Abstract

Cikampek District is one of the sub-districts in the Karawang Regency located in the Southeast part of the Karawang Regency area. Cikampek sub-district is one of the areas that is growing rapidly due to the development of industrial allotment areas and urban settlements. This study aims to determine the flood inundation that must be addressed immediately. The research method was carried out by observation in the field and interviews with related parties. Based on the results of research in the District of Cikampek, there was inundation with an area of 274 Ha, inundation height of 10-40 cm, drainage time of 3 hours / day, and inundation frequency (9 times / year) due to overflow of secondary drainage channel namely Cikaranggelam River. There are three priority areas that the drainage system must immediately address, namely Desa Cikampek Selatan, Dawuan Tengah and Dawuan Barat.

Abstract

Rencana pengembangan wilayah Kota Cimahi menjadi kota inti Pusat Kegiatan Nasional (PKN) Cekungan Bandung, mengakibatkan perubahan fungsi lahan berdasarkan RTRW Kota Cimahi tahun 2003-2012 dan RTRW Kota Cimahi tahun 2012-2032. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan fungsi lahan terhadap debit limpasan di Kota Cimahi. Dalam menunjang penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data berupa luas fungsi lahan pada tahun 2003 sesuai periode RTRW Kota Cimahi tahun 2003-2012 dan tahun 2015 sesuai periode RTRW Kota Cimahi tahun 2012-2032, serta dilakukan perhitungan koefisien limpasan suatu kawasan dan perhitungan debit limpasan. hasil dari perhitungan tersebut adalah nilai Koefisien limpasan Kota Cimahi mengalami kenaikan dari 0,28 menjadi 0,45. Berdasarkan data tersebut diketahui nilai debit limpasan di Kota Cimahi juga mengalami peningkatan dari 0,0867 m3/detik menjadi debit eksisting 0,1815 m3/detik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan nilai debit limpasan dipengaruhi oleh nilai koefisien limpasan. Nilai debit limpasan berbanding lurus dengan nilai koefisien limpasan.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan salah satu isu permasalahan lingkungan yang sering terjadi di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi. Wilayah ini merupakan daerah yang kerap dilanda banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan identifikasi penyebab banjir di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menganalisis fakta dan hubungan yang terjadi di lapangan terkait faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab banjir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab banjir di kecamatan ini yaitu terjadinya alih fungsi lahan di bagian hulu, kapasitas sistem drainase yang tidak memadai, dan kondisi saluran yang tersumbat oleh sampah. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai analisis awal untuk menentukan rencana tindak lanjut penanggulangan banjir yang tepat sehingga kerugian akibat bencana ini tidak semakin membesar.

Abstract

Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah merupakan satu dari tiga kecamatan yang ada di Kota Cimahi, Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan Rencana Induk Drainase Kota Cimahi Tahun 2011-2031 Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah memiliki 36 titik genangan yang memerlukan penanganan. Perbaikan saluran drainase harus dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan bertahap sehingga diperlukan penyusunan skala prioritas penanganan genangan/banjir. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan membandingkan kondisi genangan dengan parameter-parameter yang terdapat pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No.12 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem Drainase Perkotaan. Hasil perhitungan didapatkan 5 titik genangan di Kelurahan Baros dan Cigugur Tengah termasuk skala prioritas 1, 8 titik di Kelurahan Baros Termasuk skala prioritas 2, 22 titik di Kelurahan Padasuka, Setiamanah, dan Cimahi termasuk skala prioritas 3, dan 1 titik di Kelurahan Padasuka termasuk skala prioritas 5.

Abstract

Administratively, Giriasih Rusunawa located at Jalan Griya Asri Permai, Kampung Babakan RT 01 and 02 RW 18 Kampung Babakan, Giriasih Village, Batujajar Sub-District, West Bandung Regency, is in a difficult area for clean water. This study aims to determine the alternative sources of raw water that will be used to meet water needs in Rusunawa. Alternative raw water sources, namely groundwater, surface and rain. The method used by comparing water quality with quality standards. The parameters tested consisted of physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. The quality monitored is compared to the quality standard based on Government Regulation Number 82 of 2001 Class I concerning Management of Water Quality and Water Pollution Control and PerMenKes No. 492 of 2010 concerning Drinking Water Quality Requirements. Based on the results of analysis of raw water sources, surface water is very possible to be used as a source of water to meet the needs of water in flat from all aspects. Quantity aspect, Saguling Reservoir guarantees continuous availability of raw water, which is 4,000 l / sec and can still be developed up to 5,000 l / sec. Parameters that do not meet quality standards on surface water are: BOD, COD, Phosphate and Manganese. Based on the results of the calculation of water requirements of 3 l / sec to serve the water needs in the flat.

Abstract

Sungai Cisangkan merupakan sungai yang mengalir di Kota Cimahi yang menerima limbah domestik, industri, dan pertanian yang berasal dari daerah aliran sungai. Perkembangan industri dan pemukiman di sepanjang aliran sungai menyebabkan kualitas air sungai menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas air Sungai Cisangkan berdasarkan baku mutu menurut PP Nomor 82/2001 kelas 2. Analisis kualitas air dilakukan di 3 titik mewakili bagian hulu, tengah dan hilir sungai.  Data dikumpulkan  pada 3 periode pengambilan yaitu Bulan April, September, dan Desember 2019. Parameter yang diukur dan diamati sebanyak 32 parameter yang terdiri dari parameter fisika, kimia, dan mikrobiologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 16 parameter yang tidak memenuhi baku mutu terdiri dari 2 parameter fisika, 14 kimia, dan 2 mikrobiologi. Berdasarkan parameter yang tidak memenuhi bakumutu sumber pencemar dominan diprediksi berasal dari aktivitas pemukiman karena nilai BOD5, COD, TSS, minyak dan lemak, detergen MBAS, Total Coliform serta fecal Coliform tidak memenuhi baku mutu di seluruh titik sampling pada 3 kali pengukuran. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai data dasar pengelolaan limbah cair domestik di DAS Cisangkan Kota Cimahi.  Kata kunci: Cimahi, Cisangkan, domestik, kualitas air. The Cisangkan River is a river that flows in Cimahi City which receives domestic, industrial and agricultural waste originating from the watershed. Industrial and residential developments along the river have caused the quality of river water to decline. This study aims to analyze the quality of Cisangkan River water based on quality standards according to PP No. 82/2001 class 2. Water quality analysis was carried out at 3 points representing the upstream, middle and downstream parts of the river. Data were collected in 3 periods of collection, namely April, September, and December 2019. The parameters measured and observed were 32 parameters consisting of physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. Based on the research results, there are 16 parameters that do not meet the quality standards consisting of 2 physical parameters, 14 chemistry, and 2 microbiology. Based on the parameters that do not meet the quality standards, the dominant pollutant sources are predicted to come from residential activities because the values of BOD5, COD, TSS, oil and fat, detergent MBAS, Total Coliform and fecal Coliform do not meet the quality standards at all sampling points at 3 measurements. The results of the research can be used as basic data for domestic liquid waste management in the Cisangkan River Basin, Cimahi City. Keywords: Cimahi, Cisangkan, domestic, water quality.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the management of toxic hazardous materials (THM) in PT. X. The research method uses a comparison technique between the implementation of THM management with the applicable regulations, namely Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 101/2014 concerning management of THM, Minister of Environment Regulation No. 14/2013 concerning the symbol and label of THM, environmental control agency decision No 1/1995 concerning the storage and collection of THM, and environmental control agency decision 2/1995 concerning THM documents. Based on the research PT X has carried out the management of THM in each production unit that produces THM. The types of THM were produced those are ink sludge, WWTP sludge, fly ash, bottom ash, used chemical packaging, ink cans, electronic waste, mercury lamps, toner, filters, and used refrigerants. The characteristics of THM are toxic, corrosive, highly flammable, and infectious. The biggest amount of THM produced in the WWTP sludge. The company has reused WWTP sludge so that it can reduce the amount of sludge produced by 99.83%. The THM management system at PT X follows the work instruction that has been based on applicable regulations. PT X conducts THM management very well.

Abstract

The Cibinong Tower Mahoni Tower Apartment located in Bogor Regency is a residential residence consisting of 21 floors. Apartment development is influenced by the need for housing which continues to increase along with the rate of population growth and limited land. The impact of apartment construction will affect the availability of clean water in the future due to an increase in the need for clean water. West Java Provincial Regulation Number 13 of 2013 concerning Buildings requires developers to carry out water efficiency. Referring to the regulation, this apartment implements water conservation based on the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) concept which aims to save water use. The research method used is the use of water-saving plumbing features which aims to find out how efficient the use of water is. Based on the results of the study, the population in the Cibinong Tower Mahoni Tower Apartment was 794 people with clean water needs of 67,366.68 l/day. The use of water-saving plumbing equipment can save water use by 6.01% or 4,060.71 l/day.

Abstract

ABSTRAKWaduk Cirata merupakan salah satu danau buatan yang terdapat di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Waduk Cirata terletak berurutan (cascade) diantara Waduk Saguling dan Jatiluhur yang membendung Sungai Citarum. Telah diketahui kualitas air sungai yang masuk ke Waduk Cirata telah tercemar dan menyebabkan kualitas air Waduk Cirata menurun. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu penelitian untuk mengetahui kualitas air menggunakan metode indeks pencemaran dengan indikator plankton dan bentos. Lokasi sampling dilakukan di Sungai Citarum, Cibalagung, Cicendo dan perairan Waduk Cirata di Desa Mande dan Margaluyu. Status mutu air sungai dan air Waduk Cirata dikategorikan cemar sedang. Parameter kualitas air sungai dan perairan Waduk Cirata yang melebihi baku mutu yaitu DO, BOD, Nitrit, Klorin Bebas, Timbal, dan Fenol. Total beban pencemaran dari 3 sungai yang masuk ke Waduk Cirata adalah BOD sebesar 10,839 kg/hari, Nitrit sebesar 0,336 kg/hari, Klorin Bebas sebesar 16,685 kg/hari, Timbal sebesar 0,083 kg/hari dan Fenol sebesar 0,008 kg/hari. Keanekaragaman plankton dan bentos di Desa Mande dan Margaluyu yaitu sedang. Di Desa Mande, spesies yang mendominasi fitoplankton yaitu Volvox sp. dan zooplankton yaitu Brachionus calyciflorus. Sedangkan bentos spesies yang mendominasi yaitu Filopaludina sp. Di Desa Margaluyu, spesies yang mendominasi fitoplankton yaitu Volvox sp. dan zooplankton yaitu Moina sp. Sedangkan bentos spesies yang mendominasi yaitu Macrobrachium sp.Kata Kunci: Cirata, Citarum, Kualitas Air, Beban Pencemaran, Plankton, BentosABSTRACTCirata Reservoir is one of the artificial lakes in West Java Province. Cirata Reservoir is located in a cascade between Saguling and Jatiluhur Reservoir which damages the Citarum River. It is known that the quality of river water entering the Cirata Reservoir has been polluted and caused the water quality of the Cirata Reservoir to decrease. Based on this, a study is needed to find out the quality of water using the pollution index method with plankton and benthic indicators. Sampling locations were carried out in the Citarum, Cibalagung, Cicendo and Cirata Reservoir waters in Mande and Margaluyu Villages. The status of river water quality and the water of Cirata Reservoir are categorized as medium pollution. Parameters of river and water quality of the Cirata Reservoir that exceed the quality standards are DO, BOD, Nitrite, Free Chlorine, Lead and Phenol. The total pollution load from the 3 rivers that enter the Cirata Reservoir is BOD of 10.839 kg/day, Nitrite of 0.336 kg/day, Free Chlorine of 16.658 kg/day, Lead of 0.083 kg/day and Fenol of 0.008 kg/day. The diversity of plankton and benthos in Mande and Margaluyu villages is medium. In Mande Village, the species that dominates phytoplankton namely Volvox sp. and zooplankton are Brachionus calyciflorus. Whereas the dominating benthic species, Filopaludina sp. In Margaluyu Village, the species that dominate the phytoplankton, Volvox sp. and zooplankton, Moina sp. Abstract

Teduh Katapang Residence in Bandung Regency was built on agricultural land, resulting in a reduction of the water catchment area. Runoff water management in Teduh Katapang Housing is a challenge due to land conversion from rice fields to housing, which increases surface runoff and flood risk. This research aims to design infiltration ponds to reduce storm water runoff. The calculation method of infiltration ponds is based on Indonesian National Standard 2398-2017 and the site test is based on Indonesian National Standard 8456:2017. The calculation results show the effectiveness of infiltration ponds in reducing runoff discharge, with the service area divided by four and then averaged and obtained the results of 16,590 (m³/h) runoff discharge, 16,590 (m³/h) applied discharge 100% effectiveness, with a total requirement of 15 infiltration well units.
