Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dua hal, yaitu: pertama representasi perilaku altruistik dan eklektik dalam filsafat pendidikan Kiai Ahmad Dahlan dan apa yang melatari Kiai Ahmad Dahlan melakukan kedua perilaku tersebut. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini perlu dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menggali filsafat pendidikan yang digagas oleh Kiai Ahmad Dahlan agar watak dasar dari filsafat pendidikan yang dikembangkannya dapat dilestarikan sesuai dengan semangat zaman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan ancangan analisis isi. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknik baca dan teknik catat dalam pengumpulan data, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah model hermeneutika. Sumber data penelitian adalah buku “Jejak Pembaruan Sosial dan Kemanusiaan Kiai Ahmad Dahlan” karya Abdul Munir Mulkhan, hal ini dikarenakan Kiai Ahmad Dahlan sendiri jarang meninggalkan karya tulis. Buku tersebut diterbitkan dalam tahun 2010 oleh Penerbit Kompas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku altruis dan eklektik banyak memberi kontribusi dalam filsafat pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh Kiai Ahmad Dahlan. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa dua perilaku tersebut dilatari oleh nilai-nilai etika welas asih dan pandangan liberal yang dimiliki Kiai Ahmad Dahlan. Kata Kunci: Altruis, Eklektik, Filsafat Pendidikan, Filsafat Pendidikan, Ahmad Dahlan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implemention of game-based learning methods that can be used by history teachers to create better and interesting learning activities, this is because many teachers are less skilled in using learning methods. In fact, if you look closely, there are various kinds of learning methods that can be used to lure students to be more active in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, especially in history learning, such as the use of game-based learning methods. The method used in this study is a research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used in this study are classified into two sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with informants, namely five students who had experience learning game-based history at the X, XI, and XII grades of SMAIT Mentari Ilmu Karawang, SMAI Al-Azhar Summarecon Bekasi, SMAN 13 Tangerang, SMAN 1 Teluk Jambe Timur, and SMAIT Al-Irsyad Karawang. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are obtained through documents in the form of books, scientific journals or studies that are relevant to the research theme. The results of this study indicate that from various schools, teachers in carrying out learning, especially in history subjects, have used game-based learning methods. Game-based learning used by teachers are games such as Kahoot, Quizizz, WorldWall, QuizWhizzer, Educandy and some even play guessing pictures. The game can be used easily without taking a long time. Learning history by using games can make the learning atmosphere more exciting and challenging. So game-based learning can be used by teachers to avoid monotonous and boring activities. With this game-based learning, especially in history lessons, it can change the public's view of the image of history which was previously considered to be of the view that learning history is not too exciting.

Abstract

Pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna jika materi yang disampaikan oleh guru mampu membawa kesenangan tersendiri bagi peserta didik. Kesenangan dalam menerima materi bagi siswa sangat beragam, salah satunya adalah penggunaan permainan monopoli. Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran monopoli ini akan membantu guru dalam membuat siswa tertarik akan materi pembelajaran yang diberikan. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan metode pelatihan. Guru-guru dibimbing untuk membuat media pembelajaran monopoli. Pelaksanaan pelatihan di fokuskan pada guru SD Negeri Pasar Baru 5 Pagi. Hasil yang dicapai, guru-guru mampu menghadirkan media pembelajaran menarik dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran monopoli dan media pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan mata pelajaran yang ada dilingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengasingan Soekarno tahun 1938-1942 di Bengkulu. Penulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan perjalanan Soekarno di Bengkulu sebagai tahanan politik pada saat itu dikarenakan ia lantang menyuarakan perlawanan melalui jalur politik. Tulisan ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi Pendidikan Sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis dengan empat tahapan, yaitu menghimpun data (heuristik), seleksi sumber (verifikasi), penerjemahan (analisis), dan historiografi (penulisan sejarah). Hasil penelusuran pengasingan Soekarno di Bengkulu antara lain: aktivitasnya dengan masyarakat dan peninggalan-peninggalan yang masih berada di Bengkulu.Abstract: Soekarno's Exile in 1938-1942 in Bengkulu. This writing was to describe Soekarno's trip in Bengkulu as a political prisoner at the time because he loudly voiced resistance through political channels. This paper is expected to be useful for Historical Education. This study uses a historical method with four stages, namely collecting data (heuristic), source selection (verification), translation (analysis), and historiography (history writing). The results of Sukarno's exile search in Bengkulu include: his activities with the community and relics that are still in Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan organisasi Tiong Hoa Hwee Koan (THHK) dalam bidang pendidikan di Batavia tahun 1900-1908. Melalui pemahaman mengenai organisasi Tiong Hoa Hwee Koandalam pendidikan, diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan mengenai organisasi Tionghoa yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam perkembangan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode historis. Adapun yang pertama dilakukan adalah mengumpulkan berbagai sumber dan bukti tertulis sejarah yang terkait mengenai organisasi Tiong Hoa Hwee Koan melalui arsip-arsip, buku-buku serta artikel yang terkait dengan organisasi tersebut.Kemudian melakukan kritik sumber untuk menguji keaslian dari data-data yang diperoleh, lalu penafsiran data-data yang sudah terkumpul agar dapat ditulis menjadi suatu karya ilmiah secara sistematis dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi setelah organisasi ini berdiri dalam bidang sosial maupun pendidikan. Organisasi Tiong Hoa Hwee Koan mengubah tata cara adat istiadat dan bahasa yang melekat pada masyarakat Tionghoa peranakan. Organisasi ini juga membuat lembaga pendidikan formal untuk anak-anak keturunan Tionghoa yang di beri nama Pa Hoa. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh berdasarkan proses interprestasi sumber ialah adanya peranan organisasi Tiong Hoa Hwee Koan terhadap pendidikan di Batavia.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Introduction to the Local Cultural Values of the Tangerang Society through the Cisadane Festival". The background of the researcher choosing the title of this research is to introduce local cultural values that are packaged in a festival performance. This study also aims to determine the values contained in the Cisadane festival, the local government's efforts to improve local culture, and the role of the Cisadane festival in awakening the culture of the Tangerang people.The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. For data and data sources, researchers used 2 things, namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data is in the form of interviews with several informants and sources, while the secondary data is in the form of documentation studies such as through literature books, scientific works, national and international journals as well as mass media reports and electronic media.The result of this research is that the Cisadane festival has a variety of local elements in it, including Chinese, Sundanese, and Betawi ethnicities. The Tangerang city government in coordination with the culture and tourism department has made various efforts to improve regional culture, such as holding a festival every year and new innovations in it. This also shows that the Cisdane festival has a big role for the community, especially the city of Tangerang in instilling local cultural values.

Abstract

Salah satunya perubahan dalam digitalisasi yang dirasakan di abad 21, perubahan tersebut juga berpengaruh terhadap dunia pendidikan. Terutama dalam mengelaborasikan media pembelajaran berbasiskan teknologi. Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting untuk memberikan informasi terhadap siswa terkait materi yang akan disampaikan oleh guru. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu paradigma peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran sejarah yang dianggap membosankan, hal tersebut menjadi problematika dalam penelitian ini untuk dapat menghilangkan paradigma pembelajaran sejarah yang membosankan melalui pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah berbasiskan media teknologi di abad 21. Ada pun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan museum tour virtual sebagai sumber media pembelajaran sejarah publik di era digitalisasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa dan menggunakan media pembelajaran harus menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman. Salah satunya media pembelajaran abad 21 yang dapat digunakan yaitu museum tour virtual yang mengelaborasikan media teknologi dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' understanding of historical learning in online learning in high school, the results of research in analysis using cognitive theory, then research methods using qualitative methods using case study approach. Techniques used in conducting research and data collection using observation and interview techniques. The results showed that the transition from offline learning methods to online learning is quite affecting the effectiveness of teachers in delivering their material to students, where not all lessons can easily adapt to the transition of offline learning to online learning, one of which is history that at first students have a little difficulty to absorb and understand the learning done offline, but with the application of online learning due to covid-19 is enough to make it difficult for students to digest materials in online history learning.

Abstract

The approach of history education based on local wisdom has a positive influence on students' cultural awareness. Through this type of learning, students can understand the unique history, values, traditions, and culture of their community. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data is collected through interviews and documentation techniques. Interviews are conducted to directly obtain the research subjects' experiences, while documentation techniques are used to gather data from various sources. Data analysis follows a phenomenological analysis technique, involving three stages: narrating the phenomena experienced by the research subjects, classifying relevant statements, and analyzing these statements according to the subthemes of the study. History education based on local wisdom also encourages students to develop analytical skills. They are prompted to analyze historical contexts, consider different perspectives, and understand the impact of history on cultural development. This can enhance students' critical and analytical thinking abilities. In its implementation, history teachers play a crucial role in facilitating the strengthening of cultural awareness and local wisdom through history education. They select teaching materials that focus on local history and cultural wisdom. Teachers can also invite community figures, local history experts, or community members to share their knowledge and experiences with students. Overall, history education based on local wisdom has great potential to enhance students' cultural awareness, broaden their understanding of culture, and develop analytical skills as well as appreciation for the cultural heritage of society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine related to sophisticated, imaginative and inventive digital-based learning media through recorded learning involving the Canva application in history learning so that it can create an innovative atmosphere in the learning process.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using documentation techniques and literature research analysis techniques to arrive at the stage of drawing a conclusion.The results of the study show that the use of the Canva application in learning history is an interesting and creative learning medium in accordance with the development of 21st century schools, especially in all parts of the use of innovation in everyday life. Thus, the final conclusion in writing this article explains that the Canva application is very easy and practical to access in learning activities. The application of the Canva application in history learning is the right solution to assist educators in creating computerized learning media in the 21st century so that the delivery of learning materials can be more easily accepted by students.
