Abstract

In the current era of the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all activities use technology, such as the lecture process. Almost all of the lecturing processes in high education are carried out online because it is to reduce the risk of contracting covid-19. The manual presences system by filling out forms or signatures is no longer effective because it has to be done offline. The online presence system is a system that is needed to find out about lectures, the discipline of teaching and students. The method used in the development of this system is Prototype. This method has the advantage of paying close attention to user needs and a faster time for software development. The results of this study are a system for online presence in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in real-time with photo evidence. Teaching can validate and change the presence of students. In addition, the admin can easily recap the number of teaching and students presences for reporting. Teaching also finds it helpful to take the results of student presences for reporting the completeness of the assessment data and the head of the study program can see the presences summary report online. This system has been tested for functionality with an average result of 83.5% so that it can be said to be successfully built according to user needs

Abstract

Domestic economic growth in Indonesia has increased by 5% per year in the four year period of the implementation of the RPJMN (2015-2018). The Department of Manpower and Industry of Cilacap district has had IKM data that have been recorded manually using books. The problem that occurs is the agency difficulty in finding data as well as difficulties in monitoring the development of turnover, production capacity, assets, as well as the number of workers that change very quickly. Based on these problems, it is necessary to create a center-based small and medium industry information system to manage small-based center industries. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results of this study are the existence of an information system that is able to manage data of small and medium industries based on centers, the ability to find data quickly, and the ability to monitor developments in terms of turnover, assets, production capacity and number of employees.

Abstract

Syafatul Qur'ant Islamic Boarding School Pondok Pesantren is an Islamic boarding school institution which in addition has the function of preaching to the community, is also an educational organization that has important and complex information to be known to the public so as to support its existence. The media information used so far is brochures, where the media information is still not optimal in its distribution and requires a large cost and a longer time. Cilacap Syafa'atul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is not widely known by the general public because it is only in its third year, so it needs promotional media as a means to provide information to the public to find out about the activities in the Syafa'atul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. Cilacap. Utilizing the Internet and implementing a web-based information system for Syafa’atul Qur'an Cilacap Islamic Boarding School using PHP programming, making it easier for people to obtain more complete information, so that it can be more effective and efficient with the use of information technology. Abstract

Information technology has a significant role in the education field. One of the critical roles of information technology is in the form of managing the incoming and outgoing mails. State Polytechnic of Cilacap as a higher education institution feels this role. In this research, the author intends to develop the information systems of the incoming and outgoing mails which is accessible for mobile. The development of this information system implements the waterfall process model. The result of the user testing showed that 75% of the users responded it as excellent, 17% of the users responded it as good, and the rest responded it as enought.

Abstract

Insects in the form of mosquitoes are transmitting vectors of several types of diseases that are quite dangerous and need to be watched out for because they can be deadly, such as dengue fever mosquitoes, malaria, elephantiasis and the like. Patients suffering from mosquito-borne diseases must be treated immediately to find out the type of disease they are suffering from and their treatment solutions. The era of digitalization that is growing rapidly, including in the field of medical science, makes the use of information technology to help improve quality services for the community. The analysis used in this research is using the forward chaining method, as a comparison of the overall process of the problems obtained in the investigation and developed using the waterfall paradigm. Forward chaining is implemented because the disease diagnosis process begins by observing the symptoms experienced by a patient and then continues with a tracing process that results in conclusions about the dengue fever suffered. While the waterfall method is used in the development of this expert system because the method can accommodate all stages of the system starting from the analysis of functional and non-functional system requirements, system design, coding, expert system testing and the last stage is expert system maintenance. The data used in this study used data from patients infected with mosquito bites at the Maos Health Center, Cilacap Regency in 2021. Testing is carried out using the black box testing method where the expert system is tested on end-users to determine the level of success and usability of the developed system. The questionnaire was given to 76 respondents with the results of the questionnaire: 91.9% indicating the level of user satisfaction, 89.6% indicating the level of effectiveness and 92.2% indicating the level of efficiency of the expert system. The output of this study is the conclusion of the disease suffered by the patient and the solution for handling it. The results of this study were used by the Puskesmas to determine the actions and therapies that were taken and carried out on the patient

Abstract

Computer computer-based information systems at an institution are often built in stages and separately. Data integration between subsystems is not well connected. The results in differences in the data structures or the number of records between one subsystem and another so that the data presented is not aligned. This study aims to design and implement a RESTful Web Service so that other information subsystems can use employee data from the Management Information System. The four stages in this research are observing the information system currently running, analyzing the data integration needs, designing and coding the RESTful Web Service API, implementing and testing the response time.

Abstract

E-learning or electronic learning is a concept of learning carried out through electronic media networks. The development of highly advanced technology in the modern era and globalization enables various activities to be carried out quickly and efficiently. The development of technology has a lot of influence on our way of life, one of which is in the field of education with the use of e-learning. One of the developments in the telecommunications sector that is growing rapidly is cellular phones. Java is the standard language for making Android applications. If you have never studied java, you will have difficulty learning android. PowerPoint applications that are part of Microsoft Office are tools that can be manipulated to design a learning application that is quite attractive. Grafting ispring and saktibuider tools on powerpoint then the process of making an android application does not need to think about coding which is quite boring especially for beginners. The learning model will be made easier if every subject teacher can make learning by summarizing the subject book being taught using the Android-based application model. The application can be accessed by students as handbooks that can be read at any time using an Android smartphone, of course this will facilitate students in learning, especially elementary, middle and high school students

Abstract

Waste Bank is a business The Enviro'18 entity engaged in the social sector that manages and utilizes waste with the aim of maintaining the environment and welfare in the surrounding community. Processes related to activities that can be carried out in the waste bank, such as customer registration, sales of waste, withdrawal of customer balances, preparation of waste sales reports. There are shortcomings in the waste bank process, where all processes are carried out manually and there is no system to facilitate the process. To overcome this, we need a web-based information system that aims to assist in managing customer data and waste data. Making this system using the System Development Life Cycle method with a prototype model. Based on the results of blackbox testing, it can be ensured that the system created can help make it easier for customers to register and view catalogs and make it easier for waste banks to collect waste data and manage data. Broadly speaking, from the test results, all system functionality can run well. This can be proven in process testing and can also be proven in the questionnaire analysis process which shows the functionality of the system that has been built is considered quite good in supporting the processes that run in the enviro'18 waste bank.

Abstract

Cilacap Regency has diverse topography and geographical conditions which cause this region to have rainfall that varies spatially and temporally; therefore, a forecasting method to overcome these uncertainties and fluctuations is needed. Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain utilizes Fuzzy logic which provides flexibility in handling uncertain and unstructured data. Moreover, the addition of Markov chain elements that utilize Fuzzy logic concepts provides flexibility in handling data allowing the model to capture inter-time relationships and changes in system state that depend on previous states. Therefore, the research aims to see the suitability of the Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain for predicting daily rainfall in Cilacap Regency. The method is suitable for predicting rainfall data for Cilacap Regency. The accuracy value in this study can be seen from the RMSE and SMAPE values ​​on the training data (in-sample), respectively, which are 58.76469 and 0.7227493. Meanwhile, the testing data (out sample) was 56.01818 and 0.7055117.
