Abstract

Education and training is one of the important factors in placement, especially for all Alumi/former Poltekad graduates, because the implementation of education and training will make the performance of alumi/former Bintara Poltekad graduate students increase or better than before conducting education or training in Poltekad. The results of this study indicate that: i) Education has a significant influence on the performance of the former Diploma 3 Student Class Batch of XXIV Polytechnic; ii) Training has a significant influence on the performance of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; iii) Performance has a significant effect on the promotion of positions of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; iv) Education has a significant influence on job promotion from former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; v) Training has a significant influence on job promotion from former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; vi) Education has a significant influence on job promotion through the performance of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; vii) Training has a significant influence on job promotion through the performance of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad.

Abstract

Robot TGR 25 merupakan robot tempur yang dirancang untuk membantu dimedan pertempuran. Dalam robot ini didesain untuk sistem penggerak roda menggunakan motor DC dan stepper. Untuk menggerakkan sistem penggerak diperlukan sistem kelistrikan, guna untuk mengoprasikan robot. Kelisrtikan merupakan perangkat/sistem yang sangat berpengaruh pada robot. Sistem kelisrikan berfungsi untuk mendukung pengoprasian robot, mulai dari awal start sampai dengan pengoprasian robot. Komponen yang digunakan untuk sistem penggerak roda maju mundur menggunakan motor DC 350 Watt, motor DC 250 untuk RCWS, sedangkan untuk pergerakan belok menggunakan motor stepper 144 Watt. Agar robot dapat beroperasi dengan maksimal robot TGR 25 menggunakan 2 buah baterai 12 volt 150 Ah yang disusun secara seri supaya kebutuhan daya yang diperlukan tiap-tiap komponen cukup untuk mengoperasikan robot. Dari hasil perencanaan dan perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa sistem kelistrikan dengan menggunakan 2 buah baterai 12 volt 150 Ah yang disusun secara seri mempunyai daya 3600 Watt. Untuk lama pemakaian baterai untuk menggerakkan seluruh komponen pada robot 2,16 jam, dengan kecepatan 4,5 km/jam dengan jarak tempuh maksimal 9,72 km.

Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 military power became one of the important elements because technological developments have changed the entire order of military strategy. One of them is the development of military equipment technology part of weaponry. As is known, often Indonesia army soldiers conduct shooting exercises to defend the Nation and the Unitary State of the Indonesian People (NKRI). With the shooting training there is a lot of waste from bullet cladding. Bullet cladding or patrun is an object that is a container that wraps around a bullet projectile and consists of propellant (gunpowder), rim, and primer. Bullets/munitions after firing can still be recycled back into active munitions. In accordance with the purpose of this study, researchers modified a cladding machine in order toimprove the performance of thetool effectively than before. The research methods used are a combination of experimental and empirical manual calculations to determine the relevant results. The result destruction can cut 3 grains of cladding even more in everyone round of the cutting blade, so this study modified the transmission system, fixed clutch, shaft, straight gear. The transmission uses a1:60 wpa gearbox ratio, with an electric motor drive power of 1.5 kW/ 2 HP, 1450 r / min, using a flange type clutch.
