Abstract

This study aims to see how subliminal dysfunction occurs in social media in an Islamic context. The research technique used is literature study, looking at various sources regarding subliminals and relating them to conditions in social media. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, which is a research process to understand human or social problems by creating a comprehensive and complex picture presented in words, reporting detailed views obtained from information sources, and carried out in a different setting natural. While the approach used is phenomenology, which is to describe the reality that is happening without explaining the relationship between variables. The research results obtained are that Islam teaches its people to have ethics in carrying out all activities, including communication on social media. In the concept of Subliminal Message from hidden messages invites the public to never trust the information received from social media, before finding out the truth and accuracy of the message, from sources that can be trusted, supported, and related to the message. The conclusion in this research is that the Subliminal Message concept invites the public to never believe the information received from social media, before finding out the truth and accuracy of the message, from sources that can be trusted, supported, and related to the message.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) program apa saja yang dilaksanakan Penyuluh KB, (2) bagaimana metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program KB, (3) hambatan yang dihadapi penyuluh dan yang terakhir adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang  mendukung pelaksanaan program KB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisa data yang dilakukan dengan merujuk kepada teknik analisa data model Miles dan Huberman yaitu: Reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan penelitian adalah empat orang penyuluh KB Kecamatan Kotapinang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa  Program yang dilaksanakan Penyuluh KB adalah program KB dengan beberapa sub program pendukung. Sementara metode yang digunakan adalah metode langsung dan metode tidak langsung. Beberapa faktor menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Program KB antara lain: Faktor masyarakat yang kurang merespon, budaya, rendahnya pendidikan, dan geografis. Sementara faktor pendukung pelaksanaan Program KB yaitu faktor internal dari penyuluh, sementara faktor eksternal yaitu dukungan pemerintah, masyarakat, maupun swasta. Kata Kunci: Penyuluh, KBABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine (1) what kind of program conducted by KB Counsellor (2) How is the method used in conducting KB programs (3) what kind of the oobstacles faced by counsellor and (4) what kind of supporting factor in conducting KB program. Research method used in this study was qualitative research by using data analysis Miles and Huberman model namely:  data reduction, data displaying, summarising. Research informant is four KB counsellors of sub-district of Kotapinang. The study result showed that program conducted by KB counsellor is KB program that is combined with some of supported sub-program. In addition, method used was directing and in directing method. Some of obstacle factors faced in conducting KB program are community factors, cultures, level of education, people mindset, and geographic factor. On the other hand, there are some supported programs namely external factor such as level of education and internal factor such as counselor itself. Keywords: Counselors, KB

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is a culturally diverse society with its plurality. Diversity includes differences in culture, religion, race, language, ethnicity, tradition and so on. In such a multicultural society, tensions and conflicts often occur between religious groups and have an impact on the harmony of life. The purpose of this paper is to discuss religious moderation in the diversity of religious communities in Pulo Brayan Kota urban village. Religious understanding is a historical fact in building religious moderation, namely building community moderation in religious life in the Pulo Brayan City community by maintaining community togetherness, which is part of the right to life, the right to maintain honor. Thus, it needs support from various groups, so that it can improve the paradigm of thinking that is fundamentally based on the principle of religion. What is meant is an activity to conduct a review in the activities of religious life, so as not to deviate from the applicable rules that have been set by the religious law of each. its adherents, especially the moderation of religious communities in the field of faith, worship, and moderation in the field of law so that openness, tolerance and respect for religions are the most important aspects of human life.

Abstract

This paper aims to see how the interpersonal communication of Islamic Religious Instructors in conducting counseling to the people of Patumbak District. Most of the population in Patumbak District is Muslim. However, religious practices are still not in accordance with Islamic law. For example, there are still many Muslim people who cannot read the Koran properly. In addition, Islamic religious instructors are agents of development so that training and education programs in the community must be carried out. In addition, the issue of radicalism and massive terrorism is developing so that the preventive effort that can be done is to provide counseling to the community. In the interpersonal communication of extension workers there are also several communication barriers so that the community does not experience rapid changes in quality. This research is a qualitative research by collecting data in the field through interviews, observation, and documentation. There were ten informants consisting of the sub-district government, Islamic religious instructors, and the community. This research was limited to only four villages. The results showed that interpersonal communication of Islamic religious instructors was carried out by means of verbal communication through direct lectures and non-verbal communication with expressions and intonation. Then, as an effort to improve the quality of human resources, it is carried out by holding training and education to read the Koran, provide reading books, and form taklim assemblies. The communication barriers are in the form of physical, semantic, and psychosocial barriers.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder, understanding which has an impact on behavior, social interaction, communication and language disorders. Because of these problems, children with autism need to do therapy to improve and reduce existing problems. The early intervention method for dealing with autistic children is using ABA therapy.The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of therapist counseling communication in ABA therapy, and how changes in the development of interaction and behavior of autistic children before and after being given ABA therapy. The research design uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. From this study it was found that at YPAC Medan the implementation of counseling communication was not implemented. But the implementation of communication is generally done by therapists in the form of interactional communication. Furthermore, there are changes in the development of interaction and communication in autistic children before and after carrying out ABA therapy in that before carrying out ABA therapy children are not at all affected by environmental stimuli, there is no eye contact when communicating and interacting, only focusing on oneself, not responding to external stimuli, and only focus on the object or activity they like. Furthermore, after the child is given ABA therapy, there are visible changes, including starting to be able to respond to stimuli, starting to make eye contact, starting to be able to say words even though they don't understand their meaning and starting to be able to express wishes by giving signs

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah fondasi utama dalam pembangunan masyarakat dan negara. Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk melibatkan mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah tertentu. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, kami menyelidiki peran mahasiswa KKN dalam meningkatkan pendidikan di SDN 091422 Bahbutong II Sidamanik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa KKN memainkan peran yang sangat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Mereka bukan hanya pengamat, tetapi juga fasilitator yang membantu pengembangan pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Mahasiswa KKN berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan program pengajaran, membantu dalam perbaikan peraturan sekolah, dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif dengan strategi pembelajaran kreatif. Selain itu, mereka menjalankan program-program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, termasuk pembelajaran di luar sekolah dan pemberian motivasi. Saran yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan kolaborasi dengan sekolah dan masyarakat setempat, penyediaan pelatihan dan dukungan bagi mahasiswa KKN, pengukuran dampak yang berkelanjutan, pengembangan model pembelajaran inovatif, kampanye pendidikan masyarakat, pengembangan jaringan kolaborasi, dan menjaga konsistensi program KKN. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa program KKN memiliki potensi besar untuk memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menciptakan dampak positif dalam komunitas pendidikan dan masyarakat setempat. Dengan implementasi saran-saran yang tepat, program KKN dapat menjadi sarana yang lebih efektif untuk menghubungkan dunia perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat dan mendukung pembangunan pendidikan yang lebih baik.
