Abstract

The mechanism of procurement of goods that were done manually, but now it can be facilitated by the existence of web-based procurement system. This system is designed using the data mining technique to find any parts of the goods data that often requested based on a monthly period/year and knowing the type of goods are the most requested and the most frequently consumed the preparation. This research uses a decision tree method and CARTS (Classifcation and Regression Tree) algorithm for exploring the data. The design method of this system using object-oriented development with UML modeling system. Inventory information system software is used to facilitate the process of procurement of goods and the existing equipment on the warehousing company multi-user web-based by the mechanisms of the process of the administration and procurement of goods made online. This application is supporting the administration process of procurement of goods in each company warehouse. This application is equipped with features to request the procurement of goods, maintenance procurement of goods and procurement of goods online report. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system that make easier and speed up the process of inventory and procurement of goods in a company warehouse

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan wawancara dengan Manager dan Asisten Manager PT. PLN area Bandung, pengambilan atau permintaan laporan data aset masih bersifat internal meskipun sudah menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan Sistem Informasi Distribusi (SIMDIS). Akan tetapi masih terdapat kelemahan, seperti pengolahan data aset maupun data laporan yang masih bersifat internal, sehingga proses permintaan data laporan tersebut hanya bisa diakses di lingkungan kantor PLN Area Bandung dan oleh orang-orang tertentu yang memiliki hak akses ke SIMDIS. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui persediaan aset dan data laporan jaringan listrik pada PT. PLN Area Bandung masih mengalami kesulitan sehingga perbaikan jaringan listrik mengalami keterlambatan.  Penelitian ini didasari oleh penelitian terdahulu yang berjudul Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Eksekutif Penjualan pada PT. Penerbitan Pelangi Indonesia yang menyimpulkan bahwa memungkinkan jajaran menejerial melakukan monitoring dan pangambilan keputusan terhadap laporan-laporan tersebut. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan platform android sebagai front end serta php dan MySql sebagai back end. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metodologi sistem incremental yang terdiri dari 5 fase yaitu Komunikasi, Perencanaan, Modeling, Konstruksi, Deployment dan perancangannya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML).  Berdasarkan hasil observasi, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat harus mampu membantu mengetahui lokasi gangguan listrik, menampilkan fitur notification apabila terdapat laporan-laporan perusahaan yang masuk ke sistem, dan memungkinkan menejerial, user area dan user unit dapat menginput data aset dan mengetahui persediaan aset.   Kata Kunci:  Sistem Informasi Eksekutif, SIG, Notification, PHP, MySql, Android, Incremental, UML

Abstract

PT. PLN P2B JB Depok merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa penyaluran dan pusat pengaturan beban listrik pada wilayah Jawa-Bali. Setiap divisi memiliki target dan harus selesai tepat waktu. Beban pekerjaan yang berat memaksa pegawai untuk bekerja lebih keras sehingga berakibat banyak pegawai yang sakit. Untuk mengurangi jumlah pegawai yang sakit PLN P2B JB Depok melakukan tindakan pencegahan setiap enam bulan sekali guna mencegah terjadinya penyakit yang sama pada semester berikutnya, tetapi jumlah penyakit masih tetap bahkan bertambah, karena itu dibutuhkan cara baru untuk merencanakan program kesehatan pegawai di semester berikutnya. Bu Fatma ingin menggabungkan database kesehatan pegawai dengan kualitas kerja pegawai agar mendapatkan penyakit dengan kelompok kualitas kerja yang berbeda-beda. Algoritma K-Means++ adalah algoritma yang mampu mengelompokkan data yang besar menjadi beberapa kelompok, tetapi K-Means++ tidak mampu mengelompokkan pegawai yang sama dalam satu kelompok kualitas kerja maka dari itu penggunaan COP-Kmeans dibutuhkan. Hasil dari perhitungan K-Means++ dan COP-Kmeans pada penelitian ini adalah 5 kelompok kualitas kerja dengan pegawai yang berbeda dan penyakit yang berbeda, dimana penyakit dan jumlah penyakit dalam kelompok tersebut akan digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan Bu Fatma untuk merencanakan program kesehatan pegawai di semester berikutnya.

Abstract

At the beginning of the start of the business of breeding fish selection of freshwater fish cultivation becomes a difficult thing to do. The results of interviews with the Center for Research and Development of Freshwater Aquaculture said that there are 8 factors that influence the selection of freshwater fish cultivation seeds, namely temperature, water pH, location, elevation, dissolved oxygen, pond area, the ideal length of enlargement, feeding easier, fish. This research uses Decision Support System with Multi Objective Optimization By Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method as ranking and Entropy as weighting. The incorporation of the MOORA and Entropy methods gives the recommendation result by combining the objective system's subjective and subjective weights. It used priority criteria with temperature value 0,222, water pH 0,194, Eatability 0,111, community interest toward fish 0,055, dissolved oxygen 0,138, land height 0,167, ideal length of fish enlargement 0,027, and pool area 0,083 produce catfish as the best alternative of fish breeder water with value -0.1009.Keywords: Information, fish, DSS,  MOORA, Entropy

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the acceptance of the use of e-learning and games in learning Arabic during the COVID-19 pandemic. Arabic learning experienced considerable challenges in learning before the pandemic and now with the pandemic, this process has even greater challenges which ultimately require an Arabic language learning method that adapts to the generation, situation and condition of the people who are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic so that learning can still be carried out with good and fun outcomes. This research through its five hypotheses which are built based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, shows that with the use of e-learning and games, a positive perception of convenience which then supports usefulness and ultimately affects the attitudes and behaviour of users in learning Arabic can be proven by the acceptance of the five the hypothesis. The consistent use of e-learning and games in learning, especially Arabic learning and the implementation of e-learning and games to support the curriculum are expected to improve student learning experiences for the better and also increase the actual use of both methods.   Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerimaan penggunaan e-learning dan gim dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab selama Pandemi COVID-19. Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab mengalami tantangan yang cukup besar dalam pembelajaran sebelum pandemi dan sekarang dengan adanya pandemi, proses ini memiliki tantangan yang lebih besar yang akhirnya membutuhkan sebuah metode pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang menyesuaikan dengan situasi generasi, situasi dan kondisi masyarakat yang sedang mengalami pandemi COVID-19 agar pembelajaran tetap dapat dilaksanakan dengan hasil keluaran yang baik dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini melalui kelima hipotesisnya yang dibangun berdasarkan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), menunjukkan bahwa dengan penggunaan e-learning dan gim, persepsi positif tentang kemudahan yang kemudian menunjang kebermanfaatan dan akhirnya mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku pengguna dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dapat dibuktikan dengan penerimaan kelima hipotesis tersebut. Penggunaan e-learning dan gim secara konsisten dalam pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dan implementasi e-learning dan gim untuk mendukung kurikulum diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik dan juga meningkatkan penggunaan keduanya secara aktual.

Abstract

Effective software development planning is vital across various industries, and inadequate planning can lead to project failures. A key part of this planning is accurately estimating effort and costs, which is crucial for staying within budget and meeting deadlines. This research compares two methods – Use Case Point Activity Based Costing (with 21 complexity factors) and Adjusted Function Point (with 16 complexity factors) – for estimating costs versus actual values. The analysis reveals that the Use Case Point method had a 23.52% deviation from actual costs, while the Adjusted Function Point method had a 33.35% deviation. These findings provide essential reference points during software project planning, ensuring estimates closely align with actual values based on project-specific attributes. This deviation underscores the importance of precision and selecting appropriate methodologies tailored to each project’s unique characteristics. Ultimately, this research equips businesses and project managers with a robust financial prudence framework and enhances the likelihood of project success.

Abstract

The effectiveness of Waste Bank in addressing national waste management challenges is limited by inherent shortcomings. Conventional processes, which heavily rely on manual labor and record-keeping, often face logistical challenges and inefficiencies that limit the effectiveness of waste banks. This paper presents the MySmartTrash application, a solution that integrates IoT technology to enhance waste management practices through a smart waste bank system. By utilizing IoT-enabled sensors, the application allows users to monitor waste levels in real time, thereby optimizing waste collection processes and promoting effective waste segregation. This study employed IoT Design Methodology and Prototyping. Through a SWOT analysis of existing waste management applications, the research identifies strengths and opportunities for enhancing waste management systems. Usability testing also highlighted the significance of various features. This study offers insights for future research into IoT applications in environmental sustainability and waste management systems.
