Abstract

Pasar merupakan tempat pertemuan antara orang yang mau menjual dan orang yang mau membeli suatu barang atau jasa tertentu dengan harga tertentu.Para penjual dan pembeli saling bertemu di pasar, Masing-masing dari mereka mempunyai keinginan dan kepentingan sendiri-sendiri. Jika kedua belah pihak tersebut dipertemukan akan terjadi transaksi jual-beli. Faktor penting yang dapat mempertemukan mereka adalah harga, yang terbentuk di pasar dalam interaksi antara penjual dan pembeli tersebut. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan salah satu caranya adalah meningkatkan modal pedagang sayur bayam agar pendapatan meningkat. Variabel modal ini erat kaitannya dengan variabel pendapatan dalam mencapai tingkat kesejahteraan para pedagang sayur bayam . Sampel penelitian adalah 41 orang pedagang sayur bayam di Pasar Wamanggu Kabupaten Merauke. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa modal berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan Pedagang Sayur Bayam Pasar Wamanggu Kabupaten Merauke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan hasil regresi yaitu Pendapatan = 4,133 + 0,549X Kata Kunci : Modal, Pendapatan, Pedagang Sayur Bayam Pasar Wamanggu The market is a meeting place between people who want to sell and people who want to buy certain goods or services at a certain price. Sellers and buyers meet each other in the market. Each of them has their own desires and interests. If the two parties are met, a sale and purchase transaction will occur. An important factor that can bring them together is the price, which is formed in the market in the interaction between the seller and the buyer. This can be done in one way is to increase the capital of spinach vegetable traders so that their income increases. This capital variable is closely related to the income variable in achieving the welfare level of the spinach vegetable traders. The research sample was 41 spinach traders at Wamanggu Market, Merauke Regency. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression equation to test the hypothesis that capital has a positive effect on the income of the Spinach Vegetable Trader at Wamanggu Market, Merauke Regency. The results showed that the capital variable had a positive and significant effect on income with the regression results, namely Income = 4.133 + 0.549X Keywords: Capital, Income, Wamanggu Market Spinach Vegetable Trader

Abstract

Hasil tangkapan yang didapatkan oleh masyarakat nelayan yang berada di pantai Payum akan dijual kepengepul yang berada di pantai payum atau di jual langsung ke konsumen yang berada di luar pantai payum. Sampel penelitian adalah 53 orang Nelayan dipesisir pantai Payum Keluarhan Samkai Kabupaten Merauke.Teknik analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa modal berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan Nelayan di Pesisir Pantai Payum Keluarhan Samkai Kabupaten Merauke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan hasil regresi yaitu Pendapatan = 1229036,306+3,878X Kata Kunci : Modal, Pendapatan, Nelayan dipesisir Pantai Payum The catches obtained by fishing communities on Payum beach will be sold to collectors on Payum beach or sold directly to consumers outside Payum beach. The research sample was 53 fishermen on the coast of Payum Luarhan Samkai, Merauke Regency. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression equation to test the hypothesis that capital has a positive effect on the income of Fishermen in the Payum Coastal Samkai Coast, Merauke Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta mengetahui pengaruh dari pendapatan dan harga terhadap daya beli masyarakat di pasar Wamanggu, Kabupaten Merauke. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi berganda, uji hipotesis serta uji simultan. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial di peroleh variabel pendapatan dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli masyarakat di pasar Wamanggu, Kabupaten Merauke. Untuk uji simultan di peroleh variabel pendapatan dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya beli masyarakat di pasar Wamanggu, Kabupaten Merauke.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of land size on the income of rice farmers in SP9 Jabamaru Village, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. The research is motivated by the significant role of agriculture in Indonesia's economy, especially in areas where most residents are farmers. Land size is one of the critical factors influencing the success of farming activities, as it affects production capacity and directly impacts farmers' income. This quantitative research uses a survey method involving 53 rice farmers as a sample from a total population of 214 farmers. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that land size has a positive and significant effect on farmers' income. The regression coefficient of 9,585,807.223 indicates that each additional hectare of land significantly increases income. A significance value of 0.000 (smaller than 0.05) and a t-statistic of 16.262 (greater than t-table 1.675) support this result. Therefore, the hypothesis that land size affects farmers' income is accepted. The study recommends that farmers improve land management efficiency and optimize land use to enhance their income levels.
