Abstract

Pemilihan kepala gudang merupakan langkah kritis dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional suatu perusahaan. Kepala gudang memiliki peran sentral dalam mengelola dan mengawasi semua aspek penyimpanan, distribusi, dan manajemen persediaan barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) dalam seleksi Kepala Gudang dengan menggunakan kriteria yaitu pendidikan, pengalaman, keterampilan manajerial, pengetahuan teknis, komunikasi. Hasil perangkingan menunjukan untuk rangking pertama dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,045 didapatkan oleh Kandidat E, rangking kedua dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,050 didapatkan oleh Kandidat K, dan rangking ketiga dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,076 didapatkan oleh Kandidat J.

Abstract

The election of the class president is one of the activities that is often carried out when students are in school. A class in school can be interpreted as a country that has a government system. So, it is very important for a class to have a leader. Usually the election of the chairman is done by voting from class members. Later as a chairman, you will have various obligations. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method that is often known as the weighted sum method. Based on the needs gathering, an approach is proposed using a decision support system using the SAW method in selecting class leaders. There are 4 criteria used in selecting class leaders. The purpose of the weighted sum is to find the weighted sum of the ratings in each alternative on all criteria. Based on the calculation results using SAW for the election of the class leader, the 1st rank of the class leader election is Ahmad Jatmiko with a score of 0.99. Ranked 2nd in the class leader election was Muhammad Akbar with a score of 0.9. And ranked 3rd in the class leader election is Siti Setianingsih with a score of 0.8525.

Abstract

The main duties of a waitress include welcoming and directing customers to tables, taking food and beverage orders, serving dishes, and ensuring customer satisfaction during their visit. One of the main problems in determining the best waitress is finding a balance between technical skills, such as the ability to take orders quickly. The main problem in determining the best waitress is finding a balance between technical skills, such as the ability to take orders quickly or manage tables efficiently, and interpersonal skills, such as good communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers. In addition, attention also needs to be paid to the ability to work in demanding situations, maintain cleanliness, and adapt to diverse work environments. The purpose of this study is to apply ROC and SMART methods in a Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection of the best waitress. Using the ROC, this study aimed to determine the relative weights of relevant criteria in waitress assessment, while SMART was used to provide a holistic approach in the evaluation of alternatives. The combination of these two methods is expected to provide a strong and measurable framework for selecting the best waitress, taking into account various aspects of qualifications and relevant preferences. The ranking results for the best waitress 1 with a final value of 0.8353 were obtained by Leni, for the best waitress 2 with a final value of 0.7163 obtained by Haris, and for the best waitress 3 with a final value of 0.6975 obtained by Riyadi.

Abstract

Seleksi penerimaan staff IT adalah tahapan kritis dalam membentuk tim yang kompeten dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi di era teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang. Proses ini melibatkan evaluasi mendalam terhadap keterampilan teknis, pengalaman kerja, dan kemampuan interpersonal calon karyawan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini akan memberikan rekomendasi dalam proses seleksi penerimaan staff IT dengan menerapkan metode pembobotan rank reciprocal untuk pembobotan kriteria dan metode TOPSIS untuk proses seleksi penerimaan staff IT yang akan menghasilkan peringkat dalam seleksi penerimaan staff IT. Hasil perangkingan menunjukkan hasil akhir kandidat Fransiska dengan total nilai 0,791 mendapatkan peringkat 1, kandidat Fandi dengan total nilai 0,5366 mendapatkan peringkat 2, kandidat Arini dengan total nilai 0,533 mendapatkan peringkat 3.

Abstract

Pemilihan karyawan teladan merupakan tahap krusial dalam membangun tim yang produktif dan berkinerja tinggi. Kriteria untuk menetapkan karyawan teladan melibatkan sejumlah faktor penting, termasuk dedikasi terhadap pekerjaan, kemampuan berkomunikasi, integritas, dan kemauan untuk terus belajar dan berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan karyawan teladan kepada perusahaan dengan menerapkan model sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode SMART berdasarkan kriteria yaitu pengalaman, komunikasi, lama kerja, tanggung jawab dan kemampuan. Hasil perangkingan karyawan teladan menggunakan metode SMART merekomendasikan Peringkat 1 dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,6729 didapatkan oleh Nurdin, Peringkat 1 dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,636 didapatkan oleh Jonni, Peringkat 3 dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,58802 didapatkan oleh Ahmad, Peringkat 4 dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,2505 didapatkan oleh Galih, Peringkat 5 dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,24636 didapatkan oleh Santoso.
