Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk : (1) memperoleh metode dan teknik terbaik dalam sistem manajemen pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) El Hakim; (2) menjadi sumbang saran kepada tim majemen kampus dalam rangka perbaikan mutu pembelajaran selama pandemi covid 19; (3) menjadi sumbang saran kepada tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam rangka perbaikan manajemen pembelajaran tatap muka selama pandemik covid 19.   Metode yang digunakandalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review dan respon partisipan lewat google form kepada mahasiswa/i dan dosen-dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) El Hakim.   Dalam   analisis   memamfaatkan   pendekatan   pohonmasalah, pohon sasaran, pohon solusi/alternatif dalam mendapatkan hasil yang diharapakan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dampak sistem manajemen pembelajaran yang sesuai kondisi kampus dapat memberikan kemudahan, waktu yang efektif, dan biaya yang efisien bagi mahasiswa/i dan dosen dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The influence of work climate on job satisfaction of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees, 2) The influence of leadership style on job satisfaction of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees 3) The influence of work climate on employee morale of Solok City Secretariat employees, 4) Effect leadership style on the work spirit of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees, and 5) The effect of job satisfaction on the work spirit of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees.The results of the study revealed that there is a direct influence of Work Climate on job satisfaction of employees of the Solok City Regional Secretariat which consists of the direct influence of Work Climate on satisfaction, the indirect effect of Work Climate on employee job satisfaction through work morale, indirect effect of Work Climate on employee job satisfaction through the Leadership Style. Leadership Style on job satisfaction of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees, which consists of the direct influence of Leadership Style on job satisfaction, and indirect influence of Leadership Style on job satisfaction of Solok City Secretariat employees.the direct influence of the Leadership Style on job satisfaction. The results are greater when compared to the direct effect of Work Climate on employee job satisfaction. the direct influence of work morale variables on job satisfaction of Solok City Secretariat employees.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study was the performance of employees at Solok Citra Nadanusa Radio in Solok Regency, the research variables were discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aims to reveal (1) the influence of discipline on employee performance, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) the effect of discipline and job satisfaction together on employee performance. Based on observations and studies of experience, researchers found that employee performance at Radio Solok Citra Nadanusa in Solok District was still not satisfactory (still low). Researchers suspect that the low performance of employees is caused by many factors, among others, less wise leadership and compensation that is less satisfactory / not in accordance with his job. To answer this problem there are three hypotheses the researcher proposes. Pentama; there is an influence of discipline on employee performance, Second; there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, Third; there is the influence of discipline and concurrent job satisfaction on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at Solok Citra Nadanusa Radio in Solok Regency. The sample in this study was taken part of the population as many as 30 people. Data was collected using a Likert Scale model questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 13.00 computer program. The results of the analysis show that there are disciplinary contributions to 87.2% employee performance and contribution to job satisfaction on employee performance 81.5%. While the contribution of discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance amounted to 89.3%. When viewed the effect on the regression equation is Y = 19.988 + 0.595 X1 + 0.287 X2 Based on the results of these studies, the researchers concluded that there is a significant effect of discipline and job satisfaction together on employee performance. So the authors suggest to the parties concerned to enforce discipline and pay attention to employee compensation, so that employee performance is better or significantly increased. This does not mean that other factors, such as work motivation, educational opportunities, career system, promotion, work discipline, infrastructure, climate and work culture, security and protection of work that are not examined are ignored.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadaplingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan PariwisataKota Solok, 2) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerjapegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Solok dan 3) Pengaruh motivasi kerjaterhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Solok.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada pada Dinas Kebudayaan danPariwisata Kota Solok sebanyak 63 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan denganmenggunakan sampling probabilitas dengan “Proporsional Random Sampling”, denganjumlah sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisisjalur (Path Analysis) diolah dengan bantuan Program SPSS (statistic Product and ServiceSolution) versi 16.0.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikanterhadap lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja,kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadapdisiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Solok. Penelitian ini jugamengungkapkan bahwa secara tidak langsung kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikanterhadap disiplin kerja melalui lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja.Besarnya pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung kepemimpinan, lingkungankerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan danPariwisata kota Solok dengan pengaruh terbesar pada variabel motivasi kerja secaralangsung terhadap disiplin kerja yakni sebesar 16,65%, serta besarnya pengaruh langsungketiga variabel tersebut adalah sebesar 65,24% terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai DinasKebudayaan dan Pariwisata kota Solok.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the influence of the leadership of the head Of against government agencies work discipline the of the sub Muara Tabir of archipelago Tebo regency, related by indicator of each Variables. The indicator of the council’s leadership are, the decision making of the council’s, giving motivation, the ability of the council’s in enforcing the regulation and become a good example. While the indicator of the officials discipline are to identity the discipline of official on responsibility when working, ambition or spirit to work, obedience to the rule, and to use and to keep the office facilities with care. The factors influencing the discipline of apparatus will also be explained.Data is collected through the quiz, interview and document analysis. The is a correlation study involving two variables which include the leadership of council and discipline of government  agencies work discipline the of the sub Muara Tabir. Descriptive analysis is used. Population includes all government official in the Muara Tabir sub district. Sample include 13 (thirteen) people, head is placed as an informant along with members of the public as much as 8 (eight) people who never do administrative affairs the Office of subdistrict  Muara Tabir  Tebo Islands.The result of this study indicates that the leadership of the head of Muara Tabir role and influence in fostering discipline particularly of sub-district and Muara Tabir generally in the community. However, the awareness of every individual direct acting as government agencies, state servant and community servant are the main element to build discipline optimally, it is also influenced by many other factors which are individually motivation Government agencies of any such.

Abstract

Bagi suatu organisasi, kinerja pegawai sangatlah penting, karena kinerja dapat menunjukan bagaimana pegawai melakukan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaannya dalam organisasi kinerja suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh kondisi dan perilaku pegawai yang dimiliki organisasi tersebut. Fenomena yang seringkali terjadi adalah kinerja yang telah demikian bagus dapat dirusak, baik secara langsung maupun tidak oleh berbagai perilaku pegawai. Salah satu bentuk perilaku pegawai tersebut adalah keinginan berpindah (turnover intention) yang berujung pada keputusan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Stress Kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai, Iklim Organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai, Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah pada pegawai, Iklim organisasi tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap terhadap keinginan berpindah, Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap keinginan berpindah.
