Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan kontribusi Jaring Pengaman Sosial dalam pemberdayaan UMKM serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemberdayaan UMKM pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Kota Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Social Safety Net (Jaring Pengaman Sosial) efektif dalam pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Palembang.

Abstract

This study tested the Influence of Corporate Governance and Shariah Compliance on Financial Statement Fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks in the Period 2015-2019. Independent variables in this study are Corporate Governance and shariah compliance projected with Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio and Islamic Investment Ratio. While the dependent variable used is Financial Statement Fraud in sharia commercial banks. The population in this study was all Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS). Sampling techniques using purposive sampling method. The number of samples as many as 12 Islamic commercial banks with a lot of data 60. The results of this study show islamic income ratio affects Financial Statement Fraud, while Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio and Corporate Governance have no effect on Financial Statement Fraud.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the influence of management of productive zakat on the mustahiq in the BAZNAS South Sumatra province, Indonesia. Data collection method used in this research utilized questionnaire in likert scale. Wherein all of 30 residents (population) are being used as sample (census technique). The F test, t test and the coefficient determinan (R2) showed that management of productive zakat has a positive and significant impact on mustahiq empowerment in (BAZNAS) south sumatra province Keyword: the management of productive zakat, empowerment of mustahiq.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asimetri informasi, solvabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai varabel intervening pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terindeks di issi periode 2014-2018. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif variabel, analisis uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan program Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen tidak memediasi asimteri informasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen tidak memediasi solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the relationship service marketing mix has influence to customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch and to know which service marketing mix variable that dominant influence to customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch. The population in this research is the customers who have saving account in PT. Bank BNI Syariah. Based on the population that are 31.794 customers with customers characteristic who have saving account in PT. Bank BNI Syariah more than one year. Sampling technique using incidental sampling that are 100 samples with multiple linear regression analysis. Finally the result of this research showed that service marketing mix (product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), physical evidence (X6), and process (X7)). ) Simultaneously have positive significant influence to customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch. Product variable is the dominant variable which influence customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch.Key word: service marketing mix, product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

When bank distributes its finance, the bank will always face credit risk. Credit risks arise if the bank could not get back from the principal of the loan installment that it provided. In this case, the level of problem loans can be demonstrated by the ratio of Non Performing Financing (NPF) in Islamic banks. The lower the NPF ratio, the better the condition of the bank, because the level of problematic financing is low.This study aimed to find out how the effect of inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR) against Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Islamic Banks in Indonesia in the study period, from 2010 until 2014. the population used in this study were 12 Islamic banks registered in Indonesian banks by taking five samples of Islamic banks. The sampling method is using purposive sampling method. To explain the influence of these variables, the data obtained in this study were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model.The results of research by t test showed that the variables Gross Domesctic Product (GDP), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR) effect on Non Performing Financing (NPF), while variable which does not affect the Non Performing Financing (NPF) is inflation. Abstract

Experiential marketing adalah suatu kemampuan dari suatu produk dalam menawarkan pengalaman emosi hingga menyentuh hati dan perasaan konsumen. Experiential marketing adalah suatu konsep pemasaran yang bertujuan membentuk pelanggan yang loyal dengan cara menyentuh emosi pelanggan dengan menciptakan pengalaman-pengalaman positif dan memberikan suatu feeling yang positif terhadap jasa dan produk merekaTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan besarnya pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap customer’s brand loyalty Motor Honda  di Kota Palembang dan untuk mengetahui variabel experiential marketing yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi customer’s brand loyalty Motor Honda  di Kota Palembang?Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan non probability sampling, yaitu teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yang menggunakan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Lokasi penelitian ini lebih difokuskan di Kota Palembang, sedangkan objek penelitian ini pembeli dan pengguna (konsumen) Motor Honda yang menggunakan Honda minimal dalam waktu 1 tahun, berusia diantara 17 - 65 yang merupakan usia produktif dimana sudah memenuhi kriteria loyalitas merek.Hasil pengujian korelasi menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel sense, feel, think, act, dan relate memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan brand loyalty customers. Hasil pengujian model regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel sense, feel, think, act, dan relate, secara keseluruhan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer’s brand loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) dan Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) sebagai proksi dari profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Publikasi Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Bank Umum Syariah periode 2015-2019. Objek penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan aplikasi PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel FDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA nilai t-statistik 0,443<1,962 dengan signifikan diatas 5%. NPF berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA dengan nilai t-statistik 2,698 > 1,962 dengan signifikan terima dibawah 5%. BOPO tidak berpengaruh terhadap dengan nilai t-statistik 1,611> 1,962 dengan signifikan diatas 5%. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi berdasarkan nilai R-Square menunjukkan bahwa FDR, NPF, dan BOPO mampu menjelaskan variabel ROA sebesar 47% dan sisanya sebesar 53% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.

Abstract

Underpricing is a condition where the stock price in the primary market is lower than the stock price in the secondary market. There are various factors that can affect the level of underpricing of both financial and non-financial factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of underwriter reputation and company age on underpricing.This study uses a sample of companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) which conducted an initial public offering in the 2014-2018 period. The sampling technique was conducted using the purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria. Obtained a sample of 88 companies.The results showed that all variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the level of undepricing of shares. Partially the underwriter reputation variable has a significant negative effect on the level of underpricing of shares, while the firm age does not significantly influence the underpricing of shares. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable research on underpricing shares is 32.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study
