Abstract

Abstract The influence area of commuter train in Surabaya City does not spread evenly throughout the region. Therefore, the influence area of Commuter Train based on travel distance and travel time using motorcycle before and after using the rail service is very important to be known. The methods used in this study are literature study and primary data collection. The preliminary identification shows that the influence area of SUSI and SULAM Commuter Trains in Surabaya City, in morning hour by using motorcycle, from the origin to the station is 11,000 meters and from the station to the destination is 7,500 meters. Keywords: influence area, commuter train, motorcycle, travel distance, travel time  Abstrak Wilayah pengaruh kereta api komuter di Kota Surabaya dilihat dari bentangan jalur rel kereta api yang ada tidak tersebar merata di seluruh wilayah. Oleh karena itu, wilayah pengaruh kereta api komuter, dilihat dari jarak perjalanan dan waktu tempuh penumpang yang menggunakan sepeda motor sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan layanan kereta api, sangat penting untuk diketahui. Metode yang dilakukan pada studi ini adalah studi literatur dan pengumpulan data primer. Hasil identifikasi awal menunjukkan bahwa wilayah pengaruh Kereta Api Komuter SUSI dan Kereta Api Komuter SULAM di Kota Surabaya, pada jam keberangkatan pagi hari dengan menggunakan sepeda motor, menuju ke stasiun sebesar 11.000 meter dan dari stasiun sebesar 7.500 meter. Kata-kata kunci: wilayah pengaruh, kereta api komuter, sepeda motor, jarak perjalanan, waktu tempuh

Abstract

Ngipik Landfill located in Gresik, East Java has a several active fault. As a result, this area has high possibility as an earthquake prone area. In addition, It has not prevent’s layer under the bottom of the construction to control the leachate’s spread. This study aim to analyze the earthquake hazard map for the region based on the values of ground shear strain. The data was conducted by microtremor measurement and Plaxis modeling. The result of this study shows the shear strain value range between 3.5 x 10-3 to 12.5 x 10-3. The highest value is around the east and west-north area and indicated the high risk of damage under ground motion. The output of the research must consider as preliminary site mitigation of  Ngipik Landfill.

Abstract

The paper disccuses an analysis study on the service quality of Rusunawa Gunungsari in terms of occupants satisfacion, condition of current management body of rusunawa, and management recommendation to improve the service quality of Rusunawa Gunungsari. The analysis is performed by using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) for occupants satisfaction and 7s Mc Kinsey model as a framework to identify the current condition of management body of Rusunawa Gunungsari, then the results of these two analysis are used as inputs for management improvement recommendation. The results shows that the comparison between perception and expectation of occupant (Total Compliance Level) for Rusunawa Gunung Sari is equal to 74.18%, the absence of maintenance regulation or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), lack of occupant rules enforcement, insufficient rusunawa management budget, and lack of cleaners are management conditions that contribute to management low performance.The recommendation for improving management performance based on two analysis before are the management body should compile and implement the Standard Operating Procedure of rusunawa maintenance,enforce the occupants rules,add numbers of cleaners, and conduct an management evaluation as a maintenance budget reference.

Abstract

Data update from Public Works and Housing Ministry records the existence of slum area in Kerantil District, Blitar City. Blitar City government has tried to address slum problem in that district, but until now slum improvement programs still not showing significant result. Based on the existing condition, research on priority infrastructure is conducted in Kerantil slum area, Blitar City. The aim of this research is to address proper program response for Kerantil slum area, Blitar City. This research begins with determining factors causing slum in Kerantil slum area using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. After the factors are determined, infrastructure response priority is determined by means of Service and quality (servqual) Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) by comparing the level of importance and performance about infrastructure in slum area based on respondent answer. Several factors causing slum in that area are street infrastructure, drainage infrastructure, water infrastructure, waste infrastructure, building infrastructure, fire protection infrastructure, and green open space infrastructure. The other factors are government role, social, economy, society, and legality. The prioritized infrastructure in Kerantil slum area are waste infrastructure, fire protection infrastructure, and green open space infrastructure.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemacetan lalu lintas merupakan permasalahan utama transportasi yang terjadi hampir di seluruh kota-kota besar yang ada di negara Asia. Kota Surabaya sebagai kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia dalam mengatasi permasalahan kemacetan lalu lintas berupaya menyediakan Kereta Api Komuter bagi masyarakat yang melakukan perjalanan bolak-balik. Pada kenyatannya permasalahan kemacetan lalu lintas belum dapat teratasi disebabkan karena penggunaan kendaraan pribadi yang tidak seimbang dengan penggunaan angkutan umum sebesar 1:27. Kenyataan tersebut semakin diperburuk dengan keterbatasan bentangan layanan jalur rel Kereta Api (KA) di Kota Surabaya. Oleh karena itu wilayah pengaruh KA Komuter di Kota Surabaya penting untuk diketahui. Metode yang dilakukan pada identifikasi awal ini adalah studi literatur dan pengumpulan data primer. Hasil identifikasi awal menunjukkan bahwa wilayah pengaruh ditinjau dari KA Komuter SUSI arah Surabaya-Sidoarjo hanya diketahui pada saat menuju stasiun asal saja sebesar 3400 meter (42.86 persen). Wilayah pengaruh KA Komuter SUSI arah Sidoarjo- Surabaya pada saat menuju stasiun asal saja sebesar 4600 meter (50 persen) dan meninggalkan stasiun tujuan sebesar 4100 meter (100 persen). Wilayah pengaruh KA Komuter SULAM hanya diketahui dari arah Surabaya-Lamongan saja sebesar 4000 meter (100 persen) pada saat menuju stasiun asal dan 23000 meter (100 persen) pada saat meninggalkan stasiun tujuan. Wilayah pengaruh layanan KA Komuter SUSI dan SULAM dengan menggunakan mobil di Kota Surabaya pada saat menuju stasiun asal sebesar 4000 meter dan pada saat meninggalkan stasiun tujuan sebesar 4100 meter. Kata-kata kunci: identifikasi awal, wilayah pengaruh, mobil, KA Komuter, Kota Surabaya Abstract: Traffic congestion is a major transportation problem that occurs in almost all major cities in Asian countries. The city of Surabaya as the second largest city in Indonesia in overcoming traffic congestion issues seeks to provide the Commuter Train for people whotravel back and forth. In fact, traffic congestion problems can not be solved because of the uneven use of private vehicles with the use of public transport of 1:27. The fact is further exacerbated by the limitations of the railway service (KA) in Surabaya. Therefore, the area of KA Komuter’s influence in Surabaya City is important to know. The methods undertaken at this initial identification are literature studies and primary data collection. The initial identificationresults indicate that the area of influence viewed from the SUSI Commuter Train in the direction of Surabaya-Sidoarjo is known only at the time to the station of origin only for 3400 meters (42.86 percent). The area of influence of KA Komuter SUSI in the direction of Sidoarjo- Surabaya on the way to the station of origin is only 4600 meters (50 percent) and leaves the destination station of 4100 meters (100 percent). The area of KA Komuter SULAM’s influence is known only from the Surabaya-Lamongan direction of 4000 meters (100 percent) on the way to the originalstation and 23000 meters (100 percent) upon leaving the destination station. The area of influence of KA Komuter SUSI and SULAM train services by car in the city of Surabaya on the way to the origin station of 4000 meters and on leaving the destination station of 4100 meters.Keywords: initial identification, influence area, car, KA Komuter, Kota Surabaya
