Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan lembaga PAUD dalam menghadapi pembelajaran online untuk anak PAUD di masa Pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan data-data kualitatif. Seluruh data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui serangkaian wawancara mendalam kepada sejumlah informan. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan orang tua di PAUD Nurul Ilmi Plumbungan Kecamatan Kramat Kabupaten Tegal. Informan pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan snowball sampling dan dilakukan mulai bulan Januari-Maret 2021. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah persiapan lembaga PAUD Nurul Ilmi Plumbungan Kecamatan Kramat Kabupaten Tegal dalam pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

This article will answer an important issue about the urgency of the mention of Minister of Religion Regulation Number 73 of 2022 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence for pondok pesantren, considering that the number of cases of sexual violence that have occurred in pondok pesantren lately has made pondok pesantren begin to improve. This study aims to reveal the urgency of issuing regulations on the prevention and handling of sexual violence contained in Minister of Religion Regulation for pondok pesantren. According to the focus of the problem studied, this study uses normative legal methods (legal researh) which are analyzed with normative prescription categories. The results of his research show that, the urgency of the issuance of Minister of Religion Regulation 73 of 2022 for pondok pesantren can be used as: (1) a means of controlling kyai relations with students, (2) a form of guidance and supervision of the Ministry of Commerce, (3) a means to protect themselves by developing a sex education curriculum.

Abstract

Language has various forms and characteristics for use in daily communication in each region. One of them is the Javanese language used in Central Java. However, the implementation of the Javanese language in early childhood is almost extinct due to the lack of daily communication practices in their environment, both at home and in school. Nowadays, millennial parents rarely communicate with their children using their mother tongue (Javanese). Parents are more accustomed to communicating with their children using the Indonesian language. As a result, communication between parents and children no longer uses the Javanese language. Therefore, a more in-depth study is needed in this regard. This study aims to implement the Javanese language, especially the krama language, as the object of observation. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results show that the Javanese language, especially the krama language, can be applied to early childhood through daily habits practiced by children and their environment in interacting.
