Abstract

Dibuat suatu rangkaian pendeteksi taraf logika dari suatu rangkaian digital.Rangkaian ini memiliki kemampuan 3 (tiga) taraf logika sinyal digital yang lazimnyaterdefinisi, yaitu : Level tegangan tinggi (High), Level tegangan rendah (Low) dan Leveltegangan ambang (Thereshold).Kemampuan rangkaian ini memungkinkan membantutingkat analisis rangkaian digital yang lebih baik. Dalam pengujian rangkaian inidiaplikasikan khususnya untuk gerbang-gerbang dasar.

Abstract

Keamanan, yang ditempatkan dibeberapa tempat fasilitas – fasilitas yangdianggap penting, guna memantau segala macam aktifitas yang sedang berlangsung,untuk menghindari dari segala jenis tindakan kejahatan. Dengan tersedianya alattersebut diharapkan para pemilik atau pemakai fasilitas apapun akan merasa aman.Agar tidak terjadi segala sesuatu kesalahan, pihak pengelola dituntut untuklebih mengutamakan peningkatan baik itu dari segi teknis dan individu agar alat inidapat dipakai dengan sebagaimana mestinya. Hal ini yang mendorong penulis untukmelakukan penelitian dan membuat alat Sistem Pengendali Kamera Pemantau RuanganMenggunakan PPI 8255 Berbasis Komputer Pribadi, agar penulis mengetahui hasilkerja dari alat yang telah dibuat penulis, dengan tujuan meminimalis tindakankejahatan disegala fasilitas apapun.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Cody App Academy adalah sebuah tempat kursus berbasis teknologi di Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan penulis, Cody masih menerapkan cara manual untuk menyalakan dan mematikan listrik. Selain itu, hasil dari wawancara oleh pengelola Cody, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hal ini berdampak terhadap efisiensi penggunaan arus listrik yang ada di Cody, yang berkaitan langsung dengan besar atau kecilnya tagihan listrik yang harus dibayarkan oleh pengelola Cody. Maka penulis mengusulkan sebuah solusi berupa prototipe Sistem Pengendali Ruangan dengan teknologi motion berbasis mobile web yang merupakan aplikasi yang dapat merubah sistem manual menjadi sebuah sistem home automation. Aplikasi ini akan secara otomatis mematikan arus listrik ketika ruangan sedang kosong, dilihat dari tidak terdeteksinya gerakan dalam rentang waktu lebih dari 10 menit. Metode pengumpulan data yang yang penulis gunakan adalah pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur sejenis. Sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan aplikasi adalah prototipe evolusioner dengan 4 tahap yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna, membuat satu prototipe. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah  penerapan home automation yang berupa Sistem Pengendali Ruangan dengan teknologi motion  selama jangka waktu 2 bulan berbasis mobile web terbukti membuat penggunaan listrik di Cody lebih efisien berdasarkan perbandingan tagihan listrik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan sistem yang penulis usulkan. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari perubahan signifikan pada biaya listrik yang harus dibayarkan Cody per bulan yakni sejumlah 20% lebih efisien dibandingkan tanpa menggunkan sistem yang penulis usulkan.   ABSTRACT Cody App Academy is a technology-based course place in Bintaro, South Jakarta. Based on observations made by the author, Cody is still applying the manual way to turn on and turn off the electricity. In addition, the results of interviews by Cody's managers, it can be concluded that this impacts on the efficiency of the use of electric current in Cody, which is directly related to the large or small bill of electricity that must be paid by the manager of Cody. So the author proposed a solution in the form of prototype Space Control System with motion technology based mobile web which is an application that can change the manual system into a home automation system. This application will automatically turn off the power when the room is empty, judging from the detection of movement in the span of more than 10 minutes. Data collection methods that the author uses is the collection of primary and secondary data consisting of observations, interviews and studies of similar literature. The method of application development is an evolutionary prototype with 4 stages that includes user needs analysis, making a prototype. The result of this research is the implementation of home automation in the form of Room Control System with motion technology for 2 months based on mobile web proved to cause the use of electricity in Cody more efficient based on the ratio of electric bill before and after using the system that the author proposed. This can be seen from the significant change in the cost of electricity that Cody has to pay per month which is 20% more efficient than without using the proposed system. How To Cite : Bahari, A.M. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan wawancara dengan Manager dan Asisten Manager PT. PLN area Bandung, pengambilan atau permintaan laporan data aset masih bersifat internal meskipun sudah menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan Sistem Informasi Distribusi (SIMDIS). Akan tetapi masih terdapat kelemahan, seperti pengolahan data aset maupun data laporan yang masih bersifat internal, sehingga proses permintaan data laporan tersebut hanya bisa diakses di lingkungan kantor PLN Area Bandung dan oleh orang-orang tertentu yang memiliki hak akses ke SIMDIS. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui persediaan aset dan data laporan jaringan listrik pada PT. PLN Area Bandung masih mengalami kesulitan sehingga perbaikan jaringan listrik mengalami keterlambatan.  Penelitian ini didasari oleh penelitian terdahulu yang berjudul Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Eksekutif Penjualan pada PT. Penerbitan Pelangi Indonesia yang menyimpulkan bahwa memungkinkan jajaran menejerial melakukan monitoring dan pangambilan keputusan terhadap laporan-laporan tersebut. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan platform android sebagai front end serta php dan MySql sebagai back end. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metodologi sistem incremental yang terdiri dari 5 fase yaitu Komunikasi, Perencanaan, Modeling, Konstruksi, Deployment dan perancangannya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML).  Berdasarkan hasil observasi, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat harus mampu membantu mengetahui lokasi gangguan listrik, menampilkan fitur notification apabila terdapat laporan-laporan perusahaan yang masuk ke sistem, dan memungkinkan menejerial, user area dan user unit dapat menginput data aset dan mengetahui persediaan aset.   Kata Kunci:  Sistem Informasi Eksekutif, SIG, Notification, PHP, MySql, Android, Incremental, UML

Abstract

The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Indonesian economy is very important and is the most important pillar in increasing Indonesia's economic growth. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few MSMEs have experienced developments in their financial performance. One of the factors that causes this to happen is due to the low awareness of MSME actors on the importance of financial management. Financial records are very important for any business, but MSME actors often ignore this, including members of the Jakarta Klasis Christian Pasundan Church (GKP). The activity and discipline of recording all expenses and income to control finances in business is very necessary. Based on this, it is deemed necessary to provide socialization regarding the importance of Financial Management for MSMEs and is expected to be able to help members of the Jakarta Christian Pasundan Church (GKP) Classes in managing their business finances in a correct, disciplined and orderly manner. The implementation of this community service activity aims to provide socialization on the importance of financial management for MSMEs in the form of a hybrid webinar using the Zoom application (online) .Overall, the socialization activities on the importance of financial management for MSMEs actors can be said to have been successful; seen from the target number of participants, the achievement of socialization goals and the achievement of the material targets that have been planned. The enthusiasm of the participants, support from UKI and the Jakarta Class GKP Assembly were the supports for the implementation of this PkM activity. The benefits that participants get from this activity include understanding financial records for MSMEs in advancing their business. Keywords: financial management, MSMEs

Abstract

Every company shouId have goaIs and visions to be achieved. In order to achieve this goaI, we need the support of quaIified human resources. The contribution of these resources is to soIve probIems that arise within the framework of the company's activities. ImpIementing skiIIed HR requires training and motivation, as this is considered to be positiveIy correIated with an increase in work ethic. This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on empIoyee performance using the exampIe of Gramedia DigitaI Nusantara. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a totaI sampIe of 50 respondents who are Gramedia DigitaI Nusantara empIoyees who were seIected using the rich sampIing method. Research data processing using SPSS version 22 software. The resuIts of this study concIuded that training has a positive and significant effect on improving empIoyee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving empIoyee performance, and training and motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving empIoyee performance. Abstract

BRENDA ARIM MELATI, The Effect of Occupational Health, Safety and Work Environment on the Performance of PT Tri Kemasindo Lestari Employees Human resources have the meaning that labor or employees are needed and are the things that play the most important role in making profits, goods and services for the company. Therefore, it is very important from the company to pay attention to the safety and health of the workers because it greatly affects the success of the company itself, if the company does not control the safety and health of the workers it will be fatal both in terms of company performance and in terms of the workforce. alone, On the other hand, there are also factors from the work environment that the company is not paying attention to at this time. employees themselves, therefore the company must prepare adequate working environment conditions. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the data analysis used is re with the number of samples in this study is 30 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. All data in this study were processed using SPSS 25 for Windows. Suggestion: It is expected that the company will always pay attention to the health and safety of employees, such as providing protective head hats for employees who work in the transfer of goods, holding counseling on procedures for using production equipment safely, providing medical clinics for workers who have work accidents, providing gloves or other means to protect workers. The company is expected to pay attention to the work space for workers, which must have adequate temperature, air circulation, and lighting, provide new innovations in the workspace so that it can provide comfort for workers, pay attention to environmental cleanliness for employee comfort. Abstract

In the current era of gIobaIization, companies are required to be abIe to compete with other companies. Companies engaged in services that reIy heaviIy on the quaIity of their human resources to provide the best quaIity service. A service company depends on the quaIity of human resources to provide the best quaIity service or aIso known as empIoyee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that caIcuIates and anaIyzes the infIuence of recruitment, seIection, and work pIacement, especiaIIy at PT. AtaIian GIobaI Service. Which is an Outsourcing company engaged in services and Iocated on JaIan TB. Simatupang No. 2 East CiIandak. The sampIe used was 30 questionnaires with empIoyees as respondents, and the technique was saturated sampIing as a sampIing method. Based on the resuIts of the study, it was found that there was an infIuence between recruitment, seIection, and work pIacement, especiaIIy at PT AtaIian GIobaI Service, it is known that simuItaneousIy recruitment has a significant effect on empIoyee performance with a vaIue of Tcount (3.904)>t tabIe (2.0555) with a significant IeveI of 0,1%<5%. It is known that simuItaneous seIection has a significant effect on empIoyee performance with a vaIue of Tcount (2.427)>t tabIe (2.0555) with a significant IeveI of 0,22%<5%. It is known that simuItaneousIy work pIacement has a significant effect on empIoyee performance with a vaIue of Tcount (3.795)>ttabIe (2.0555) with a significant IeveI of 0,1%<5%. The researcher made a recommendation to PT based on the findings of the study. AtaIian GIobaI Service to continue evaIuating performance for the achievement of the company's vision and mission in particuIar and to effectiveIy and efficientIy pIace empIoyees in the appropriate positions to preserve the quaIity of the company's good name. Abstract

Human resources are the main cause in running an association, where human resources become thinkers, movers, and planners to determine the development of the organization in a better direction. Members are less motivated in training, Members' organizational commitment is low, the authors hope UKOM UKI students can improve quality both individually and as a team according to predetermined targets. This testing mode uses a causal association mode, then it is carried out quantitatively. The causal association mode is a test that is used to measure facts to what extent is related between one variable or several variables. A causal relationship is a relationship that affects the cause. Organizational commitment and motivation have a good influence on the OCB members of the UKOM UKI football organization. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are effects and causes between commitment, motivation, to OCB, especially at UKOM UKI football. It is known that simultaneously commitment has a significant effect on OCB, tcount ˃ ttable is 6.218˃ 2.048 with a significance level of 0.05% <5% . It can be seen that overall motivation has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a t count ˃ t table which is 8.842 ˃ 2.048 with a significant level of 0% <5%. Abstract

Compensation and motivation are very important to improve empIoyee performance. Compensation is an incentive for empIoyees to carry out an activity so that they get good resuIts, meanwhiIe, empIoyee motivation needs to be increased so that empIoyees can do their jobs weII. Therefore, this study aims to determine the reIationship of compensation to the performance of Asiquee Coffee empIoyees and to determine the reIationship of motivation to empIoyee performance at Asiquee Coffee. The sampIe in this study were 12 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative research using descriptive data processing methods of respondents. The researcher uses a saturated sampIing technique which incIudes compensation, motivation and performance variabIes. The description of the data incIudes the anaIysis of correIation test and the correIation test used is the Spearman Rank correIation test. The resuIts of this study indicate that there is a significant reIationship between compensation and performance as indicated by a significance vaIue of 0.027 (p < 0.050) and there is a significant reIationship between motivation and performance as indicated by a significance vaIue of 0.013 (p < 0.050). The author's suggestion from this research is that management shouId provide compensation in the form of additionaI incentives when empIoyees work beyond the target. In addition, management shouId give saIary in accordance with the resuIting performance. With these two conditions, empIoyees can further improve their performance.
