Abstract

The times, especially in globalization era, will have an impact, one of which is on cultural changes in Indonesia. Similarly, the change occurs in Jakarta's culture, particularly Jakarta Ondel-ondel art which has changed in the term of its values​​. This research is intended to find out related cultural changes occurring in Jakarta, especially in Ondel-ondel art, in which the values of the ondel-ondel art begins to fade gradually due to deviations in the use of ondel-ondel in globalization era as a means of earning living through busking. In this study, we used a qualitative research approach through the library research method. The results of study indicate that in globalization era era, Jakarta people do not understand the meaning contained in the art of Ondel-ondel Jakarta, therefore a strategy is needed to maintain and develop Jakarta's Ondel-ondel art in globalization era and to restore the values ​​contained in the art.

Abstract

The purpose of research to see the determination formed by Confucianism in critical discourse analysis of the classic novel "Journey To The West". The method used is descriptive qualitative with critical discourse analysis in historical approach (discourse-historical-approach). The result of this research is the presence of a Confucian determination based on the results of critical discourse analysis of discourse-historical-approach to the classic novel "Journey To The West" which is inherent as culture. The conclusion of this research is that there are Confucian values depicted in the classic novel "Journey To The West" through the characterization of the characters in the novel so that Confucianism remains inherent in Chinese society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak game mobile legends terhadap pola interaksi sosial siswa sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan 4 sampel yaitu siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2022 di SDN Karang Anyar 06 Petang yang berlokasi di Jalan. B III Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Sawah Besar, Kelurahan Karang Anyar. Kota Jakarta Pusat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa dampak negatif dari siswa yang senang memainkan game mobile legends terhadap pola interaksi sosial ialah siswa mengalami gangguan terhadap pola interaksi sosial, dan siswa menjadi mudah dan lebih sering terpancing emosi, siswa tidak dapat mengkontrol emosionalnya, siswa juga jadi melupakan waktu dan ibadahnya serta melupakan kewajibannya sebagai seorang pelajar. Selain itu, siswa lebih individualis dan pemilih sehingga pada saat belajar di sekolah siswa lebih memilih teman yang sama-sama bermain game mobile legends dan pada saat di rumah siswa menjadi malas belajar. Sedangkan dampak positif dari senang memainkan game mobile legends ialah siswa menjadi lebih pintar dalam menggunakan teknologi digital, siswa akan memiliki kerjasama yang baik sesama teman pada saat belajar, siswa dapat memperbaharui kosakata yang baru, serta kemampuan bersosialisasi dalam dunia digital meningkat.

Abstract

The approach of history education based on local wisdom has a positive influence on students' cultural awareness. Through this type of learning, students can understand the unique history, values, traditions, and culture of their community. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data is collected through interviews and documentation techniques. Interviews are conducted to directly obtain the research subjects' experiences, while documentation techniques are used to gather data from various sources. Data analysis follows a phenomenological analysis technique, involving three stages: narrating the phenomena experienced by the research subjects, classifying relevant statements, and analyzing these statements according to the subthemes of the study. History education based on local wisdom also encourages students to develop analytical skills. They are prompted to analyze historical contexts, consider different perspectives, and understand the impact of history on cultural development. This can enhance students' critical and analytical thinking abilities. In its implementation, history teachers play a crucial role in facilitating the strengthening of cultural awareness and local wisdom through history education. They select teaching materials that focus on local history and cultural wisdom. Teachers can also invite community figures, local history experts, or community members to share their knowledge and experiences with students. Overall, history education based on local wisdom has great potential to enhance students' cultural awareness, broaden their understanding of culture, and develop analytical skills as well as appreciation for the cultural heritage of society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak penggunaan gadget berlebihan terhadap perilaku sosial siswa sekolah dasar serta upaya pencegahannya di SDN Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua siswa. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menggali data secara mendalam dan memahami hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dan penyimpangan perilaku sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget berlebihan mengakibatkan penyimpangan perilaku sosial seperti kurangnya interaksi, peniruan perilaku negatif, sikap apatis, paparan konten dewasa, gaya bahasa kasar, dan perilaku menyendiri. Pencegahan melibatkan peran aktif orang tua dan sekolah dengan memahami risiko gadget, menetapkan batasan waktu, menjadi teladan, serta mengawasi konten yang diakses. Kendala termasuk kesulitan anak memahami batasan dan kecanduan gadget. Pihak sekolah menyelenggarakan penyuluhan, menetapkan aturan, dan menyediakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi keluarga dan sekolah untuk mencegah dampak negatif gadget dan mendukung perkembangan sosial anak.
