Kediri.Design: Research design was Quasy Experimental Design with a Pre-Test and Post-Test control group. According to the Total Sampling Technique, 34 workers in the convection factory in Dawung village, Kediri district, who experienced neck pain were 34, according to the Total Sampling Technique.Data Sources: Instrument for research, statistical tests with Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests. Results: The results of the pre-test intervention group showed that most (58.8%) respondents experienced mild pain, and after the intervention, most (58.8%) respondents did not experience pain. In the pre-test control group, most (52.9%) respondents experienced moderate pain, and the post-test control group found most (52.9%) respondents experienced moderate pain. Analysis with the Wilcoxon test in the intervention group obtained a p-value of 0.000 0.05, indicating there was an effect, and in the control group it was obtained at 0.317 0.05, indicating there was no effect. While the analysis using the Mann-Whitney test was obtained at 0.001 = 0.05, there was an effect of Active Dynamic Neck Exercise on the level of neck pain in convection workers in Dawung Village, Kab. Kediri. Conclusions: Active Dynamic Neck Exercise intervention, which has a mechanism to train muscles and tendons to stretch, flex, or increase muscle flexibility, effectively reduces neck pain. Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease was the most common chronic disease in Indonesia. The effect was increased plasma creatinine levels, which causes the patient to get hemodialysis. The purpose of this research was to know the difference in plasma creatinine levels in Chronic Kidney Disease patients with ex-causa Diabetes Mellitus and ex-causa Hypertension. The research design was Comparative with Cross Sectional approach. The population was all Chronic Kidney Disease patients with ex-causa DM and ex-causa Hypertension, with samples of 28 patients with ex-causa DM and 28 patients with ex-causa Hypertension selected by purposive sampling. Laboratory tests were done to determine plasma creatinine levels. The research variables were plasma creatinine levels in Chronic Kidney Disease patients with ex-causa DM and ex-causa Hypertension. Data were collected by observation sheet. Statistical analysis using Mann-Whitney with α = 0,05, got p-value = 0,005. It can be concluded that there was a difference in plasma creatinine levels in Chronic Kidney Disease patients with ex-causa DM and ex-causa Hypertension in dr. Isaak Tulungagung General Hospital, where Chronic Kidney Disease patients with ex-causa DM have plasma creatinine levels higher than ex-causa Hypertension. The higher level of plasma creatinine in ex-causa DM patients caused more severe glomerular damage and resulted in a severely impaired filtration process.

Abstract

Disaster evacuation is a way for people to respond when a disaster occurs and not panic when a disaster occurs but plan what they will do to reduce the number of victims when a disaster occurs. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of safety during an earthquake and the ability to self-evacuate. The research design is correlational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 224 people, and 67 respondents were chosen with a purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is knowledge about safety during an earthquake, and the dependent variable is the ability to evacuate independently. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire and data analysis using the Spearman rank test. The results of the study of respondents who are knowledgeable about safety during an earthquake in the good category show that almost half (37.3%) have good self-evacuation abilities. Respondents who are knowledgeable about safety during earthquakes in the moderate category indicate that a small proportion (10.4%) have sufficient self-evacuation capabilities. And respondents who are knowledgeable about safety during an earthquake in the poor category indicate that a small proportion (9%) have sufficient self-evacuation capability. The results of data analysis using the Spearman Rank test showed a significant value of 0.05 (0.018 0.05), so that H1 was accepted, meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge about safety during an earthquake and the ability to self-evacuate. Knowledge of earthquake disasters will make individuals know what they will do and are required to do when facing an earthquake disaster for their personal safety and those around them. It is recommended for students to further increase their knowledge of earthquake disasters so that they can improve their ability to self-evacuate in the face of disasters and reduce casualties.
