Teknologi dapat diterapkan dan dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang serta dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Rakyat NKRI berbasis Kemaritiman dengan melakukan proses lelang ikan secara online. Selama ini proses pelelangan hasil laut sangat sulit dikelola antara lain hasil tangkapan ikan kurang terdata sehingga sulit mendeteksi komoditas yang ada, kurangnya informasi mengenai komoditas hasil laut. sistem dikembangkan untuk memberikan informasi komoditas hasil tangkap nelayan serta proses lelang secara modern. Manfaat dari pembangunan sistem ini yaitu dapat mempermudah proses perdagangan dan proses pelelangan hasil laut. Pembangunan aplikasi dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall dan menggunakan konsep Unified Modelling Language (UML) yaitu menggunakan diagram usecase, diagram sequence, class diagram. Hasil penelitian yaitu mempermudah proses pelelangan hasil laut, membantu meningkatkan daya saing perdagangan sektor kelautan melalui proses pelelangan yang lebih modern dan realtime, membantu memproses pemerataan distribusi hasil tangkapan ikan dikarenakan proses lelang dilakukan secara terbuka.

Pengujian merupakan salah satu tahapan dalam pembangunan perangkat lunak. Salah satu metode pengujian perangkat lunak yaitu dengan metode blackbox dengan pendekatan boundary value analysis. Pengujian akan dilakukan pada sistem magang industri Politeknik Negeri Cilacap. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu dengan menguji dengan menggunakan data yang normal, minimum,maksimum dam maksismum+1. Data sampel yang dimasukan pada setiap pengujian fieldnya sejumlah 4 data. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan metode blackbox pada pengujian sistem magang industri dapat dihasilkan tingkat kesuksesan sebesar 95%.

Language center of state Polytechnic of cilacap is an english language training institution, and one of them is TOEFL test. Academic data processing of Language Center still uses conventional ways. Some of them are registering and data processing of participants. The result of TOEFL test is still conducted using microsoft excel. The growth of education and technology is demanding the language center to make innovation in improving service and interaction that can be accepted well. The system will be developed by using based web and dekstop that function to quicken registering process, performance, and eficiency in administration data processing and scoring TOEFL in Language Center. By internet/intranet media, it will ease in registering process and data processing through dekstop without having a need many conventional activities.

The quality of software can be measured. One of them is by its functionality, whether it is suited to user requirements or not. To maintain the quality of the software, testing needs to be conducted during the development stage to ensure that there are no errors or bugs. Tests carried out on the state property maintenance software are focused on the functional module of item replacement by using the black box testing equivalence partitions method. The final result of this test is to know the effectiveness level of the equivalence partitioning method by determining the application test case, initializing the standard input and output partition grade and testing dataset. The final result of the application test shows that the level of effectiveness of the functional goods replacement module is 93.2%

Application of technology is expected to simplify administrative work management. Cilacap State Polytechnic has P3M unit in charge of managing research and community service conducted by lecturers. Intellectual capital in P3M units that are easily lost, internal communication problems in P3M units that can inhibit knowledge and work sharing and the occurrence of errors’ duplication in P3M archive activities are some obstacles that occur during data management process. The technology application in the concept of knowledge management by considering the number of participants and the duration of the conversation is needed, therefore it can be concluded that the technology which can be used is presentation, computer share, chat, email, application. Applications made are suited to the needs of the data management application in the P3M unit. Successful application of technology can use the concept of ACKM and is applied in tertiary institutions.

Small and medium businesses are very rapidly growing in Indonesia. One of the activities in the small and medium business is the marketing process. The entrepreneurs tend to focus on production activities but for marketing strategies are not developed so that the market share is still local market. The problems that occur in marketing small and medium business products are little knowledge about marketing strategies, marketing targets and willingness to develop from the entrepreneurs themselves.Marketplace systems are built to increase market expansion so that it can help entrepreneurs to do marketing. The marketplace system is built based on the web, both entrepreneurs and buyers can communicate through the web marketplace. The results of this study are that the system can reach broader marketing with small and medium business marketplaces and more targeted.

Plant cultivation in the village of Kalijaran focuses on rice plants and fish farming with ponds. Some weaknesses of the ground pool are the condition of the soil that is prone to leakage, the ground pool is also difficult to control predatory animals, water discharge as well as water pressure, especially during heavy rain. Community service activities are carried out by applying the method of maxiras, namely carrying out the preparation of tools and materials, installation, training, mentoring and evaluation which are expected to enable more varied plants cultivation and more optimal fishery products, for example using the Ras Maxi method during agricultural activities with the aquaponic method. The purpose of this activity is to be able to create a creative community to cultivate fish and at the same time grow plants using the Maxi Race method. The result of this activity is an increase in the knowledge and skills of fish farmer groups about aquaculture with the Ras Maxi method so that the community can be more economically independent and creative.

Waste Bank is a business The Enviro'18 entity engaged in the social sector that manages and utilizes waste with the aim of maintaining the environment and welfare in the surrounding community. Processes related to activities that can be carried out in the waste bank, such as customer registration, sales of waste, withdrawal of customer balances, preparation of waste sales reports. There are shortcomings in the waste bank process, where all processes are carried out manually and there is no system to facilitate the process. To overcome this, we need a web-based information system that aims to assist in managing customer data and waste data. Making this system using the System Development Life Cycle method with a prototype model. Based on the results of blackbox testing, it can be ensured that the system created can help make it easier for customers to register and view catalogs and make it easier for waste banks to collect waste data and manage data. Broadly speaking, from the test results, all system functionality can run well. This can be proven in process testing and can also be proven in the questionnaire analysis process which shows the functionality of the system that has been built is considered quite good in supporting the processes that run in the enviro'18 waste bank.

Fish farming group Mina Jaya Kalijaran village has potential in producing vegetables in the use of aquaponic system, this is because it is supported by abundant waste catfish cultivation. Utilization of catfish cultivation waste is still not maximized. Utilization of catfish cultivation by most members of fish farming group Mina Jaya Kalijaran village still has not led to produce agricultural products in the form of vegetables with aquaponic system. The aim of the empowerment activities of fish farming group Mina Jaya Kalijaran village is to provide knowledge, training and mentoring in utilizing the waste of catfish cultivation using the aquaculture system to produce agricultural products in the form of vegetables and reducing environmental pollution by the catfish cultivation waste. The activity received positive response from fish farming group of Mina Jaya Kalijaran village. The result of this empowerment activities is fish farming group Mina Jaya Kalijaran village become an undestand an able to make installation of aquaponic system by utilizing waste catfish farming to get additional results namely agricultural products in the form of and can reducing environmental pollution.

Information systems can assist hospital management in improving services at a hospital. The software development method used in making hospital management applications is using the waterfall method which one of the stages is testing. The problem in system development is that the testing process is not optimal and focuses more on system development so that errors can be found at the implementation stage. System testing is a permit for an error in the system being developed. The aim of the research is to check the design details, use the program design control structure procedurally and run the program to find errors. The method applied to carry out the testing phase in the hospital management system is the Whitebox method using the cyclomatic complexity and graph matrix approaches. Testing will be carried out on the process of managing inpatient data in the application. The results of the research from testing the hospital management system using the cyclomatic complexity approach are that it can provide information on the minimum number of tests and ensure that all program structure paths are used at least once. In addition, the results of the graph matrix test are the probability side that will be carried out.
