Abstract

The growth of learning at this time is influenced by advances in data and communication technology. One of the data technologies that functioned in the world of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic was online education. Online education is used as a liaison between lecturers and students in an internet network that can be accessed at any time. The online media used are Whatsapp, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Cloud x and the Zoom application. This research aims to predict the level of student satisfaction in online education as well as to distribute donations to large academies in making policies related to improving the quality of education online. The information used was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 110 students of the 2020/2021 class. The parameters in the questionnaire are lecturer communication, online education atmosphere, student evaluation, module delivery. Naïve Bayes is a prediction method for finding simple probabilities based on the Bayes theorem with a strong assumption of independence. Rapid Miner is one of the tools used for testing information and viewing the results of accuracy based on revolutionary information. The results of testing using 80 training information and 30 testing information display an accuracy of 100%. There were 3 respondents who reported dissatisfaction and 27 respondents reported being satisfied with online education. On the dissatisfied prediction, the precision class has a value of 100%, on the other hand, the prediction of being satisfied is 100%, and the class recall of true, not satisfied, has a value of 100%, whereas the class recall of true is satisfied to have 100%.

Abstract

This study explains the benefits of data analysis by visualization of Big data inoptimizing cases of the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The data used is the COVID-19 Indonesia time series data from the Kaggle website. In this study, the author used tableau tools to analyze data based on worksheets of covid-19 distribution maps, COVID-19 statistics, details of active cases per province, death cases per province, active cases, death cases, confirmed cases and produced a dashboard of COVID-19 data. The results of the analysis obtained using visualizations in the form of graphs are very fast and optimize data processing so that they can find out which provinces are affected by active cases and deaths of COVID-19 from the highest to the lowest in Indonesia and can be used in decision and policy making for the Indonesian government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akurasi model prediksi kepuasan mahasiswa/i terhadap layanan perpustakaan STIKOM Tunas Bangsa menggunakan metode C4.5. Layanan perpustakaan yang berkualitas merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa/i. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa/i terhadap layanan perpustakaan menggunakan metode C4.5, sebuah algoritma pohon keputusan yang populer untuk klasifikasi. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat diukur tingkat akurasi kepuasan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhinya, sehingga perpustakaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.i. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari survei kepuasan mahasiswa/i terhadap berbagai aspek layanan perpustakaan, seperti ketersediaan koleksi, fasilitas, pelayanan staf, dan kenyamanan ruang baca. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode C4.5 untuk membangun model prediksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode C4.5 mampu memberikan akurasi yang cukup tinggi dalam mengukur kepuasan mahasiswa/i, dengan tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan mencapai persentase yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan model prediksi kepuasan mahasiswa/i yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan di STIKOM Tunas Bangsa.

Abstract

Technology in this era is growing rapidly, especially in the field of computers and technology. Where we can see that these developments can facilitate the work of humans or employees and employees. In the education sector, computer science is needed so that teachers can easily provide up-to-date material and are not left behind in today's very rapid technological developments. For this reason, training on programming-based computer science is needed. Abstract

Digital signatures (Digital Signatures) is one of the authentication used by the user to add a verification that acts as a signature. In this study, the data collection process in the form of signatures by the user will be carried out to carry out employee attendance on every working day. The attendance process that is being carried out at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa still uses manual signatures which are very less effective in the data recording process. Technological advances both in terms of programming and web coding are one of the keys in the process of using digital signatures and a solution to facilitate employees in the employee attendance process. Digital signature documents are used to maintain the authenticity of the document as a whole. The authentication process is applied as a proof of the authenticity of digital-based signatures. If the digital-based signature is original, the digital-type file is still original and the owner is a legitimate person, with digitally signed and online verification that will make it easier both in terms of use and security of the employee attendance process. The application of GPS Location is useful for finding and storing location data for each employee when carrying out online attendance.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious public health issue that has long-term impacts on children's physical growth and cognitive development. In the village areas of Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province, there are still significant limitations in access to effective health information and services. Low public awareness and a shortage of medical personnel are the main factors contributing to the suboptimal handling of stunting cases.This study aims to develop and implement a Machine Learning model based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) as a Virtual Medical Assistant to support the processes of education, early diagnosis, and health consultation related to stunting. The model is designed to understand user complaints, provide automated responses, and deliver appropriate nutritional recommendations and preventive actions.Training data were collected through interviews with the Simalungun Health Department and consultations with pediatricians, which were then used to build an NLP model focused on classifying stunting risk. Testing results for risk classification using the Random Forest algorithm with the Persen_Sangat_Pendek feature yielded an accuracy of 99%, precision of 99%, recall of 99%, and F1-score of 99%, indicating that the model is highly effective in distinguishing stunting categories. The developed Virtual Medical Assistant application also successfully responded to common public inquiries using NLP-based approaches. This research is expected to make a meaningful contribution to technology-based health services, particularly in rural areas, and serve as a model for developing similar systems in other regions facing comparable conditions.

Abstract

Bahasa Pemrograman merupakan notasi-notasi yang digunakan untuk menulis sebuah program di komputer. Berdasarkan tingkat populernya bahasa pemrograman PHP yang digunakan untuk membuat Website. Matakuliah pemrograman website menjadi tolak ukur mahasiswa dalam membuat website untuk digunakan pembuatan Tugas Akhir. Terdapat beberapa mahasiswa kesulitan dalam memahami pemrograman website yang mengakibatkan banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membuat Tugas Akhir Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kemudahan, Familiar, Cara Ajar Dosen, Spesifikasi Perangkat yang dibutuhkan, dan Bentuk Pemrograman. Tujuan dalan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan mengklasifikasi pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap pemrograman website menggunakan metode C4.5 berbasis PSO dengan data sebanyak 100 sampel di AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai akurasi data sebesar 83,00% dengan variabel Kemudahan merupakan node tertinggi. Dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan keputusan yang akan diambil oleh pihak AMIK Tunas Bangsa mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

Pengembangan ilmi serta teknologi sekarang semakin kedepan akan semakin maju karena sangat dibutuhkannya pengetahuan berbasis website. Pelatihan pembuatan website dengan PHP dan MySQL yang dilakukan pada SMK Negeri 1 Siantar dikarenakan pada SMK Negeri 1 tersebut dirasa belum maksimal dalam pengetahuan teknologi informasi yang telah diajarkan dikarenakan kondisi pandemi dan belajar daring, maka sebab itu pengabdian ini dilakukan. Adapun peserta dalam pengabdian ini adalah Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Siantar . Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini  yaitu memberikan suatu pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk pembuatan Website dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL kepada para siswa dan siswi di SMK Negeri 1 Siantar. Adapun manfaat dari pelatihan ini adalah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan para siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Siantar dalam membuat website perpustakaan berbasis database mysql. Pentingnya pelatihan ini bagi SMK Negeri 1 Siantar karena dengan melihat perkembangan zaman tentang teknologi yang canggih oleh sebab itu siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Santar juga dituntut untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi tersebut agar dalam proses ujian kompetensi keahlian nantinya mendapatkan nilai yang baik
