Abstract

Oksidasi asam lemak mencukupi 60-70% kebutuhan energi otot jantung (Kudo N et al., 1995). Meskipun demikian, mekanisme uptake asam lemak rantai panjang melalui oksidasi b belum sepenuhnya diketahui (Luiken JJ et al., 2001). Kata Kunci: asam lemak, otot jantung

Abstract

Sodium nitrite is widely used nowadays, especially in the meat processing industry. In the case of an overdose, it can cause poisoning, which causes the oxidation of the iron component in the hemoglobin of erythrocytes to methemoglobin, thereby damaging cell membranes and hemolytic. Papaya leaves contain antioxidants that can inhibit the oxidation of iron components in hemoglobin. To determine the effect of papaya leaf extract on methemoglobin levels and the number of erythrocytes in white male Wistar rats strain induced with sodium nitrite. True experimental research design using post test only control group design. The object of this study was male white rats (Rattus novergicuswistar strain) induced intraperitoneally with sodium nitrite. The study was divided into a negative control group, a positive control group, a treatment group with a dose of papaya leaf extract PI (0.7 ml/200 g BW), PII (1.4 ml/200 g BW), PIII (2.8 ml/200 g BW). BB). Kruskal-Wallis test, methemoglobin levels sig. 0.001 (p<0.05). One wayannova test, erythrocyte cell count sig. 0.021 (p<0.05). Post Hoc test there was a significant difference between the negative control group and the positive control group on all variables, not different from the PII group for methemoglobin levels, not significantly different from the three treatment groups for the number of erythrocytes. Papaya leaf extract contains antioxidants that can inhibit the formation of methemoglobin, and maintain the number of erythrocytes. Papaya leaf extract can inhibit the formation of methemoglobin, maintain the number of erythrocytes in male Wistar strain rats induced with sodium nitrite.

Abstract

Sleep main an essential role in human development because growth hormone works best during the slow wave phase. About 20-30% of children have sleep problems. Children's bedtime has fallen more than usual over the last century, with school-age children having the most significant rate of change. This study aims to determine the effect of sleep patterns on height in children of SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang aged 8-11 years. The cross-section method was used in this study. The sample in this study were all boys aged 8-11 years up to 98 children who met the inclusion criteria in SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang. Data on height and weight were obtained from schools, and sleep patterns were obtained from questionnaires filled out by parents. Statistical analysis used Fisher's exact test with significance at p = 0.5. The results of this study did not show a significant effect between the child is sleeping position and height (p = 0.649). Most 8-year-old participants had poorer sleep patterns than their parents' height in the relevant categories. SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang There is no significant effect between sleep patterns and height in children aged 8-11.

Abstract

The quality of health services is the degree of perfection of health services in accordance with professional standards and service standards. The quality of health services can be measured by five quality dimensions, namely reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, responsiveness. The ultimate goal of the quality of health services is the creation of patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of inpatients class III JKN participants at Prof. Dr. Soekandar Hospital at Mojosari. The research design is analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. The sample is 201 inpatients. Hypothesis testing using Kendall's tau test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that p = 0.000 which stated that there was a relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of class III inpatients of JKN participants. This shows that the quality of health services greatly affects the satisfaction of inpatients. If the quality of health services provided is good, the patient will feel satisfied. The study concluded that there was a relationship between the quality of health services and the level of satisfaction of inpatients. Good service quality will result in a high level of satisfaction.

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia is still a major health problem in developing countries. Therapy with iron preparations often causes undesirable side effects. Moringa leaf extract which is rich in iron can be used as an alternative therapy in iron deficiency, and combination with vitamin C can increase the effectiveness of iron absorption in the gastrointestinal tract. determine the effect of the combination of Moringa oleifera lam. Extract and vitamin C on the indicator of iron deficiency anemia in white rats (Rattus Novergicus Strain Wistar) who were given a diet low in iron aking rice. True experimental research design using post test only control group design. The object of this study was male white rats (Rattus novergicus Strain wistar) induced by a low-iron rice diet. The study was divided into negative control group, positive control group, the treatment group with Moringa leaf extract dose of 400 mg / kg body weight, 800 mg / kg body weight, 1,600 mg / kg body weight. Abstract

Sleep plays a crucial role in human growth, particularly during slow-wave sleep when the growth hormone functions optimally. Sleep disturbances are prevalent in 20–30% of children. Over the past century, there has been a notable decline in children’s sleep duration, with the most significant reductions observed in school-aged children. This study investigates the relationship between sleep patterns and the height of boys aged 8–11 years at Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School in Malang. A cross-sectional design was employed, involving 98 boys who met the inclusion criteria. Data on height and weight were collected from school records, while sleep pattern information was obtained through parent-completed questionnaires. Statistical analysis was conducted using Fisher's exact test with a significance level of p ≤ 0.05. The results revealed no significant association between sleep patterns and children's height (p = 0.649). Most participants were 8 years old, with poor sleep patterns observed. However, based on maternal and paternal height, the majority were categorized as having an appropriate height. This study concludes that there is no significant relationship between sleep patterns and the height of boys aged 8–11 years at Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School in Malang
