkan ahli. Dalam melakukan pengujian heuristic terdapat sepuluh pernyataan yang menjadi instrumen pengujian. Sepuluh instrumen tersebut dijawab oleh dengan lima kriteria penilaian yaitu 0 yang berarti tidak adalah masalah usability, 1 yang berarti memiliki cosmetic problem, 2 yang berarti aplikasi memiliki minor usability problem, 3 yang berarti memiliki major usability problem dan 4 yang berarti aplikasi memiliki usability catastrophe. Di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi pembelajaran matematika sekolah dasar. Mengingat pentingnya aplikasi ketika digunakan oleh siswa maka penguji yang terlihat terdiri dari ahli teknologi informasi sebanyak tida orang ahli dan ahli mata pelajaran matematika sekolah dasar (guru) sebanyak dua orang. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi secara umum tidak ada masalah usability atau mendapatkan nilai dengan pembulatan 0. Namun terdapat dua bagian yang perlu dicermati bagi pengembang yaitu pernyatan nomor tujuh dan pernyataan nomor sembilan yaitu flexibility and efficiency of use dan help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors yang mendapatkan penilaian 1. Dari hasil pengujian maka dikatakan bahwa pengembang aplikasi dapat melakukan publikasi aplikasi karena tidak ada masalah yang signifikan dalam hal usability pada aplikasi. Heuristic evaluation is a method and application testing technique that exists in usability. Heuristic testing itself in the implementation process is done by involving experts. In conducting heuristic testing there are ten statements that become testing instruments. The ten instruments were answered by five assessment criteria, 0 which means no is a usability problem, 1 which means having a cosmetic problem, 2 which means the application has a minor usability problem, 3 which means having a major usability problem and 4 which means the application has a usability catastrophe. In this study, testing of elementary school mathematics learning applications was carried out. Considering the importance of the application when used by students, the examiners that appear to consist of as many information technology experts are as many experts and two elementary school mathematics teachers (teachers). From the test results show that the application in general there is no usability problem or get a value with rounding 0. However, there are two parts that need to be observed for developers, namely statement number seven and statement number nine, namely flexibility and efficiency of use and help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors that get a rating 1. From the test results it is said that the application developer can publish the application because there is no significant problem in terms of usability in the application
