Abstract

Kualitas daya dalam sistem tenaga sangat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas dan kontinuitas sistem tenaga listrik. Di antara masalah kualitas daya adalah penurunan nilai faktor daya yang menyebabkan konsumsi daya yang berlebihan. Untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan daya listrik, kita harus meminimalkan keberadaan daya reaktif. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan dengan penelitian ini kita dapat memahami pentingnya meningkatkan faktor daya sehingga daya reaktif ke PLN jauh berkurang yang pada akhirnya. Ini dapat meningkatkan faktor daya dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan peralatan listrik dan tidak menyebabkan kehilangan daya atau daya buatan untuk penggunaan peralatan listrik dalam kehidupan kita sehari-hari.

Abstract

SmartHome (smart home) is a part of IoT where all everyday objects or furniture that are familiar with people's lives are “smarted” due to the integration of technology in the form of a versatile microcontroller. In terms of Smart Home, IoT will be present in the form of items that are often found in ordinary people's homes. This research was conducted to develop a system that can assist in performing operations on electronic equipment used daily at home with a smartphone as its control. This research includes the stages of the prototype and system development method that will be developed using the Arduino Uno ATMEGA328 microcontroller hardware, NodeMCU (ESP8266), Bluetooth as the main control system connected to the internet network using a wireless router and as software for control of the system designed using Android-based application, namely the MIT Application Inventor open source application. In conducting experiments to show that this control system is able to work properly as expected so that users can turn off and on electronic devices such as lights, fans and others.

Abstract

Abstrak: Media pembelajaran menjadi pilihan untuk menunjang proses belajar yang menyenangkan dan menarik bagi siswa dan juga memperkuat motivasi, serta untuk menanamkan pemahaman pada siswa tentang materi yang diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Life Skill untuk siswa SMK Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi dari model ADDIE. Selanjutnya dilakukan validasi pada media yang telah dirancang. hasil penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan media pembelajaran berada dalam kategori Sangat Baik, berdasarkan penilaian dan validasi dari ahli media, ahli materi dan respon siswa. Hasil validasi dari ahli Media memperoleh rata-rata 93,33%, ahli materi 88,33% dan respon siswa sebagai pengguna adalah 90%. Dengan hasil ini, media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan materi dan kompetensi yang akan dicapai. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Life Skill, SMK, Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Abstract: Learning media is an option to support a fun and interesting learning process for students and also strengthen motivation, and to instill understanding in students about the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to develop Life Skill-based interactive learning media for Vocational High School Electrical Power Installation Engineering students. This study uses a research and development model. The learning media development procedure used in this study adapted from the ADDIE model. Furthermore, validation is carried out on the media that has been designed. The results of this study are the development of learning media in the Very Good category, based on the assessment and validation of media experts, material experts and student responses. The results of the validation of the media expert obtained an average of 93.33%, the material expert was 88.33% and the student response as a user was 90%. With these results, the learning media developed can be applied in the teaching and learning process in accordance with the material and competencies to be achieved.. Keywords: Learning Media, Life Skills, Vocational High School, Electrical Power Installation Engineering.

Abstract

In preparing for face-to-face meetings, the Shafiyyatul Amaliyah Education Foundation (YPSA) requires supervision in applying the use of masks in the school envi-ronment. There are two main problems that exist at YPSA, namely supervising students at YPSA it is difficult for one supervisor to do and the size of the pages at YPSA is difficult to reach every student because students at YPSA vary from kindergarten, elementary, junior high and high school. The solution offered by the PKMS team at Universitas Prima Indonesia is to build an automation system with a door opening and closing model and a warning alarm at the entrance to the school environment. The initial implementation of this activity was carried out on August 16, 2021 to conduct interviews with YPSA part-ners in order to obtain a model of the automation tool for monitoring the use of masks in accordance with the YPSA environment. Every student is protected from the transmission of the Covid-19 virus.
