Abstract

The purpose of this research is to place entrepreneurial characteristics as a moderating variable on the influence of digital marketing and product quality on the development of SMEs. The research population is to improve the economy in Indonesia. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through google form. The results of the study show that digital marketing, product quality and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs, the method of entrepreneurial characteristics on the influence of digital marketing has no effect on the development of MSMEs. Moderation of entrepreneurial characteristics on the effect of product quality has no effect on the development of SMEs which are moderated by entrepreneurial characteristics.

Abstract

A company will not be able to develop and achieve company goals without the support of human resources. A company if it has good human resources will produce good performance for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on employee performance with work stress as a moderating variable. The research method used in this research is quantitative with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) technique and assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The researcher chose the census technique in the sampling technique, namely employees in a Jakarta company as the sample in this study to examine the moderating effect and the direct influence of the related variables. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of communication on employee performance, teamwork affects employee performance, and work stress affects employee performance, work stress is able to moderate communication on performance and work stress is able to moderate teamwork on employee performance. The method of determining the number of respondents' eligibility uses the Hair method which states that the respondent may be 5 to 10 times the number of research variable indicators.

Abstract

This research is about the influence of social media marketing and word of mouth on customer loyalty moderated by the brand at Lenggang Monas Jakarta. The total population is the traders who are in the Lenggang Monas Jakarta. The method in this research is a side-by-side by randomly distributing it. This research was conducted to find out how the influence between the variables studied is how the influence of social media marketing on customer loyalty, the influence of word of mouth on customer loyalty, brand image on customer loyalty and to find out whether brand image moderation is able to strengthen or weaken the influence of social media marketing. and to find out how brand image is able to strengthen or weaken the influence of word of mouth on customer loyalty. This research was carried out in several stages, namely the first taken from the bibliography, statistics and collecting the object being researched. Second, to test the feasibility of data and data collection. The third hypothesis testing using SEM PLS. The results of the study are social media marketing has an insignificant effect on customer loyalty, word of mouth has no significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty, moderation of brand image can weaken the influence of social media marketing on customer loyalty, moderation of brand image can weaken the effect of word of mouth on customer loyalty.

Abstract

A company cannot develop properly if it is not supported by quality human resources in the company, including by PT. BTS. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The research method used in this research is quantitative with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) technique and assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The researcher chose the census technique in the sampling technique, namely all members of the population (All PT.BTS) were used as samples in this study to examine the moderating effect and the direct effect of the related variables. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of motivation on employee performance, work discipline has no effect on employee performance, self-efficacy affects employee performance, self-efficacy is able to moderate motivation on performance and self-efficacy is able to moderate work discipline on employee performance. The method of determining the number of respondents' eligibility uses the Hair method which states that the respondent may be 5 to 10 times the number of research variable indicators.

Abstract

The rise of marketing strategies in the business world today makes competition even higher and companies are required to produce a product or service in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers in order to compete and attract as many consumers as possible. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of price and promotion on buying interest moderated by consumer behavior. The research method used in this research is quantitative with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) technique and assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The researcher chose the census technique in the sampling technique, namely all members of the general population in Jabodetabek were used as samples in this study to examine the effect of price and the direct effect of the related variables. The results of this study indicate that price has an effect on buying interest, the effect of promotion on buying interest, the influence of consumer behavior on buying interest, moderation of consumer behavior can strengthen the effect of price on buying interest, moderation of consumer behavior can strengthen the influence of promotion on buying interest. The method of determining the number of respondents' eligibility uses the Hair Method which states that respondents may be 5 to 10 times the number of indicators of research variables.

Abstract

This research is the effect of entrepreneurial behavior and physical facilities on business success moderated by customer satisfaction at the Warung Gak Enak coffee shop. This research was carried out in several stages, namely the first taken from the bibliography, statistics and collecting the object being researched. Second, to test the feasibility of data and data collection. The third hypothesis testing using SEM PLS. The results of this study are entrepreneurial behavior has a significant effect on business success, physical facilities have a significant effect on business success, customer satisfaction has no significant effect on business success, moderation of customer satisfaction weakens the influence of business behavior on business success and moderation of customer satisfaction can weaken the effect of physical advice on success efforts

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations to companies on Transformational Leadership to improve employee performance. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the data analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this study were all workers in as many as 100 respondents. It is very important to instill the attitude of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture in a company because seeing its large role directly affects Organizational Commitment and is able to moderate the influence of the independent variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of funding and liquidity policies on investment decisions with profitability as a moderating variable in hotel and tourism sub-sector companies. The independent variable consists of funding and liquidity policies, and the dependent variable is funding decisions and profitability as a moderating variable. The total population in this study were 35 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 – 2019. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample of 11 companies according to certain criteria. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with calculations using the SPSS program. The results show that funding and liquidity policies have a positive and significant effect on investment policy, while profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, the results of the study of the moderating variable of profitability weakened and insignificant from the influence of funding policy on investment policy as well as the moderating variable of profitability also weakened and insignificant from the influence of liquidity on investment decisions.
