Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the correlation between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster and work discipline with teacher?s performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Bogor. The research method is using survey methods with respondent are from teachers in Madrasah Tsanwiyah Negeri Kota Bogor. The sample amounts are consisting of 60 samples. The samples pulling is using census. The hypothesis trial is done with significant result 0,05. The hypothesis significant result is show: (1). There is positive correlation which significant between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster with teacher?s performance that show the coefficient correlation ry1=0,570 and the same regression Y =60,196+0,378X1 (2). There is positive correlation which significant between work discipline with teacher?s performance that shows the coefficient correlation ry2 = 0,463 and the same regression Y=53,591+0,419X2 (3). There is positive correlation which significant between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster and work discipline with teacher?s performance that shows withthe coefficient correlation ry1.2 =0,618 and the same regression Y=42,027+0,301X1+0,240X2

Abstract

Rumput laut merah (Eucheuma spinosum)dari kawasan Karangantu Provinsi Banten menjadi objek pada penelitian ini. Tujuan riset ini untuk memberikan informasi secara ilmiah kemampuan E. spinosum setelah difermentasi oleh kombucha untuk menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri gram positif Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli, serta fungi penyebab penyakit ikan mas koki Curvularia pseudorobusta. Hasil penelitian membuktikan kombucha yang berbahan dasar rumput laut merah (E. spinosum)secara signifikan dapat menghambat pertumbuhan ketiga mikroba uji. Hasil uji ANOVA satu arah tiap nilai menunjukkan P <0,05 dengan hasil analisis pos hoc kombucha rumput laut merah konsentrasi gula 40% berbeda nyata dengan konsentrasi gula 20% dan 30%. Konsentrasi gula 40% menghasilkan diameter zona hambat sebesar 13,30 mm pada S. aureus dan E. coli sebesar 10,35 mm dengan kategori kuat. Pertumbuhan C. pseudorobusta menghasilkan zona hambat pada konsentrasi gula 40% sebesar 10,02 mm. Kesimpulannya bahwa kombucha berbahan dasar rumput laut merah (E. spinosum) berasal dari Karangantu mempunyai daya lebih peka terhadp S. aureus dibandingkan E. coli dan fungi patogen C. pseudorobusta.Kata kunci: antimikroba, karangantu, rumput laut

Abstract

Tourism plays a significant role in regional economic growth, especially in areas with unique cultural and natural attractions. As global tourism continues to expand, the ability to communicate in English has become essential for individuals involved in the tourism sector. This article aims at increasing students' awareness and motivation to learn English for Tourism through local wisdom in Citorek village, Lebak regency, Banten. Specifically, students are expected to have (1) communication skills; students need the ability to communicate with foreign tourists, from providing information to serving their needs, (2) knowledge about the destination; students must understand the ins and outs of tourist destinations in Citorek Lebak, including history, culture and tourist attractions, (3) offering skills; students need to master the skills of offering tourism products and services in English, such as accommodation, culinary delights and tourist activities, as well as (4) career preparation; mastering English opens up career opportunities for students in the tourism industry. Local wisdom is a valuable asset that can be integrated into learning english for tourism. With the right strategy, students can improve their English skills and contribute to tourism development in Citorek Lebak Banten.

Abstract

Tourism, especially in Ujung Kulon National Park, holds great potential as a leading tourist destination; however, it is hindered by inadequate infrastructure and suboptimal marketing strategies, as well as a decline in tourist confidence due to the tsunami event in 2018. The purpose of this quantitative research is to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), facilities, digital marketing, and trust on the competitive advantage of tourism in Ujung Kulon. Hypothesis testing using SEM PLS with bootstrapping is employed to analyze the impact of these variables.The research results indicate that GCG does not have a significant effect on competitive advantage, while digital marketing and facilities have a positive impact. Trust, although important, does not moderate the relationship between GCG, digital marketing, or facilities with competitive advantage. This research suggests focusing on the development of infrastructure and digital marketing to enhance the competitiveness of the Ujung Kulon tourism destination.

Abstract

Sosialisasi produk halal bagi pelaku usaha Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan (IRTP) di Desa Kramatmanik Kecamatan Angsana merupakan upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap standar halal. Dengan meningkatnya permintaan produk halal di pasar global dan nasional, serta pentingnya memastikan produk pangan yang dikonsumsi masyarakat memenuhi standar syariah. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pelaku usaha tentang proses sertifikasi halal, sehingga produk mereka dapat beraing dipsar yang luas. Metode pelaksanaan ini meliputi, penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan membantu meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha memenuhi standar halal, sehingga sosialisasi produk halal dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas produk pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Kramatmanik Kecamatan Angsana. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini juga dapat menjadi contoh bagi desa-desa lain dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadapt standar halal. Halal product socialization for home-based food industry entrepreneurs in Kramatmanik Village, Angsana District, is a crucial effort to increase awareness and compliance with halal standards. The background of this activity is the growing demand for halal products in the global and national markets, as well as the importance of ensuring that food products consumed by the community meet Sharia standards. The purpose of this socialization is to provide knowledge and skills to entrepreneurs about the halal certification process, so that their products can compete in a wider market. The implementation method includes counseling, training, and direct assistance to entrepreneurs. The results show that halal product socialization can increase entrepreneurs' awareness and understanding of the importance of halal certification. Additionally, this activity also helps improve entrepreneurs' capacity in managing and developing businesses that meet halal standards. Thus, halal product socialization can contribute to improving the quality of food products and the welfare of the Kramatmanik Village community. This activity can also serve as an example for other villages in increasing awareness and compliance with halal standards.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Islamic educational values into English language teaching by analyzing relevant literature from the Qur'an, Hadith, and educational sources. Islamic values such as honesty, responsibility, tolerance, and diligence serve not only as moral foundations but also as character-building principles that can enhance the learning experience. The study adopts a qualitative approach using library research methods to identify, analyze, and synthesize Islamic teachings that align with effective English teaching practices. The findings indicate that these values can be incorporated across the four key language skills: reading, speaking, writing, and listening—through Islamic-themed texts, dialogue topics, reflective essays, and audio-visual materials rooted in Islamic ethics. Rather than replacing existing curricula, this integration embeds religious values into instructional content, making language learning more meaningful by addressing not only linguistic and cognitive development but also affective and spiritual growth. The study recommends the development of curricula and teaching materials that are thematically aligned with Islamic values. This approach supports the formation of Muslim learners who are globally competent in English while maintaining a strong Islamic identity. Further empirical research is encouraged to validate and refine this integrative model in formal educational settings.
