Abstract

Al-Qur?an bukanlah ilmu melainkan kitab suci yang utama dan pertama serta pedoman hidup bagi umat Islam dalam mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat. Sebagai kitab suci, Al-Qur?an mengajarkan berbagai ajaran yang berkaitan dengan moral, politik, hukum, ekonomi, sosial, sejarah, kebudayaan, teologi, tasawuf, pendidikan, dan lain-lain. Terkait dengan bidang pendidikan, ternyata di dalam Al-Qur?an hanya sedikit yang membahasnya. Namun demikian, meski ayat-ayat tentang pendidikan amat kecil dan terbatas, tapi ia membawa pedoman-pedoman dasar yang perlu dan wajib dipegang dalam mengatur pelaksanaan pendidikan umat.

Abstract

This research has purpose to know how the implementation of government regulation in early age children education (PAUD) in Desa Sumber Jaya, Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi.The results of the research indicated that government policy, especially in implementation of government regulation of No. 19 th. 2005 about teacher standart qualification for early age children education (PAUD) is still very low.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the correlation between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster and work discipline with teacher?s performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Bogor. The research method is using survey methods with respondent are from teachers in Madrasah Tsanwiyah Negeri Kota Bogor. The sample amounts are consisting of 60 samples. The samples pulling is using census. The hypothesis trial is done with significant result 0,05. The hypothesis significant result is show: (1). There is positive correlation which significant between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster with teacher?s performance that show the coefficient correlation ry1=0,570 and the same regression Y =60,196+0,378X1 (2). There is positive correlation which significant between work discipline with teacher?s performance that shows the coefficient correlation ry2 = 0,463 and the same regression Y=53,591+0,419X2 (3). There is positive correlation which significant between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster and work discipline with teacher?s performance that shows withthe coefficient correlation ry1.2 =0,618 and the same regression Y=42,027+0,301X1+0,240X2

Abstract

The objective of the research is to study the organizational culture and organizational communication on teacher?s performance. This research is done at school SDIT Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. The Research was conducted with N = 56 teachers. This research used survey method, and the method based on multistage random sampling. The population teachers in this district are 125 teachers, and 10% from them in about 56 teachers. Three instruments for getting data above are point analysis, test validity by correlation product moment and of reliability with alpha cronbach. The data analysis research which correlation technique and double regression technique. The research concludes that there is a positive relationship between: (1) culture organization (X1) and teachers performance (Y) with ?y1 = 0,394 and ?= 48.683 + 0,329X1; (2) organizational communication (X2) and teachers performance with ?y2 = 0,377 and ?= 39.825 + 0,446X2. Furthermore there is a positive relationship between those two independent variab les with teachers performance with ?y.12 = 0,473 and ?= 28.818 + 0,253X1 + 0,329X2.
